BK from EritreaBright light for POCListening to slo mo is enjoying Italian dinner in a cozy bistro in Venice. What a blessing that you and your guests exist at this time thank you. Mo please refer to previous wife as my former wife not X wife please . I just think it is a bit negative and doesn’t portray your love for her. I love love you so much….my prayers for the Angel Ali
-
LEX•2many thanksMuch gratitude for the wisdom and mindfulness that you bring into my life. 🙏🏻

BlakeCamMo = BlessingWhat a great podcasts and it’s a pleasure to be a recipient of such knowledge and meaningful conversations. Thank you for all you do for others.

HeywatchitLess plugging of productsI heard Mo for the first time on a Tony Robbins podcast and I really enjoyed what he had to say. So I thought I would try his podcast, but the first one I listened to both he and the guest started by plugging their books and their services and it really turned me off. I get it, you have to promote your business to make some money, but do you have to lead with it? I guess you do.

Greenhead420Thank you my friendRiannon here! Thank you Mo! I discovered your beautiful work and voice through Tony Robbin’s. The story of your angel son hit close. I myself almost lost my life with what should have been a simple appendectomy 2 years ago at 38.The discovery for awareness and awakening had started decades before. Thank you for sharing these beautiful insights from your experience and journey in this space we call life. Keep helping others thank you.

I have given away over 20 copies of his book “Solve for Happy” and can’t recommend it enough! Please choose an episode to listen to in an area where you want to learn something! Keep up the amazing work Mo!!

-
lorinevadaSincere, honest, intelligent dialogueI’ve been listening to SLO Mo on and off for the last couple years. While I’m not interested in every episode, when I do tune in (often) I appreciate Mo’s warmth and honesty, and his respect and graciousness toward his guests. These interviews give me hope in a world where so many have lost their way.
-
tsethiSo movedI'm incredibly moved by this episode. Mo is such a thoughtful and humble interviewer that he allows each guest to shine while also allowing his own wisdom to emerge. That's an art. I feel inspired to think again about my most important relationships.

PauDenverWow - Intelligent, nice, companionate and interesting conversationsI got into this podcast since the Pandemic listening to an interview of Mo from another podcast. I am not much into reviews but this last episode of April 22, 2023 deserves an award honestly ….. Information presented knowing there is no personal agendas but to advocate true. My respect! Hope this kind of podcast never get silenced.

LisaIsHereForIt💥Kapow💥 moments every week! It’s obvious Mo puts extraordinary effort in covering salient topics and finding guests that are authentic and truly care about being a positive force in this world - the insights they bring to bear are still mind-blowing every. single. time.

EverJupirorBest podcast everI’ve never written a podcast review but this one is outstanding. It will make you think. Love his honesty and humility.
-
JQMorrisTimeDon’t believe everything you hear. If the subject is good and the topic engaging, 40 minutes is not enough. Make them as long as feels right for you, for the subject, for the guest, for you.
-
SusiecozSo importantI have been hungering for these types of conversation and information. I knew that my life was missing facts and truth. Thank you Mo for doing these podcasts and writing your books.

-
chuffed99999Have a listen 💜Mo is extraordinary in his kindness and non-judgmental curiosity about life and people. He never tries to dominate or direct his conversations with his guests; instead he encourages them to share and share some more, always enlightening us. Slow Mo is one of very few pods I subscribe to, and I like to listen when he is a guest on other pods as he is equally fascinating with hosts. If you haven’t heard him with Elizabeth Day on “How To Fail” you must.
-
BuddydogsThis podcast is a gemMo Gawdat approaches each conversation with kindness and curiosity. The conversations are thought provoking, engaging, and inspiring. He feels like a friend.
-
CicelyStewartBinge-worthyI just read Mo’s book Solve For Happy, and I’m feeling a huge change of direction because of it. I’m a scientist and an agnostic and was convinced for the first time in my life that there is more to our existence than just inhabiting this body. I was over the moon to find that he has a podcast. I’ve listened to a few of the interviews already, and they are mind-blowing. This guy just exudes love, and I could listen to him and his fascinating guests all day. Thank you for this podcast Mo. You have no idea the positive difference you’ve already made in my life. ❤️
-
marwapresenceA Podcast to wait forI am not the person who usually writes reviews but this podcast deserves 5 stars or more. I wait for the episodes to be posted every week and I do Ali down while listening and walking. MO Gawdat you are doing a great job with your planning, presence, audience preparation and topics. It is a great chance to slow down and learn from everybody’s experience.
-
Mark ColganMy daily dose of positivity! This is properly one of my all time favorite podcast! I love the way Mo guides his conversation, always entertaining but also get the best info from his guests. The diversity of the topics make the podcast always refreshing but touch the best angle of our every day life. Mo's wisdom is what draws me the most. 10/10 would recommend!
-
TheMotherShipCOWish I had found this sooner! How did I not know about this podcast until recently??! I first heard Mo Gawdat speak on the How To Fail podcast - an interview I have listened to 3 times! Chili FlowComplete Soul Medicine <3Every episode will expand your mind, heart, and spirit on so many levels. Mo cracks open a portal of conversational soul medicine influencing genuine connection within oneself, relationships, and the earth in order to create harmony and love. And with so many fascinating humans! One of the best parts of the podcast is how organic the conversations flow, inviting, and relatable to anyone’s life as if you're sitting right there with them. Easy on the ears, wildly inspiring, and completely heart opening. I so highly recommend any episode that calls to you!

-
NiccckkkkvvvINCREDIBLE! Thank you!!!WOW, this really may be the best podcast I’ve subscribed to in all my years. I am blown away by the wisdom and vulnerability shared by Mo and his seemingly never-ending lineup of fascinating guests. Mo possesses such a valuable ability to connect with people from all sorts of different backgrounds and perspectives, always humbly inviting them to share their vulnerabilities and unique perspectives, which is always so edifying to me as a listener. Mo is able to create a warm environment for everyone - both the guests and the listeners - to explore complex and important subjects with courage and honesty, all while tastefully injecting stimulating questions and feedback and gently guiding the conversation toward a place of actionable learning. The guy is a human Yoda with glasses. I’m addicted.

Alysonwren1My people are here!To find this place where I can come during the pauses of my days fills these pauses with richness instead of frivolous doom and gloom that is mainstream. These are intelligent voices that I can recognize by their determination to choose to live by the silver linings in this surreal uncertain time. Difficult circumstances, no matter how significant or small, can ALWAYS bring us to the light of better. Thank you Mo, I’m grateful to have found you. But it was not by accident - I am determined as well! 😊
