I was sad to see Amy’s show end but I see it just now has a new name. Fortunately, Apple recommended it to me. It’s called Mentally Stronger With Therapist Amy Morin. She still does the Friday Fix episodes!

Amy’s podcast is now called Mentally Stronger
I like the old show better. For anyone else that is looking for Amy’s content, her show now has a different name, Mentally Stronger with Therapist Amy Morin. Same layout, same Monday interview and Friday Fix.

    Mental Health
In the episode titled “How Reading Improves Your Mental Health”, I agree with what is being said. I would like to ask Can reading still improve your mental health if you don't implement what you are reading? For me, this is what I am struggling with. I can read a self-help book thinking that I am going to implement the actions and then when I don't it just just depletes my mental health situations. But overall I like the episode.

A must add to your playlist!
The Verywell Mind Podcast has helped me “off the ledge” several times! Not every episode is relatable, which is why I love that I can pick the episode I need at that moment. Recommended by my therapist, in turn recommended by me to MANY of my friends. I love that if I hear an episode, like a TikTok video, I share it with who it reminds me of! Thank you for these!

    AMAZING PODCAST FOR MOMS!
I don’t mean to sound closed-minded but I’m a single mother of an eleven year old girl and so many of the episodes feel like they’re speaking directly to me! Especially with the ‘boundary’ episodes, as I’ve been struggling with this for years. I feel like the advice is practical, feasible, and reasonable! It’s rare to find solutions within podcasts ( in my experience). Thanks so much providing such great content! I will definitely pass it along to my friends that have, or work with children!! Loved 5 Mental Strength Couch Exercises
I listened to 5 Mental Strength Exercises you can do from your couch. I especially loved the idea of writing a kind letter to yourself. I became tearful just thinking about it. I struggle with perfectionism and am so hard on myself that I realized how I allow my negative self-talk to dominate my thinking. I allow my feelings about myself to be driven by my perceived performance of the day. I am inspired to flip the narrative and become a self-encourager. Thank you for the inspiration!

Thank you so much for what you are doing. I look forward to tuning in regularly.

***I found her at Mentally Stronger- a new podcast!
###*** so my podcast subscription started playing automatically today and I thought it was weird that a strange voice said Amy was suddenly taking 10 weeks off from the podcast. I looked Amy up on Instagram to make sure she’s ok. And I’m happy to say she is fine but she isn’t coming back here. She is the host of a different podcast now called Mentally Stronger. She’s over at Mentally Stronger and better than ever!!! ***### I’ve been so excited for this podcast to begin from Amy Morin! It was better than I expected from a usual podcast interview- I was captivated and engaged the entire time! Her interview with Maffio is amazing and inspiring! I can’t wait for Wednesday when the next one drops!

Update to my review. Gift of Strength
Update on my review, she is now at the podcast Mentally Stronger. A voice I did not recognize was playing today when this one started playing, I only want to listen to Amy Morin. Amy Morin gives me the gift of mental strength each and every time I experience one of her Ted Talks, see her interviews with media , read one of her useful and timely articles or one of her books over the last several years. Now, with her podcast, I’m so blessed to have the ability to receive this gift twice a week. Her common sense approach, great interview skills, fun personality, and valuable insights during these podcast interviews make this a must listen podcast. I’m so thankful Amy now has this platform.

I love love love this podcast! I have adhd so I struggle with emotional regulation and impulsivity. I have been in therapy for years and it has changed my life for the better. I am on a journey of establishing more self-love and positivity which is such a fluid lifelong process. As I am still in 3 different forms of therapy I have taken it upon myself to find more resources through podcast. Since I have ADHD it's hard for me to sit through and listen to lengthy podcast. I love the variation and insight that Amy offers between tips and tricks in shorter podcast. Ironically enough I have been sending some of her podcast to my individual therapist! I am so overjoyed to have found Amy. Her work is incredible and it really allows you to take a step back and process your actions. I could not emphasize enough how much this podcast has allowed me to grow! I highly recommend it to anyone who struggles with their emotions or even if you don't the tips are a great added benefit. To Amy, if you see this, Thank you so much for all you do. I have your book on my Amazon wish list I cannot wait to order it. Be well♥️

I love all these Podcast by Amy Morin. Very helpful. My wife has a hard time getting rid of old clothes and other things. Now I understand a little better, why she does this. Thanks for your insight.

    Amazing Podcast
I stumbled upon The verywell mind podcast a few days ago. The first episode I listened to with Amy Morin was with guest Jordana Brewster. “Ignore the editor in my brain” resonated with me. I tend to rehearse or now know to be, edit my thoughts in social situations. Hmmm. I believe I will stop doing that now. :) Be brave, be real and be vulnerable. This podcast is my # 1 go to for self help. E. Murphy

    Very Well is Very Digestible
This podcast is the right length and just the right density of information that I don’t avoid listening to it like I avoid reading self-help books after I buy them. I can pick my topics make a few notes (or not) and move on to whatever my day brings with food for thought. I find myself applying strategies without having to study. Love it.

    Very informative, grounded, and inspirational.
I’ve listen to a few episodes of this podcast and then found it very helpful. I lost my brother in 2020 and now I am taking care of my sick father and it has been a difficult experience. Combine with normal life struggles Amy’s straightforward approach has been very beneficial.
