Chris Rose is the Real Deal!
I love the curiosity and excitement of Chris Rose! I’m always happy to hear his point of view and questions for the players! Great conversations!

    Show Change Isn’t Good
The Chris Rose Rotation was so much better than the rebrand. I understand wanting more content that can be used on socials for clips but a 15 minute quick hitting episode with 3 segments doesn’t allow for what was great about the show. Learning about the players but also letting Chris Rose crush it with his interview skills. He is one of the best interviewers there is and these quick hitting interviews don’t allow for his depth of questioning and research to show. His knowledge was part of what made the show great. Not just that there are at times a few big named players on the show for a few minutes. If the company wanted this type of clip show then they should have done some of this and some long form interviews still. This type of show doesn’t fill what many people were listening for.

    Not liking the change
the new format is is not near as good. as much time of commercials as actual interview. wish they’d go back to the long interview format.

    Disappointed in Change
Disappointed in losing the Chris Rose Rotation. This first episode left, while enjoyable, was not anything close to how in depth and good the rotation was before the rebrand. Love Chris Rose but let down with how Jomboy billed this and ditched the classic Chris Rose Rotation.

5 minutes in and there’s already been 3 add breaks. Barely two sentences spoken between minute long advertisements.

    Amazing interviews
Chris Rose is a great podcast host, and always brings in funny guests to share their MLB experiences.

Joe Kelly interview ruined my view of Chris
Just had to promote Joe Kelly and his violence. He says he nearly lost control and was climbing over people to attack a fellow player in the streets and Chris is laughing, egging him on. Chris really just wants to be buddies with his guests, no criticism for a guy who thinks he’s tough for throwing a fastball at a guy. Classless. He’ll do anything for clicks I guess

    The ads….
Show is good. Love the format and guests / cohosts. Frequent ads make the show borderline unlistenable. The producers try so hard to just slide the ads in so you don’t notice and you think Chris suddenly cares about your erection, hair loss, and fantasy football roster.

    Great work
Big fan, love the podcast and Chris Rose. Great interviews.

    Best jomboy media pod
Best jomboy media pod because it has a great design and flow to it. The way the co host and guest change daily makes it very enjoyable. The guests and co hosts are all great and none of them are Dicks they are all good people that aren’t boring. Migey Rojas is by far my fav co host and Chris rose does a great job every episode. I love this pod.

    So entertaining!
I love baseball but I don’t love podcasts about baseball. Until now. This is pure gold and so entertaining - I keep coming back for more!

    Best baseball podcast
So IT is one of my favorite television shows of all time and kinda helped form who I am as a person BUT I actually think this podcast is even better! I binged 20 podcasts this weekend and it was so nice hearing people’s unfiltered opinions and getting to know people on an even deeper level (IT was great but obviously time constraints). Would LOVE a Chris/Kevin podcast at some point!!

Boo hoo hoo Tyler and Kris
Hmmm. Glasgow blames the lack of sticky stuff for his forearm injury but guess what? Don’t hear any other pitcher say that. Oh, please listen to the Ken Rosenthal pod from Monday on how a letter was sent to each club March 2020 regarding foreign substances to the ball but even back to 2019 was communicated. Shame on Glasgow and Rose for 1. Not even mentioning it and 2. As player rep Glasnow should have been fully aware. Duh. Plus the fact balls were being taken out of play and studied early in the year, yea, that could be a clue ya think? We get it Rose gets by as a player’s butt kisser or else he would not have a show but where’s the hitters side, guys like Realmuto, Donaldson, Duvall, Bryant all explaining how far out of control it got to the point MLB had to do something, clumsy as it is.

    Rosey the GOAT
Best baseball pod out there hands down. Chris talks to the boys out there putting the unis on and it’s not just an hour of speculation. Keep it up Rose

Such a great podcast! I’m a true fan of the game of baseball, but wish this podcast was marketed better so more people knew about it. I have connections with many professional players, coaches, scouts, and baseball fans and not one of them knew about the podcast. It’s so awesome with great insight with all the players involved, but I just wish more people knew about it. Overall I look forward to every Monday and Thursday for new episodes. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to the new guest hosts each time. BTW you need Lucas, max, and jack back on at the end of the season. Crazy to think they were on the same high school team and love to hear about the connection the all still have. Chris you might have lost your previous gig, but in my opinion this is 100 times better. Keep up the great work, and maybe with all of Mrs. Rose HW assignments she can make an appearance since she’s such a huge pet of the show!

    98ers
Chris, love the podcast. Perfect fit for you. And Tyler is a stud on it, too. One slight observation : in the Aced Out read, you mention the Rays 98ers hat “because they started in 1998.” The 98ers is actually a reference to Cash’s now-famous quote about his “stable of guys who throw 98.” Look forward future episodes!

Thanks to “The Chris Rose Rotation”, I’m back into baseball. Who knew these guys had such great personalities. Thanks for bringing me back to the game I love.

Love listening to all these episodes! Chris and all the co-hosts have great conversations that give insight to the big leaguers thoughts.

    So great
It’s hard not to binge this new angle of Rosey! Love getting to know the guys
  • Blazward
    Wonderful listen
I binged all of the episodes over the past two days and haven’t gotten sick of it. Baseball doesn’t want to market its players but Jomboy Media and Chris Rose have come together to bring us a program that gives us a real look into the life of a baseball player on and off the field and allows us to relate to these men as humans. Can’t wait for further episodes and hopefully some Brewers guests.
  • gcmickeyd
    Phenomenal!
As a Phillies fan I came to listen to Archie Bradley but I’ve stayed for Chris Rose and the rest of the rotation. Truly exceeded any and all expectations this has already become a favorite podcast. 2 episodes a week and it’s not enough!
  • 11and proud
    Amazing listening
I am a Dodger fan who felt no sympathy at all for Glasnow or Snell after the WS but after listening to Snell as a guest and getting to know Glasnow better after listening to him as a co host I really enjoy both of them as people and will be watching them closely this season. However, I can’t wait to enjoy a game at out second home stadium, Petco Park, soon and watch them beat up on the Padres, of course crushing the hearts of Snell, fellow host Steven Brault, and his friend and recent guest Joe Musgrove, Go Dodgers.
  • jb2_nice
    Chris Rose is the GOAT
I only needed to listen to one episode and now I’m hooked. An unfiltered Chris Rose is a fun Chris Rose. Can’t wait to see the show grow!

It’s not baseball without Chris Rose
I’ve been a huge fan of Intentional Talk since it started and was rather sour about MLB Network not bringing Rosey back. So I was ELATED to see he is resurfacing with his very own baseball podcast and with his access to all the players he has all the fire power to make it awesome. Cause after all, it’s just not baseball without Chris Rose.
  • BigChilly001
    Very good
Long live Chris Rose! Can’t even bring myself to watch Intentional Talk anymore

First time through the the Chris Rose Rotation and we are 6-0. All these guys are so awesome and so much fun to listen to. It’s great as a fan to be able to hear the personalities come out in a way we don’t normally get to. Can’t wait for the guests to start coming on!

    Great Inside Access
I love this podcast mainly because it allows the players to be themselves and open up about their experience throughout baseball as well as in general life. Chris Rose is an excellent host as well!!
  • Mungo2321
    Amazing
I’m a huge baseball fan and the episode with Rojas was incredible. Great to get the insight of a Latin American player and what seems to be a great dude who I did not know much about. 5 stars.

Honestly stumbled upon discovering Chris Rose and I’m glad I found him! Listened to Talkin Yanks and he was on there, instantly hooked. Rose has a very appealing voice, I checked out this podcasts and love it! Incredible that he has present players on the pod, and like Miguel Rojas said, you won’t waste your time listening.

    Amazing
I just listened to the Miggy Ro episode. I’m from Billings so it was super cool to hear him mention the Mustangs.
