Chelsea GayleMixed feelingsOlivia is very knowledgeable and does her research, preps well for the podcast, but she talks so much that I feel the guest is sometimes left not sharing as much as they could? The intros are super long and drawn out with Olivia talking slowly, the longest podcast intros I’ve ever heard. I like how the Skinny Confidential intro just states a quick summary of what they discuss and then they get into the show. I usually start Olivia’s podcast and never finish because of the interruptions from Olivia. As a busy mom, sometimes you need a pod that gets to the point. Maybe it’s more geared for people who have a ton of time on their hands. Overall good guests but very drawn out.

Sally seafoodScam AritstIs it just me or does Olivia get on your nerves now too? I can’t bare to listen to her podcast anymore or stories on instagram. She screams inauthentic. I don’t believe her drastic and quick weight loss is from weight lifting and prioritizing protein. She is not being honest about something (ozempic?) also has anyone noticed that she used to have huge boobs and now that she lost weight they are gone? No evidence of her old cup size on her instagram either

Lucy M.PLove this podcast!Every time I listen to an episode I learn something that I can apply to my health and wellness and I love the energy Olivia brings!

FireSign76You are Great!I stumbled upon your podcast while looking for an episode on caffeine withdrawal since that is what I’m currently going through. Your episode hit HOME 100% with me and I really appreciate your honesty and transparency on the issue. It’s not talked about enough, especially for those of us that have addiction issues in our past. You are eloquent, well spoken, have a beautiful voice, and you really know how to discuss a topic in a well-rounded way. So glad I found you!
-
winnismama111THANK YOU!!!Olivia, I can’t thank you enough. The topics you share have been SO key to my health journey. The episode about hypermobility tied it altogether for me. I have a path now!! No more being gaslit by my healthcare providers who say my numbers are normal and to continue with my multivitamin!!! THANK YOU!!!

FatiskI want to hear more from the guestsI have been listening since season 1 and was really looking forward to this new season. There are topics Olivia presents that I am so excited for and there are moments where it feels like she completely takes over and it’s almost like she’s the one being interviewed. I have stopped listening to some of the episodes half way, it just felt hard to finish. I wish there was less rant and more questions for the guest. There are times where after she is done giving feedback, or adding to an answer the guest gave, it doesn’t really lead into a question. Maybe she wants more of a conversation feel? I don’t know. Olivia is full of wisdom and knowledge, I absolutely love her herbal line, and I do trust what she puts out there but lately these episodes have been a hard listen. I don’t feel I leave the episodes with the tangible tips I use to leave with in earlier episodes.
-
smashed05Not as good as it used to beI used to really love the show but lately Olivia does the majority of the talking even though she has incredible guests on. She’s also constantly plugging her products, which gets old. I wish it would go back to her guests sharing more and educating about a topic. Let’s hope 🤞🏻

Girlymama43MCAS and POTSThe episode about histamine issues, MCAS and POTS was life changing. I never knew I had anything wrong with me until I got sick last year and suddenly developed daily hive breakouts. I feel like my entire existence has just been validated and I’m not crazy. Thank you so much!
-
Jules Sev TWOW! Always an aha momentThank you Olivia! I can’t count how many times the knowledge and wisdom you drop in these episodes take me aback and provide unlocks to my personal growth journey. Olivia is one of the best interviewers I’ve ever heard on a podcast, always intently listening and providing profound takeaways. She always manages to lead the conversation in an organic way that wrings out the most juice from the guest and topics. I’m so so grateful for these conversations around deeply moving, unique and important topics. Keep doing what you’re doing Olivia!! I can’t wait to keep tuning in every week :)

JessPorter18Such a good show!!My favorite podcast!!
-
Bellydance DaniAmazing PodcastI just listened to an episode, that I had to pause multiple times to really digest and feel, and I’m left absolutely reeling (in a really good way). The way Olivia can connect with her guests to bring forward all the profound nuggets is the BEST. I 1000% recommend this pod to anyone who is hungry for depth, humanity in its truth, and a fusion of old and new wisdom.

co. by.Love this journey with you!Olivia!!! The podcast with Katharine Hargreaves brought me to tears. I felt like I was in the room with both of you. It spoke to my soul and really scratched an itch I didn’t know I had. I love being on this journey/evolution with you. Each podcast season is like unveiling a new layer of you. It’s beautiful and really resonates with me (and I’m sure many listeners). Thank you for sharing your knowledge and trusting the road the universe has paved for you. I love it and am endlessly grateful. Looking forward to many more seasons of life with you. -Cory

frequentDoorDashCustomerHMO EpisodeWhich episode is the one about HMO and formula for babies? I can’t find it.
-
squmThis podcast used to be my favoriteWith every season, it's losing what made it so special. The information gets less and less straightforward and easily applicable for everyday use, and at the same time, feels completely scripted. The advice and services being marketed become less and less accessible, and the facade of sharing valuable information has fully melted away leaving an incredibly gimmicky, judgy mess where Olivia gets to flex her connections and lifestyle. I really thought the reduction in production and fluff was goin to bring this back and I'm super disappointed to find that so far that is not the case at all. I'm still hoping for the day we get back season 1 energy. Full of love for herbs, conversation that was welcoming, soothing, explorative and immediately applicable without leaving the listener feeling like they're doing life wrong. All in all, if you want to be marketed to for an hour, this has become a great place to get that. The fact that she's managed to achieve that while not taking outside sponsorships (something I do deeply respect) is wildly confusing. Hoping for the day that's not the case, and as much as I truly want to see that, I'm not holding my breath.

Lauren TallonThe BEST Podcast! My absolute favorite podcast. Olivia has such a positive energy that is contagious. This podcast provides insightful information and encourages the listeners to live a healthier (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual) lifestyle!
-
Mich$etBest health podcast with the best host!Olivia brings authenticity and education to a otherwise confused and congested space. What’s the juice is juicy and honest! I love this podcast
-
jade73Love it so muchOlivia is probably the best podcast host I have ever come across. She speaks effortlessly, she connects so well with her guests, she asks the questions her audience wants to know, and she herself is so knowledgeable. She has a true gift and it’s a joy to be able to listen to her. I’ve loved every single episode I’ve listened to, and I also feel like she finds people right before the rest of the world does in terms of notoriety. She’s a trailblazer in that regard. Thankful for this podcast — such a unique blend of fun to listen to and highly informative!
-
GastrocRockLISTEN TO THIS PODCAST!I felt inspired to write this review because I just listened to S4E22 with Erika Polsinelli. Olivia’s questions are always so personal and Erika did a beautiful job of providing tips on breathwork and meditation. I’ve been enjoying watching Olivia’s career evolve over time and I love her podcast and I use her herbal tinctures. -Ann Swanson, MS, yoga therapist
-
Stephanie JorLife Changing 💚🌿Getting emotional as I write this review because this podcast has truly changed my life! I have listened to just about every single episode and I am forever grateful to Olivia for her plethora of knowledge and her passion for holistic health. 💚 This is my #1 podcast and her products are fantastic as well. Thank you O-O!🌿
-
Gaby's PizzaContext is KeyReally love this pod and the host’s ability to question clinical assessments that don’t have context. But then she said something about women not having the same stressors as men 100 years ago and that just sounds like some princess pov. Women have worked in intensive labor since the dawn of time, from agrarian societies to slavery to the Industrial Revolution to, quite simply, the poorer women that help clean richer women’s homes. When evaluating modern stressors I think we should stick to tech, processed foods, pollutants, etc. and not make broad statements about women and work stress.
-
kecaros4e5Only listened to this one episode because I was seeking interviews with this guest, but it seems this pod (like many) is just the host’s m*sturbatory endeavor to talk about themselves for hours.
-
jmsrhodaI love OOI have learned so much from you over the years 🙏🏻 thank you for being so generous with your knowledge, Olivia!!
-
atooflyAgrimony!LOVED this episode- resonated deeply with me particular life challenges. Would say confidently that I believe I’m an Agrimony person. Thank you for this lovely sharing of this plants nature.
-
***HSMFan400!***Emotionally Bulletproof sent me hereThis podcast continues to give great holistic advice. Her interview with Evy Poumpouras made me want to give a 5 star review. Unlike many wellness influencers, Olivia seems to live in the real world. The interviews she gives consistently gives well rounded realistic advice. There’s no dogmas or shaming. The content is consistently valuable, informative, and life bettering.
-
LondoeQuality is Going DownThis is a great show and Olivia’s knowledge and podcast has truly been life changing, but recently the quality has gone way down. Does no one listen to the podcast before publishing it? From no guest introduction, 45 minutes of silence, podcasts starting mid sentence, seconds being lost in the middle of conversations, and repeated sponsorships. It’s become increasingly frustrating to listen in when I have no idea what is going on. Please hire an editor and check the podcast before it’s published.
-
Ash0792The Saliva clicking Sounds are a bit muchI do enjoy the podcast but the host does make quite a bit of Saliva sounds which does sound a bit like someone scratching a chalkboard. That happens to me I get it, it's caused from speaking a lot and your mouth is craving hydration so you start sucking saliva and you hear it as you talk and the saliva clicks to your teeth. Just something to be aware of as it makes it very unpleasant for listeners, other than that he topics are great.
-
hshduxbebs11/10 the best conversationsSmart, smart girl! Olivia is so in tune with herself, which makes it so calming to listen to her conversations with guests! I love her approach to health and healing. She seems so genuine and covers all the topics that are crucial to everybody’s understanding of health in today’s modern world- mentally, physically, emotionally, & spiritually! I always look forward to her new episodes because I know I’m going to truly enjoy it.
-
alexis.velez.Follower for Life!I’ve been following Olivia for nearly a decade on Instagram, and of course have been listening to her podcast since she started. Every episode I learn something new and always take some message with me. She brings in the top experts in their field. What a gift to receive free learning through podcasts. Love her.
-
Bmarshall144a true favorite 🥹This podcast has changed my life and perspective in so many ways, and it’s also the only pod I can listen to episode after episode and not get bored. I love the way Olivia explains things in a very understandable way even to the average mind who may not have the knowledge and background she does. And as a fellow Leo, just love her energy in general. ❤️ I really respect all of the companies she sponsors (including her own tinctures), and truly trust that she will only recommend things that would benefit her listeners. Thank you, OO team, for this pod🙏🥹☀️☀️✨✨
-
Slev8180Love love love!Olivia is relatable and informative!! I love the questions she asks her guests and honestly, how relatable and transparent she strives to be. I’ve learned so much!!
-
incarinLove the showVery interesting and informative show 🙏
-
Alyssaa DHas potential but going downhillOk I’ve been listening to this podcast for a few years now and yes I’ve gotten some really good information and knowledge out of it. However I feel in the past year or so Olivia is not very genuine and over explains and talks way too much. Her guests often have interesting stories and knowledge to share but Olivia drags everything so far it loses meaning. Also if you hate mouth noises like me it can be hard to get through
-
drummer's girlllBeautifully impactful podLove the energy and knowledge Olivia shares through her podcast. I’ve learned so much from listening to her over the past few year. The editing on a few of the newer podcasts haven’t been the best.. long pauses of silence. Hopefully they can get that fix! Much love💗
-
pgswopeMy favorite, but often has audio issues 😩Seriously would be my fav podcast if not for the audio issues almost every episode that genuinely impact listener experience
-
Ketaminesnoopy5 stars and I don’t even rate podsGreat show, good info. I heard the producer is hot ;)

-
BreezydkLife changingI am a little late to the podcast game and this is the only one I’ve ever listen to. I have followed Olivia on Instagram and Facebook for several years and I’m so sad that I didn’t start listening to this podcast sooner. It has taught me so much and really opened my eyes about so many things, I would absolutely recommend this to anybody. She touches on so many subjects.
-
MmismasOBSESSEDThis podcast is EVERYTHING. I started listening to it probably about 2 years ago after it was recommended by someone I followed on Instagram. I had never heard of Olivia prior. There is so much incredible information in each episode that I decided to listen to the entire series cover to cover (whether I was listening to an episode for the first time or re-listening to one’s I had already finished). The things that I have learned from Olivia and her guests have helped me so much on my journey to wellness. Olivia, her podcasts, and her herbs have changed my life for the better and every day I’m so thankful that this wonderful human made me way into my life I’m this capacity
-

Giannaflammia1231000/10 every timeBeen listening since day one. She’s become a weekly habit on my commute in traffic and I couldn’t be happier, I just Re listen to episodes all week when I finish the newer ones and wait for the next one to come out lol. Highly recommend for all because the knowledge and power is truly life changing. I also am a huge fan of her products I use them with myself and the kids!

Lili writing reviewsLife Changing Content!I am in love with this podcast - every episode makes me rethink my life in the best way. I especially have loved the idea of gut healing breakfast soups, setting better boundaries, and focusing on the lymphatic system. Thanks for all you do, Olivia!

oliviamarronnMost Informative/Life Changing Podcast Out ThereTo say I’m grateful that I found this podcast is a serious understatement. Olivia has truly got me hooked on the world of Chinese medicine and herbalism, as well as functional medicine as a whole. The amount of insight and knowledge I’ve gained from listening to these podcasts while working has completely changed my perspective on life. Growing up, like Olivia, I ate many processed foods and refined sugars and am definitely paying for it now. Thanks to this podcast I was able to put words to the way I was feeling and gain a better understanding of health as a whole. Thank you so much Olivia + Team, for all your hard work and research 🫶🏼 I wish you guys the best of luck and success with Organic Olivia and the podcast as well!!
