    I’m Obsessed
I’m not a bandwagon kind of girl! I do not have celebrity crushes, but Rachel has changed that for me. She’s down to earth, factual, genuine, and open to any topic or conversation. I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, which Rachel also has, and am also wanting to get pregnant soon. I messaged Rachel about my disease paired with getting pregnant and traveling. She was SO KIND AND SO HELPFUL! I appreciated the time she took to give me a thorough answer. She truly cares about us, everyday women! This podcast shares more honest information about women’s health than I have ever received from anyone else—doctors, nurses, health class, or personal exploration/research. This is worth a listen if you are a women in any stage of life but especially women who are wanting to start a family!

    Lacking depth
Lacking in depth and research. Some information is incorrect and misleading, specifically in the cervical mucus episode and how to accurately check.

    “Knowledge is Power”
This is everything I wish I had known when we started trying for a baby nearly a year ago. So many of the resources I’ve delved into depend on you already having a complex understanding of the terminology they use and, in many cases, are filled with conflicting information. Rachel lays everything out very simply and clearly, with no pretension, and has highlighted and helped me correct so many of the mistakes I’ve been making since the beginning. Plus, her voice is very enjoyable and easy to listen to. So thankful that I found my way here!

    The best!
This podcast is AMAZING! The most informative podcast I’ve found on hormones and fertility. Rachel is straight to the point and full of wisdom. I binged every episode and feel so well equipped to start my conception journey. I’ve had so many hormone issues in the past and no doctor or book has informed me as well as this podcast!

    Stop saying ‘now’
You have great information and a good voice! But please listen back to your ‘5 Fertility Superfoods’ episode and count the number of times you said ‘now.’ Sadly, it became so annoying and distracting that I had to stop listening. I would guess you said ‘now’ over 50 times in a 20-something minute episode.
