Guys, I enjoy the podcast but Mike interrupts Ked, Brad, and Matt way too much to the point that I almost turned it off. Most recently the episode recapping the Duke MBB loss. Please be conscious of this.

For I in Illini like Ked, Brad , and Matt Stevens. Find Matt ti be knowledgeable and opinionated (in a good way). However for Purdue 2024 game and earlier pods host kept interrupting Stevens. Turn off so quit midway and unfollowed. Take it for what it’s worth.

I think these guys give great hometown insights on Illini football and basketball. Fan pov. Recruiting POV. INSIDER POV. Great coverage. Sometimes critical and sometimes fan boy. I never miss an episode.

I listen to every episode and enjoy this groups opinion and analysis. Matt is great on football side and like Sturdy on basketball side. Audio quality is often spotty - sounds like a lot is recorded on bad headphones while driving. Sometimes the format is repetitive in the same episode particularly in the post game pods. One analyst will be on covering thoughts on the game with the host and then a completely separate discussion with a 2nd analyst. They often end up covering same points and thoughts - feels like it would be better hosted as a 3 or 4 way discussion vs 2 individual 1-on-1’s

If you’re an Illini fan from anyone across the world it’s a must listen. Great info and smart informative sports guys.

I always check to for new episodes every week and really enjoy listing to them throughout my day! I also am a subscriber to the Illini guys and love all their exclusive content.

Can't go wrong listening to this very informed, on the beat group of Illini experts. Mike Cagley needs to tighten up his game as compared to other Illinois podcast hosts out there, but that's about the only challenge.
