AheritageptKeeping it realAlways a good idea to listen to Rising! I love how Jesse and Nicole keep it real about pelvic therapy and business. So many therapists share unrealistic business standards and even gloss over the challenges of owning a rehab business. Jesse and Nicole keep it real with real conversations, emotions and the humility it takes to be a pelvic health professional!

BridgetKaneSo helpful, biggest add to my lifeI have been listening to Nicole and Jesse for the last several years religiously. I was working in an outpatient PT clinic as a ortho/pelvic floor therapist (the only one) and started realizing there is just a better way to provide care. I got trapped in the system for years (12) š« . I moved clinics, working on setting boundaries that were appropriate but until I started really listening to business podcasts and specifically this one I was just *grinding* thinking I just wasnāt doing enough. This podcast truly changed my life. I have learned so many clinical pearls and gained the audacity to start my own business and build what I wanted- with confidence. Their biweekly guidance has really helped me start my practice- while providing care that feels good to me for my patients.

Emily Mason Pelvic WellnessMy Favorite Podcast for Everything Pelvic Health!Iāve been listening to Nicole and Jesseās podcast since day 1! I feel like I must have written a review at some point, but I just keep getting so much value that I figured Iād write another just in case I never did! Iāve always been the type of clinician that questions why we do things the way we do and pushes the envelope a bit when it comes to the way we treat. This is a lot of what I resonate with on this podcast. Not only do Nicole and Jesse push our profession forward, but they have given me the confidence I need to continue pushing as well. This podcast has led me to their amazing courses, Pelvicon, and has me interested in their business mentorship in the future. Love Nicole and Jesseās dynamic and the humor is right up my alley. It makes learning and growing fun and leaves you waiting for that next episode! Highly recommend this podcast!!!

Natxoxo16New Fave Podcast!Iāve been listening to the podcast the past few weeks and I canāt get enough! They provide so much value in each episode. I really enjoy the specific questions Jesse asks Nicoleā¦ he usually asks what Iām thinking in my own head š. If youāre a pelvic health therapist that wants to learn and challenge your beliefs- this is for you!

Krob1007I love this podcast!I discovered this podcast over a year ago when I had this crazy idea to maybe start my own business. Listening to this podcast's business advice helped me get the confidence to make this a idea a reality. And the clinical episodes are so good! I always finish with something new to think about in my clinical practice. Thanks Nicole and Jesse!

Renee SpAwesomeThis podcast is awesome! I learn at least one new thing each episode! Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into this podcast!
-
somebody review virginThank you!!I appreciate this podcast so much as the solo pelvic health practitioner at my clinic! I am very much enjoying the āa missing pieceā episodes - giving me lots of things to think about and work into my sessions. Keep it up!

AB1187Love!I use their education daily. I appreciate their honesty and love their clinical pearls. Thank you!

samthenaturegirlA must for pelvic PT/OTās!Iāve listened to this pod since it started & I absolutely love it. Iām a PFPT who is currently starting a practice, though Iāve worked in different settings (insurance based, 10 patients a day). No matter what setting Iāve worked in, the episodes are applicable. Just shows you that learning can take place in so many places/waysā¦ growing as a practitioner doesnāt have to be hard. I also love that Nichole and Jesse tackle topics that might be hard for us to hear!

Pennylover00Rounded Learning OpportunityI started listening to this podcast in January and have listened to almost every episode now. Nicole and Jesse are awesome and the way they share their expertise for all things clinical, business, and life is digestible and applicable to EVERYONE in the pelvic pt world or those considering it. The way they approach sharing their views and advocating for the progression of the specialty as a whole gives me life and makes me want to keep doing everything I can to improve my skill set and be the best clinician I can be. Iām actually starting my own practice (just scheduled my first patient!) and know I wouldnāt be brave enough to do this without guidance from them! They have so much knowledge to share and I strongly recommend looking into their other courses for Pelvic PT Rising for more in-depth mentorship and guidance.

akakdkktbrjeifndLove itThis is my favorite podcast. In the past, all the content Iāve ever listened to on pelvic health has been SO dry. Nicole makes pelvic health so fun and exciting. I can feel her passion and energy. I love the business advice from Jesse. So honest and truly trying to help. I listen on 2x speed so I can learn as much as possible in a short amount of time.

Smith1134Top Notch Confidence BoosterThis podcast brings me so much confidence and joy going into my day, their message is clear and helps me stay on top of my game!
-
AlyssaOchoaDPTObsessedI LOVE this podcast. Iām slightly embarrassed to say that I discovered it at the beginning of this year and have listened to EVERY episode now. I do listen at 1.5 speed (sorry Jesse and Nicole) but I had a ton of commuting in January/February where I was just crushing through them. They really touch on all things clinical, business, and personal which I appreciate. Iām a new PT and new pelvic PT and itās really helped me find my footing and helped me grow. If youāre afraid to be challenged, donāt listen!! Otherwise enjoy. Thanks Nicole and Jesse and keep the truth bombs coming

CJDPHPTLove the message, but desire kinder languageI do love the content this podcast brings. As a newer therapist, the material and message is valuable in guiding my clinical decision making and shaping me as a therapist. I do feel like their language can be a bit harsh and a lot of the cursing is seemingly unprofessional for a professionally-based podcast. I also think their message can be a bit condemning and criticalāas if you say, āif you do āxā as a clinician, youāre doing it all wrongā. Overall a good resource, but wish I could enjoy their execution a little more than I do.
-
ElevatePelvicHealthSo Relevant! Every Pelvic PT should listen!I listen on the way to work and literally apply what I have learned that day. Nicole and Jesse will make you think about how you practice in a way that propels you forward in your practice and business.

InertiaPTabingdonRockin the mic like a vandalThis latest episode was one of my favorites! You all always make me smile but really Started 2022 off right with this one. I loved āyou canāt RICE the pelvic floorā from Jesse, and rewound to relisten several of your points, Nicole! Thanks for your energy and humor

ashleeleelee3Best Pelvic Health Podcast EVER!Heard about this podcast in Sept 2021 and had to see what it was all about. I started from the beginning and so worth it! Nicole and Jesse are down to earth and do a great job bringing awareness to pelvic health and will give you some laughs along the way!
-
Tori MallowBest info out there!I love how Jesse and Nicole always keep the talk real and donāt beat around the bush! Iāve been listening faithfully for over a year now and it was this podcast that gave me the guts to open my own practice. By following their advice, both clinically and business-wise, my practice is growing steadily!

1boooooooot987Favorite Pt podcastLove this podcast, Jessie and Nicole are the best. I have been re-listening to some of the earlier ones to hear the business advice, since Iām planning on opening my own practice once I get the nerve. I keep hearing about something that happened when Nicole told her boss she was leaving to start her own practice. I would love to hear the story because it sounds juicy! But overall the podcast is amazing. Please keep it coming, you guys are hilarious.
-
mindy r dptGreat infoThank you for the great business and pelvic health information! Love listening to the podcast. Keep up the great work!
-
JoyeeenobleeeBest pelvic PT podcastI truly love everything about the Pelvic PT Rising Podcast! Itās a perfect mix of business and clinical, some tough love, topics that make you think, a safe place for differing opinions, and some epic dad jokes (Iām looking at you Jesse!) No matter what stage of your career you are in Nicole and Jesse have you covered!

Tracy, PTAppreciate the SupportI have been regularly listening to most of the podcasts episodes since it began. I have appreciated the information, suggestions, and challenges to my thought processes more than you can imagine! I have had no one to mentor me and used to feel alone with little support or ability to discuss difficulties when treating my more complex patients. My confidence has increased significantly. Through the podcast, Nicole has challenged my thought processes and shared ideas for interventions which have proved effective for many patients. She has discussed many topics that have been on my mind for the last several years as I have been gaining experience treating patients with pelvic issues. Thanks! Keep up the good work!
-
KdaroskiMentorship by pushing play.As a pelvic PT practicing with little guidance in the surrounding area, this podcast is an amazing resource. I love that itās causal enough that I enjoy listening to it while driving or doing house chores. It never feels like āworkā to listen. It gives amazing perspective as Nicole has great insight into the niche practice side of things and Jesse is able to lay things out from a business standpoint. I genuinely look forward to new episodes! Keep them coming! Oh. Jesse ..go Night owls!
-
Alexa_EThanks for challenging me to find my ethosThank you Jesse and Nicole for making my drive to and from my pelvic health clinical meaningful. Since listening to your podcast, Iāve started a notepad in my phone with all the things related to pelvic health: finding my ethos, finding the why, clinical pearls of wisdom, and more that I am incorporating into practice starting now as a student and will take with me as practitioner. You have both helped challenge me to be more intentional with how I communicate with patients and guide them on the path they already wanted to go down! I am confident this podcast will make me a better pelvic health occupational therapist, and I thank you both for such a beautiful balance between business and clinical!
-
AngelaMAPTThanks for opening the dialogue on rectal treatment!Nicole has an amazing knowledge base AND she is great at breaking it down to share! If u only listen to ine episode, check out Rectal Evaluation and treatment. (All of the episodes are terrific so you wonāt go wrong listening to any of them!) As an experienced PT transitioning into pelvic health as a novice, much of what Iāve been exposed to or found for training makes it seem as if āyou donāt need to go thereā (rectal). But as Jesse and Nicole point out, 50% of the pelvic floor is more accessible rectally. So a lot of our clients do need us to learn and actually treat rectally- not just men.
-
Tiff PTLove Nicole and Jesseās business relationship !I love this podcast... itās so real and offers great advice. But I also wanted to mention something else Iāve taken note of recently in the podcasts: I just love how Jesse is so involved not only in the business aspect of your businesses but also how much knowledge he has about pelvic floor therapy just by simply listening to Nicole talk over the years and listen to her be so passionate about the pelvic floor ...the fact that he can fluidly banter back and forth with Nicole about anatomy and such is just so cool! I really respect your relationship together..speaking from experience, as my husband is a PTA and itās SO amazing to have a spouse that not only listens to your therapy stories , but truly is engaged with those conversations! So, kudos to you Jesse for being an awesome contributor with Nicole! I just love listening to you both :)
-
ChingDPTFun and Practical for ANY PT!Jesse and Nicole have such a fun yet still professional dynamic that gets to the root of a lot of issues that PTs face today! Iāve really enjoyed the business episodes because they have helped me understand how to be a PT beyond just clinical care (which they also have great information for that too!) This podcast has useful information for every PT, but especially dives into helping grow and improve the world of pelvic health!

JulesB3725A Must-Listen for Pelvic PTās!As the owner of a small mobile pelvic PT practice, this podcast is my favorite to listen to while I drive between clients. BeckyPT2021This is the perfect drive to work or home podcast for a pelvic floor PTAs the owner of a small pelvic floor clinic, this podcast helps me feel fired up and supported when I drive to and from work. Itās so refreshing to hear Nicole and Jesse be unapologetically honest about their beliefs regarding all that is right AND wrong in the field. Thanks so much for creating this!

M. WooLove this podcast!!When I first came across this podcast, I binged all of them in a a couple days. Amazing content! Nicole & Jesse speak on a variety of topics related to pelvic health PT, running a small business, surviving& thriving during COVID times, clinical pearls related to pelvic health, the rehab process as it relates to pelvic dx vs orthopedic, and most importantly how to communicate with patients, create buy in, and bring the patient through a full circle of healing and rehab. I especially love her 4 step process for healing in which she preframes what the rehab process is like for the patient so that they know fully what to expect and what the goals are that are unique to them. Seriously, listen to every episode twice-You wonāt regret it! Nicole brings the thunder and the knowledge that will level you up as a clinician, and Jesse keeps it real-so funny, and helps bring in the patientās perspective since he is not a clinician. Their dynamic is incredibly entertaining. 5 stars from me šš¼
-
