    No, I have followed you on your podcast because you added value, I listened to your 1st 17 podcasts, ending with the zero shoes one. Then you put nothing out for a long time, and when you finally did a new one you had deleted all the past 17. Now, you finally repost and you delete even your very newest one! (Which was only 15 minutes). If you don’t want to do a regular podcast, then don’t do one. I love your stuff, I have both your books, I am desiring content from you, you are awesome, but the way you are handling podcasts is unacceptable. I want from you what all others offer, a library of information that I can go back to and relisten as I am able to glean more each time I play it. With all of that said I wish you and your family nothing but the best. I’ll just continue to follow you on You Tube. That makes me sad, because I think podcasts dominate! Best of luck and success to you😊❤️

    Excellent advice
    I recently suffered a medial meniscus injury, the exercises mentioned in this show have definitely helped me rebuild atrophied muscles. The diet advice is also excellent!

    I have been trying to recover from a bad knee injury for almost three years I seem to face setbacks weekly and I really needed to hear this… Looking great is an amazing feeling but being pain free is so much more… i cannot play with my little girl because of my injury as well as how it has effected my income… we need you guys; keep up the great work! I still believe I will get back to 100%. I’ve done pt for almost three years and the things Ben has us doing has helped more than those hundreds for pt sessions… Btw get their books they are a great guide… I will be a lifetime supporter of Ben and hope to one day beat him in a race ;)

    Why did old episodes get removed?
    There used to be over 20 episodes in this podcast with episodes on hamstrings, knee ability zero, etc and now there are only 6? Why did the old episodes get removed?

    Ben thank you thank you thank you. I been running for 20 years with no knee problems. Since COVID and no gym access I was just running and started right knee problems. Wasting my time with foam rollers. I follow your videos and problem solve after 2 weeks! I will keep doing them my whole file.

    Put money in the Bank!
    This guy is a genius!! I’ve incorporated his exercises as a preventative measure to keep me from injury in the future, or as he puts it “putting money into the bank for the future”. But I’ve also passed his YT videos along to family who struggle with horrible knee pain and they *immediately*(knees feeling better within days of starting his simple exercises) started to feel relief and find hope that they can regain the knee strength of their past! It WORKS!!

    Amazing group! They are such nice people, and they know their stuff too. After an ACL reconstruction at 19 and then a grueling college tennis career, I had chronic knee issues. At 23 I decided I couldn’t take in anymore and decided to give this program a shot. I went from being in so much pain I couldn’t sleep at night to being able to play the sport I love and so many other activities! And did I mention that happened in a little over a week? Don’t sleep on this method.

    Don’t see for yourself....
    All NBA players should have the understanding like Ben and the Group do, or at least have him them in your corner. You should STOP take a step back and see if your needs are really being met or are you being taking advantage of with trainers that hurt you. I see it in my profession as a financial professional, people at every level are being taking advantage of left and right. The best things that have ever happened to me were when I thought about it with an OPEN heart and open mind. Athletic Truth Group is the real deal.
