Whether we’re locked in fierce corporate competition or struggling with matters of life and death, one constant stands out: teams working together. And when teams, and teams of teams, focus on combining their unique abilities, expertise, and experience to embrace uncertainty, innovate, and tackle massive challenges? No problem is unsolvable. Teamistry is all about the chemistry that exists between groups of people who team up to achieve more than they ever thought possible. Join host Nastaran Tavakoli-Far as she delves into stories of teams working together to change their fate and even the course of history.

    Teams preparing for space missions
Congratulations on the great work you do on Teamistry. I just completed your Teamistry survey even though I was too late to be among the first 100 to get the freebies. One of the questions on the survey asked what types of shows we might want to see. Here is what I wrote: Keep looking for team stories in unlikely places. For instance, my collaborators and I are working with NASA to prepare teams and teams of teams that will go back to the Moon and on to Mars. We are learning a lot about how people react to being put into space mission analogs that simulate the isolated and confined environments of long duration space travel. We just did an interview about our work with NASA's Houston We Have a Podcast and would love to work with you if you are interested. Good luck, Noshir Contractor.

    Love Teamistry
I’ve listened to all your episodes and can’t wait for the new ones! It’s such as great podcast - highly recommended to anyone interested in the power of collaboration. I study teams as a part of my doctoral research and I wish I could tell a team story & lessons learnt like you do <3 Thanks to the whole research and production team in charge of making and editing all those episodes!

Well researched podcasts about some of the worlds best teams
Narrated well and goes in depth into the success of teams, including the one that helped found the United States. Informative with no ads or annoying promotions.

    Outstanding!
This is a really fantastic podcast - I just binged a bunch of episodes and just love it. High quality audio and production, content is truly excellent. Also, I like the approx 30 minute episode lengths, this seems perfect to me. Some have asked for longer, but I’d suggest if anything if it truly warrants a longer one, make it two parts, as 30 mins is a really nice length to me.

    Love it!
The only critique I could make would be for the episodes to be longer!!!

    Really Interesting
Ernest Shackleton episode is extremely interesting, a great story.

    Engaging
I heard about this podcast on one of Jay Sherry’s podcast. Right away when I listened to episode one I was hooked! The stories are extremely engaging. I appreciate how complex ideas are brought up and then broken down into a understandable form for the average population. I loved hearing from multiple speakers and the lessons they presented. The ending did a great job of reviewing the entire podcast and leaving you with thought provoking ideas.

Listened in the dark at bedtime... Made the storyteller’s imagery really come alive. Please keep more stories coming!!😊

    Incredible
It reminds me of Walt Disney’s imagineering story! Teamwork and their dynamic. I’ve listened to the four episodes thus far multiple times and introduced them to my father on our walks!

    Love this program!
I binged the first four episodes and my heart sank when I realized there were no more. Well done and keep up the great work!

    The Ford Tarus
I am a history buff, but a lot of your story had escaped my radar for several reasons. I was never a Ford guy . The that time I had just relocated to Detroit working in telecom for GM. GM was in early stage of the Saturn project. Now I have a comparison to what the competitors approach was during that time. Looking forward to more Teamistry stories.

    Well done!
At my work, it’s all about teamwork. This podcast is each a sweet story of a transformative team who definitely made a big impact together. What love most about Teamistry right now (Covid times) is that it is a good story I can listen to without added stress. I am already craving the next episode.

    Fascinating work!
I love the stories in this podcast, it’s well-produced, it’s simply captivating. Few podcasts are engrossing enough to make me “keep listening” when I’m done biking/mowing/driving and ready to “stop listening”. This is one! It’s really interesting that some of the work we attributed to individuals was really team-driven, and I like learning how those teams cooked secret sauce to produce their world-changing results. Worth the listen!

  • Thoughtful commentary
Loved the topics and thoughtful commentary!
A thoughtful and engaging perspective on teaming in various situations. Much needed given current events. Provides great insights on how teaming matters and makes a difference, especially during challenging times!

Wealth of information, black hole of actionable info
You’ll learn a lot about the fascinating pursuit of science, but merely learn that good groups have young people with a Ph.D. We need to hear more about the diplomatic pursuits involved in attaining the historic achievement and less about the achievement itself.

    Excited to hear more!
Always a fan of podcasts that bust popular misconceptions - can't wait to hear new episodes!

    Teams FTW!
Is teamwork a science? I don’t know but this podcast is definitely better than any chemistry class I’ve ever taken!

    Ready for more
Refreshing to hear that more than one person made something happen. Could probably listen to history classes all over again with this perspective. Bring on the episodes!

    Good Choice!
Such an interesting perspective. I can’t wait to share this with my team at work.

    Really fun listen
I listen to a lot of history podcasts, but none focus on the group effort like this one. Neat angle!

    Snackable Stories of Team Achievement!!
This is the perfect commuter length to get me into work mode and a great reminder that we all need each other!

    Teams behind the scenes
I love how Teamistry digs into what makes teams tick. Especially those teams you didn't know about, in the background. And the stories are fascinating. I didn't know Thomas Edison was the 23rd inventor of the light bulb! Also like Gabriela Cowperthwaite. She's very down to earth, curious, thoughtful. It feels like a documentary film.

Great stories about teams making big leaps in human development.
Really interesting podcast about variety of teams and progress they were able to make.
