    Love the information
Love the info shared on this podcast and as a bariatric patient I’ve learned a lot thanks to the guest they interview but the foul language is undesirable in a podcast and makes me want to stop listening. 4 stars because of the language only. Otherwise such good info for vsg, please include some DS guests and info too!

    The BEST Bariatric Podcast EVER!!!
I came across this podcast as I have been on my own journey. I have been working hard on journey but where I want/need the most of anything is the support - the “been there done that” support of peers that know exactly what I’m going through. Listening to these podcasts has not only educated me through my journey but it also feels like they are really talking to/with you. It feels sooo good to find such realistic and supportive people that have been in your shoes. Listening to these podcasts is part of my self care. And I absolutely love it!!

    You’ll find support here.
Very inspiring hosts and great experts. When I need extra support or motivation, this is one of the podcasts I go to. Jason’s audio is a bit muffled compared to April, but that’s easily fixed!

    Amazing!
I can’t say enough about April, Jason, and Nat. They are here to bring the bariatric community together and to bring experts to us to make living our Bari lives much better. I have been a listener since the beginning of the show and I can tell you that listening to this show has made me feel like I have three friends who are there for me and I know I can trust them. I just love BariNation.

Good content, audio isn’t the best with a few cons
I really appreciate the content this podcast has. They always have great speakers and the topics are great. The audio isn’t the best, sometimes it’s hard to hear Jason and other times April speaks so loud. One of the things that bothers me the most is that April seems to talk over or talk more than the speakers do. Sometimes it seems like the speaker has more to say but April will just talk over them. As a listener, I want the content from the expert (R.D., doctor etc.).

    Great content; Audio needs work
I want to say I absolutely love the content and the spirit of the podcast. The audio is all over the place and needs some work. Everytime April laughs or scoffs it is SO LOUD! She is a loud person to begin with, and she needs to move away from the mic or adjust the levels in post editing. The guests audio is usually too low, so I’m constantly adjusting the volume while I’m listening. Jason’s audio level is perfectly fine in most episodes. April- please either lower your voice, move away from the mic or lower your levels in post. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    My go to Bariatric podcast
April and Jason of E2W were some of the first few folks I followed on Instagram after my bariatric surgery - their podcast, content and amazing support have gotten me through some tough times post surgery, even if they’re not aware of it. They’re non-judge mental in their approach and are always bringing the best, most scientifically proven and evidence based information to our community. I can trust their guests and information because it’s been fully vetted. I’m so thankful to have them in my corner; they’re cheering me on just as I am for them!

    Amazing!
I was skeptical about listening to a weight loss surgery podcast because I thought I had heard it all. But let me tell you, these guys are great. They both continue to surprise me with the amount of knowledge they share. I really love when they have guests on to talk about their weight loss journeys. I have learned so much and I love being encouraged on my drive to and from work! Keep up the amazing work Jason and April ❤️

An amazing asset to the WLS Community!
Jason & April are invaluable to the WLS Community. Their content here is wonderful for someone just dipping their toe into figuring out what’s best for their health all the way to someone who is a veteran. Not only this, they offer their support to so many who don’t have this in their circles. As humans, we’re made for community, and East 2 West WLS podcast has fostered just that. I can’t wait to see and hear what they’ll do next 🤍

    April is my spirit animal!
Love listening to this show ! One of the first people to reach out to me on social media when I decided to make a Instagram to document my WLS journey was April, and she immediately made me feel like I found “my people”. The hosts are so open, so knowledgeable, and have had many different journeys. I appreciate them sharing and I feel very prepared and motivated about my decision to pursue WLS. Get excited whenever a new episode drops. :)

    Great podcast and great hosts!
Learned a lot about the journey that you go through. As someone who is a candidate for surgery it is nice to know there is life after it.

    Great Job
I found you both on Instagram & I just got done listening to both episodes! The second one was amazing. A ton of great information that I could resonate with. The differences between a slip vs relapse. Powerful. Also I liked how you talked about the different other “diets” that you can follow after WLS. Everyone’s path is different. Great!!!!
