zBellarminoVery helpfulThis podcast is solidly Catholic and psychologically informative. I have found it very helpful in understanding myself and my wife better. I recommend progressing through in order, as each episode builds on the previous. I have learned so much. I am grateful that I found this podcast.

IowawriterMust listening for all Christians wounded on their earthly journeyThank you Dr. Malinowski and your colleagues. I have benefited so much from your explanation of parts work.

Allison R176My hands down favorite podcastAs a Catholic therapist for over 30 years, I am blown away by how much I am learning and resonating with in this podcast. Dr. Peter is an awesome teacher, solid Catholic, and amazing therapist. As I listen, I resonate with the truths that I’ve known and integrated all these years, but I’m learning new things on deeper levels about personality and particularly, internal family systems. Dr. Peter artfully integrates Thomistic psychology and other spiritual philosophers with the best of modern ideas and thinking in the field of psychology. I agree with Dr. Peter that this work is groundbreaking and will impact many now, and in future generations. But lest you think you must be a therapist to understand, let me tell you, every person can learn amazing things about themselves and find greater healing, integration and freedom in what Dr. Peter is teaching.

Mom of Children in ChristInspiring Deeper Understanding and Love in Relationship to Self and OthersThis podcast has led to an emotional awakening for my husband and I! We are really enjoying listening together and it has sparked some amazing conversations. We were looking for support in understanding ourselves so that we could guide our children emotionally. We found a lifetime worth of inspiration and work to dive into. It is deep and academic yet practical and fun! Thank you so much for sharing this vital information that you just can’t find anywhere else!

I<3 chompy!CrucialSo grateful for the insights of Dr Peter and others who are noticing the need for a unitive, Catholic anthropology of the human person in psychotherapy and every walk of life! Lord, send equipped workers into your vineyard!

Blake TamezGame-changerDr. Peter and his team are doing incredible work. It's been such a blessing to find this resource.

hashtagaqhaInformative and interestingLove this podcast! It is very informative and interesting. I also appreciate the Catholic perspective provided in relation to psychology.
-
Lawton KnightReflective and novelI found Dr. Peter to be very informative about narcissism. I’m still very new to his understanding of how we are integrated or disintegrated, but as a teacher, I find it worth investigating and learning more.
-
SullflaAll podcastsI love these podcasts and have joined the Redilient Catholics Community. It is very beneficial in expanding my ability to follow the 2 great commandments of loving God, and others/ourselves. My experience is that the degree to which I am able to love others is commensurate with the degree to which I have a rightly ordered love of self❣️
-
gardinermichieMy favorite podcastThis is it for me. The deepest truth about my life on this earth- the redemption of my brokenness and sin in a way that is both gentle and consummately practical. A way of integration that is based on God, but without by-passing me. Nothing has helped me more than learning IFS and having Dr. Peter flood IFS work with the Light of the Faith. Thank you Dr. Peter with all of my heart.

DaveyGibbyThe most helpful podcast I’ve heardThis podcast has been the most helpful one I’ve heard. It brings psychology and Catholicism together in a beautiful way and gives so much practical help and experiential exercises that allow you to dive into yourself, how you operate, and the reasons why.
-
soul.docMind blowing new insightsI’ve been listening for almost a year now and I’ve learned so much about myself and how to understand others. I have a new appreciation of the power of psychology when integrated with faith and human experience.
-
cool cognitionLearning to live the great commandmentI wasted so many years and so much money on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I didn’t change and The IIC podcast shows me how to use Parts work to access feelings and parts and love them. Who knew I can’t love unless I love these parts too. I listen over and over and do the experiential exercises and in time I will know myself better and be able to receive and give love better.

MeesebellbeeNever Miss An EpisodeI have listened to every single episode of Interior Integration for Catholics since the very first one came out back in 2020. I am continually in awe of the generosity and goodness of Dr. Peter Malinoski to devote countless hours to this mission of forming our souls and hearts so that we may love and be loved deeply. Now that I have been part of the RCC, I am going back over episodes from the past which truly move the experiences from the head to the heart. This is where transformation takes place - in the heart. I am so very grateful.
-
wannyrBrilliant and inspiredI love this podcast. I get excited when a new episode is scheduled to come out every other Monday and whenever I am feeling like I need some spiritual and emotional uplifting, I pull up back episodes since I am relatively new to the show. Highly highly recommended.

Higher Purpose 2The Blessed LifeIf you desire to heal all your relationships then start with the most important one - the one with yourself! This podcast is transformational as it addresses human formation the foundation for having a real , authentic relationship with oneself, God and neighbor. Dr. Peter will guide you intellectually, spiritually and practically to come to know yourself better so you can enter into the the blessed life (this side of eternity) awaiting for all those who desire to know and love God, neighbor and thyself.

Ann in WisconsinWow!I heard about IFS on This Whole Life podcast. I had never heard of it and have the words to describe my interior life for the first time at almost 50. Not only do I feel more empathy towards myself-but also for my husband, the disabled I work with as a social worker and my family and friends. Peter’s stories resonate w me—making this material easier to understand. As a Catholic I am deeply moved by his mission and passion. I want to be holy and restore my relationship w God and others. Thank you for giving of your time and talent in this way!

mobpodcastreviewerThis podcast is a godsendI don’t know how to adequately describe how healing this podcast has been for me. I’ve only heard a about 6 episodes but in just a few hours of listening I’ve had more healing in my relationship with God and with myself than I had from decades of trying to live a Catholic life. I also really must emphasize how Dr. Peter really validated my experiences in various types of therapy where I felt like the modalities where profoundly inadequate (like mindfulness) or actively harmful (like bypassing my managers and attacking my exiles vis exposure therapy). This podcast is so healing that I want to recommend it to my nonreligious friends too because there’s nothing else out there quite like this content. The only downside to the podcast is that whenever I listen to it my heart bleeds for people who have never heard it and have parts that are heavily burdened, starved for their attachment needs, and laboring under false god images. Every person to whom I have recommended it so far has loved it and wanted to come back for more. I can’t wait to listen to every episode and will probably be recommending it to others the rest of my life

Michelle DunnePutting it togetherReally enjoyed the accessible way you lay the framework for attachment and IFS and then, with a firm foundation in place, you move into understanding narcissism. The information is accessible and applicable.
-
K8G90Important and rare workThese podcasts delve into the complexity of the human person and provide the intellectual understanding that is so necessary for self-realization and love, and by extension, better love and understanding of others. Listening to these has given me so many tools to get to know my parts - especially the ones who are deemed “not good” by other parts - which has been instrumental in my human formation. Thanks, Dr. Peter!
-
It's all about me girl 227Great podcast!I have truly enjoyed listening to this podcast. Love to hear my Catholic faith and my interest in psychology in one place! Very helpful for me while I seek help with my own Catholic therapist.
-
CreateSoulSpace.netI’ve learned more listening to IIFC than in my professional trainingI’m a trauma-informed Catholic life coach, and studying IFS was part of my certification training. It was an excellent course and I learned very valuable tools and information regarding IFS during the training. However, I find that I”m learning far more by listening to Dr. Peter’s podcast. Each episode just adds to my range of knowledge, and I find that it informs me not just professionally, but personally as well. Thank you, Dr. Peter, for such an excellent podcast, you’re providing a wonderful ministry to the world!
-
LittleFlowerFitnessOne of a kind showit’s clear the Holy Spirit is leading Dr Gerry in this work! this podcast is like learning from a goofy but talented graduate professor who has an incredible wealth of knowledge about psychology and Catholicism (and is also a father!) i just know i can trust what he teaches. whether you are a lay person like me, and just starting to dive into your own story and healing, or a counselor or clergy, i think Dr Gerry has something to offer you!
-
Kentuckian123Extremely InformativePhenomenal podcast! Every episode allows me to better understand myself, which in turn allows me to better navigate the wounds that drive a large portion my actions. Thank you, Dr. Peter!

-
Gage_Gage_GageVery Eye Opening!Been listening to this podcast for the past 6 months and it has taught me more than I could have imagined about IFS. A great supplement to counceling and lots of topics to ponder. I love how Dr. P gets to the heart of uncomfortable topic and speaks truth!
-
mzurovskiRecommended by my therapist, for good reasonI just started listening to this podcast a year after it was launched. My Catholic psychologist recommended it when I commented that I wished I had “workshop length” sessions with him. Here’s a great alternative. I can work at my own pace and bring the results back to my therapist. I’m thankful to have been led here.
-
BrittanyEnglishInsightful, faithful, and practicalThis podcast has been of valuable help to me and to those to whom I’ve recommended it. This is exactly the kind of insight and help I feel I need as a committed Catholic seeking to deepen my interior life and grow in human maturity. I listen to it with great interest every week. I love the fascinating studies of our ‘parts’ and I’m impressed with how well Dr. Peter prepares these podcasts.

Rach.M.Grace perfects nature!Thank you for analysis that balances both practicality and beauty—I’m happy this is a resource that authentically presents how grace perfects nature, and thus we are called to be attentive to our nature. Beautiful stuff!

David RoscoeSoooo goood!!!I’ve been waiting for a podcast like this that marries our inner workings with the divine reality. This is a treasure trove of realizations and application to real life. Ruffdawg54A great tool for dealing with crisisThe podcast episodes do a great job at helping us understand our Catholic faith and applying it to our mental health in times of crisis. Covid-19 is a crisis facing us all; yet, we also have our on-ging everyday crisises with which have to deal. This podcast is great at allowing us to become more self-aware and learn how to use our whole being (body, mind,, soul and heart) to live integrated lives on a daily basis.
