I do not recommend. But if you have questions and are looking for a better podcast go check out “that’s totally normal” with doctor T she’s a great resource and doesn’t make anything feel weird or uncomfy. So go check it out. Also you guys are trying you just need to get your facts straight and not sound so boring.
