    Life changing podcast
I’ve been on the rollercoaster ride of wellness my entire life. I’ve always worked primarily on weight loss/maintenance and/or workouts. What I didn’t focus on and what Elizabeth does in her podcasts and wellness academy is the FOUNDATION and LONGTERM journey to make the goals more sustainable and more likely to become a habit. I highly recommend this podcast and joining the wellness academy. She has helped me overcome my lifelong battle with food and has changed my unhealthy view and relationship with food into a happy and healthy one! I’ve never felt so happy and at peace with my wellness <3

The greatest podcast/therapy I have found to help me with my Postpartum weight loss
Since discovering this podcast which my friend recommended to me I have felt so liberated from my constant obtrusive thoughts of self-loathing, trying to “escape my body” and feeling trapped in a cycle of dieting to achieve my goals. Truthfully I have continued intermittent fasting and it is hard for me not to track on My Fitness Pal but I am going to continue listening to these podcasts as my “therapy” to help me gain control around food and find happiness and satisfaction with my new body since having a baby. I love the mentality of ditching the diet and finding healthy ways to lose and maintain my weight. I have always struggled with my self image but never so much as since I had my baby 8.5 months ago. Elizabeth’s helpful tips have been an integral part in me learning to love my body again and as a new baby-making miracle machine. I am focusing now on hydration, movement and moderation with food. 20 lbs down in 16 weeks, a healthy pace 👏👏👏 Highly recommend! 10/10!

    Refreshing, Real Podcast
This is the best health-related podcast I've listened to. I love Elizabeth because she has helped me work towards becoming the woman of wellness I want to be. She teaches how to love yourself and how to make changes you want to make while still living a balanced life. This podcast can be life-changing, especially if you've been on diets for decades like I have. Elizabeth is encouraging and motivating, but keeps it real. I appreciate that she is all about body love, but also reminds us that if you WANT to change your body or lifestyle and you do it out of love, it's ok and it's possible! It's one of the best podcasts I've listened to and I feel grateful to have come across it.

We are bombarded with what we should/shouldn’t do every day, and Elizabeth helps you focus on what’s most important, honor yourself where you are at, and then take small steps from there that will impact you for big change. Not simply the scale…but internally with having a peace and confidence of the path of healing that you’re on. Thank you Elizabeth!!!!!!

A sustainable, long term approach to food
Everyone knows that diets are for the short term, and while they can be good to get you on the right track, they are usually unsustainable in the long term. That’s where intuitive eating comes in. This podcast is great for understanding that you can have a life-long, healthy relationship with food, and honor your body along the way.
