Becki TrailblazerSolid and realistic advice + hilariousAs a fellow personal trainer and coach, I appreciate Sarah’s podcast for many reasons. #1 - solid advice from a certified professional who has actually done what she’s talking about! I have sent several episodes to my own clients to reinforce stuff we’ve discussed. #2 - she shares real stories of how training for a hike/run/climb plays out in real life. Which can be messy, discouraging, amazing and everything in between! #3 - she is hilarious! So what if people look at me funny on the trail when I burst out laughing while I’m listening 🤣🤣🤣 Keep up the awesomeness Sarah!

SteveWarsInspired and informedI found Sarah through her training program which is great. Easy to digest way of setting up your own training plan and well as a few to get you started. Loving the podcast! Along with her emails I get it’s been helpful to keep me in a good mindset to train.

Ez s rowExactly what I neededI am IN LOVE with this podcast. Sarah’s approach to talking and educating about mountaineering has been nothing but inspiring. After a really rough trek to Camp Muir (base camp of Mt. Rainier), I was left wondering if I was really cut out for mountaineering and reaching my goal of climbing Mt Rainier next year. After listening to a few episodes, my doubts were gone. I feel so empowered to reach my goals and I’m slowly developing a new and more positive perspective around my love for mountaineering in general. She offers all the tools needed for safely reaching the summit. Thank you so much Sarah!!!

- pSmart and approachableSarah has a very pleasant approach to the topics and is quick to recommend options if you wish to dive deeper into a specific topic. A solid, fresh POV to some topics that have evolved meaningful over time (and others that have not).
