Both entertaining and educational! This podcast is not just for people who are in the the animal field , Chris and Ari touch upon so many topics including leadership, communication, animals and more! The sky’s the limit when it comes to this podcast and you never know who the next guest speaker is or what topic they will touch upon next! Highly recommend!!!

This podcast has taught me so many useful tips and tricks not just on animal related things for work, but even more about people interactions. It is truly helpful even for those who are not in the animal field, but looking for better ways to communicate with peers. There’s great episodes that can help on the leadership side of things too! I have learned so much from their podcasts, it has helped me grow into the human I am. I have learned new ways to support those around me and build better, more positive relationships with others! Hello All! I highly recommend this podcast to anyone and everyone who has an interest in animal care and behavior. As a current animal science student this podcast has been a fantastic dose of animal behavior and “behind the scenes” conversations, and insights to real day to day animal care situations that I do not get while earning my degree. I have been listening to this podcast for about a month now and I absolutely love it! As a young zoo professional with only about 6 years in the field I find this podcast so helpful, insightful and inspiring! I always find myself thinking “wow I thought I was the only person that felt/thought like this”. Chris and Ari are great to listen to and I hope to be attending a NEI workshop in the near future! I always enjoy listening to the kernels of wisdom that come out of this podcast. I know from experience that although the animal training part of our field is hard, the human communication aspect is even harder. This helps me unravel some communication issues I personally struggle with.

This is one of my absolute favorite podcasts to listen to on my free time! The hosts maintain a nice balance of educational content, with entertaining diversions and stories. This mix makes for a fun way to learn something new that relates to the animal training field, while feeling as if you're relaxing among friends. I love the variety of topics that they discuss, and every episode has either taught me something new, or inspired me to think about something in a different light. The hosts are also enthusiastic about interacting with their listeners, so I highly recommend emailing them if you think of an animal care/training topic that you want to hear more about.
