This is the best Queen podcast in my opinion. I have tried to listen to a couple of others but I have not been able to listen to more than a couple of episodes, but the Queenpod I have listened to all the episodes twice, and some of them three times. Ro, Simon, John and Sooz are so knowledgeable and have great insight it’s unbelievable how much I have learned about Queen’s music and methods and about music in general, but especially about Freddie, John, Brian and Roger. They tell great stories, play the music, talk about each song in depth and it is a lot of fun.

As a lifelong Queen fan, this is the podcast I’ve been waiting for!!! The co-hosts are so engaging, I love all the different perspectives they bring to this show. Listening to them, I truly feel like I’m listening to friends. And I truly appreciate learning new things about the band, which I didn’t think was possible at this point!

I look forward to each new episode. The four hosts are knowledgeable and funny. It is a joy!

These guys know so much about Queen I love it. Lots of background plus lesser known tidbits. Come for Queen and stay for the laughs.

I have NEVER left a review for a podcast of any kind, but I felt obligated to do so for the Queen pod, because it is so good. Whether you’ve been following the band since the early 70s, or just got into them after seeing Bohemian Rhapsody, you will learn and appreciate so much about Queen’s music. The chemistry among the cast is awesome, and they will make you laugh quite often. I highly recommend the Queenpod!

The content of the podcast seems great, but the hosts are sometimes inaudible, even with the volume turned up. They’re in need of some sound engineering I guess. Had to stop listening because I couldn’t hear a lot of what they were saying.

I’ve been a Queen fan for… I don’t know, many decades now, and it is such a pleasure to discover QueenPod is hosted by four super-fans that share the same interest in obsessing over the minutiae of Queen’s music. These four co-hosts are all legitimately fun to listen to. If you’re a long-time Queen fan, you’ll recognize bits of yourself in each of them, whether it’s obsessing over the “aaahhh” in the opening bit of We Will Rock You, or having enough sophistication to appreciate the genius behind the music video “Calling All Girls” (or disliking some of the videos that featured members of the fan club simply because you didn’t get a chance to participate). If you’re new to the “deep cuts“, you’ll definitely learn something new each episode, and these podcast episodes are a terrific companion to your journey of listening to the entire back catalogue. Highly recommended; puts a smile on my face each episode — just like Queen’s music.

The QueenPod walks the listener through a deep dive of the Queen catalog, all while sharing behind the scenes stories and trivia of this legendary band. I wanted to learn more about the band and their music, and QueenPod is providing a most excellent education! Highly recommend.

As a diehard Queen fan, I’m so impressed by the quality of this podcast. I wasn’t sure how interesting it would be to hear people talk about Queen’s music, but these folks are so knowledgeable and passionate, it’s really a joy to listen to. They also have a great rapport and often make me laugh out loud! The podcast features actual clips of the music, which is a major plus. This is a must-listen for any Queen fan!

The hosts make this podcast really fun to listen to. Never a dull moment. I’ve been a fan of Queen for the last 35 years, so I’d like to think I know a thing or two about the band, but with every show, I learn something new, and I love that! They are very knowledgeable about the group and their music. Each episode goes into detail about the album that is the topic and each song.

This is the only thing that has matched my obsession for Queen, and I’m loving every moment! I’ve laughed so much more than I have in a while listening to this. Thank you so much for this gem!

This is wonderful! I love deep dives into my favorite things, especially done by people who know their stuff. I find myself nodding along or laughing as if I’m there, sometimes even responding! I’m a huge Queen fan, obviously, but now I’ve discovered that I adore some of the lesser known bangers. I am glad I have an outlet for my obsession; the people in my life are quite tired of hearing about Queen and Freddie nonstop. Now I have even more obscure trivia to regale them with.

As a newer queen fan, this podcast has been an amazing way to learn more about the band, the music and their history. I can’t get enough

I’m eagerly anticipating the start of season 2. I discovered this podcast while watching reactions to Queen videos on YouTube. Someone commented about this podcast & I immediately checked it out. These 4 people are knowledgeable, passionate Queen fans and are also very funny. I have recently rediscovered Queen and am enjoying a deep dive. They make me happy and this podcast brightens my day.

My friend, a fellow Freddie and Queen fan found this podcast and we’ve been on fire ever since, gushing to each other about what we’ve heard! I cannot believe the detailed information that comes out and the time just zips by! We learn so much and they’re all so fun to listen to. It helps to hear from English people as those of us not from Queen’s country of origin I feel do miss out on the nuances of living in a culture that created this band. If you love Queen do yourself a favor and find this podcast!!!

I finally found a group of people (that I can access) who love Queen as much as I do. These folks are a god-send. You’re wonderful. Please never stop.

The presenters’ genuine love of Britain’s best light entertainment music group carry you through the band’s often cringeworthy missteps and album tracks. Worth sticking around for the singles and occasional genuinely good songs, sprinkled here and there. Enjoyed. Weirdly I find the podcast much more listenable than the band.

What a great podcast. Love hearing all of your fabulous stories and insights on Queen music. I especially loved the podcasts on Queen II. I could have listened to a whole show on the March of the Black Queen. When I was young I always loved whatever Queen song was played on the radio (I’m in the States), but didn’t go any further than that. I saw the BR movie the first day it came out. I then realized how many great songs Queen had. The next day I starting downloading Queen music and I haven’t stop listening since. I now have the entire Queen (and Freddie solo) catalogues, videos, coffee table books, etc. I search for rare Queen releases online. I’m am such a proud and crazy Queenie. I recently heard Simon (I think it was) say something on a podcast about people who have just recently discovered Queen music and that they could now binge listen to everything and not have to wait 20 years for all the albums to be released. So true. There is truly nothing like Queen music. I’m may be a little late, but thank goodness I’ve arrived and I’m here to stay.

So happy to finally find a podcast devoted to Queen! It’s great and look forward to binging the episodes.

This is my kind of podcast. An intelligent and insightful examination of every album from Queen along with extras that enrich each episode. The panel is well versed and passionate and their research is stellar. The best part is the humor and loyalty to this remarkable band. If you love Queen and want quality content, this is for you.

An absolutely brilliant podcast that all Queen fan MUST listen to. I consider myself a die hard Queenie...I've read dozens of books, watched every documentary, have over 50 t-shirts, have a few Queen tattoos, and even enjoy covering their songs...and yet this amazing panel of fellow Queen fans have managed to teach me things that absolutely blow my mind. I can't recommend this podcast enough! God Save the Queen!!!!

So glad I stumbled upon this. If you grew up obsessing over the band in your youth and rediscovering Queen’s greatness as an adult, this will become your new favorite podcast. Other people will probably like it also! All the hosts are a delight and I totally share in their joy of Queen. Fried Chicken!

This is a wonderful deep dive into Queen, have enjoyed all so far. However I find it disconcerting and slightly disrespectful to hear Ro laughing inappropriately quite often at others and even his own comments. That is my only criticism.

Enjoying these deep discussions about the band and music. The panel is teaching this very long time fan some new things and making me fall in love all over again! I appreciate the humor, heart, and geek-dom. Queen forever!

Here, finally, is a Queen podcast worthy of the band, populated by people at least as obsessive in their fandom as I am. Not a public relations or promotional tool, not a podcast length advertisement, this show is a deep dive into the music, the band, and perhaps most interestingly, the overlap between the band’s history and the fans’ history. If you own an album by The Cross or an EP called Star Fleet Project or if you’ve blocked more that five people on Facebook because of their myopic opinions of Adam Lambert or Paul Rodgers, this is show is for you.
