I really enjoy her podcast on Saturdays. I know it's focused towards women, but I still get a lot out of it and it's also about the perfect length. Her tone of voice is nice. Her pacing is nice. She does a really good job. Keep it up.

    Thank you!
Thank you for all the info that you share on blood sugar. I have been navigating working with doctors and without this information it would have been challenging to understand what I need to do for myself to get my blood sugar in a better space. I also love your Instagram and appreciate all the photos of meals and information you share there as well. Thank you for bringing a wealth of knowledge online!

Love Dani’s podcast! Practical and applicable info for everyone and their mama
I absolutely love this podcast - Dani is so genuine and a great interviewer. I’ve learned a lot about blood sugar (and most recently, parastes!) and can relate to her own story a lot. When I listen to her podcast it feels like I’ve known her forever. Keep up the great work and keep the good guests coming! ❤️

My go to for nutrition guidance
Danielle knows nutrition. She translates complex concepts (e.g., insulin resistance) into easy ones that are simple to understand. She’s also no-nonsense. Rewarding yourself with a cheat day or food… she’ll call you out on that 😃

    Expensive Hair Vitamins Episode
Danielle, the intro for this epsiode was raw and long. And I was disappointed and somewhat annoyed to hear Mr. Faraz speak as if he invented something new and groundbreaking. Spending $160 bucks for capsules in a plastic bottle is robbery. You can supplement on your own and see how it goes. Plus, gut health is the key to hair growth. I wanted to join you on this sugar free journey but, it seems boring. And I havent seen anything recent that says, this is how you quit sugar. I can't support somehow who's an ambassador for snake oil. Meaning, you'll have to take those pills for the rest of your life in order to see some new strands. Goodbye Miss Hamilton.

This podcast is literally changing my life
I cannot put into words how thankful I am that I just so happen to find this podcast. I honestly am not sure how I found it but I’m so glad I did. I had no idea how much sugar was effecting my body. It’s going to be a long, hard road for me to quite sugar but I’m confident I will do it! And love that I have this podcast to learn from on the way!

Thanks for sharing your tips, doing all the research and helping people like me with reactive hypoglycemia. There is so much we need to know. Love your Instagram! Binge listening asap!
Great, content and information! I wish I found this podcast sooner. Abby (House of Keto) shared and I immediately listened to your show with her and am now on Episode 4 starting from the beginning. I have been on a ketogenic diet and go off and on with my kids being on it (because it is HARD) but am changing all of our lifestyles now! A lot of this info I know already, but I love listening and reaffirming and getting the info back into my mind. Cant wait for even more episodes!
  • Nonicknameshopper
    This info is great!
Excellent podcast. I wish I’d heard this 10 years ago. I’ve had diabetes for a long time and never understood what it was and why I had it. In addition my doctor never seemed to worry about it as long as my A1c was under 7. I am now following the keto program and feel amazing! Thank you ❤️

My wife and I have been binge listening to this pod cast starting from the very first episode! We have been doing Keto together but only had a surface understanding of how to properly do Keto and we didn’t even think about how to use our body fat for fuel instead of sugar! Thank you so much!!!!

    Breaking my sugar addiction
I’ve been a processed sugar addict since I was a kid. I finally decided to do something about it and found Dani’s podcast in May of 2022 (about a month ago). Since I started listening and applying her info and helpful tips, my sugar cravings have almost completely subsided and I’ve lost 8 pounds! Dani’s content is so much more than just sugar and Keto- related. Info on proper hydration, digestion, the virtues of healthy fats, insulin and glucose, and so much more can help you transform your diet and your health.

    Amazing!
Dani is informative, interesting to listen to, relatable and “fun”…. She has taught me so many things and helped me to see the error of my ways. I have recently ordered some of her “favorite things” from her website—while looking for info to sign up for a seminar/class. I now follow her on IG. I might have to invite her for Thanksgiving—lol—she is now a part of my life! Thank you Dani!!

    Life changing
I am so so happy that I stumbled across Dani’s podcasts. I love each and every episode as everything she says resonates with me. You feel like you’re chilling out with your super smart bestie while you’re gaining so much knowledge and insight into how our bodies actually work. It’s so important to take our health into our own hands, and not rely on western medicine to do it for you. Dani drives this home in a realistic, relatable approach. If you want answers into your own health, I highly recommend her podcasts. And better yet, sign up for one of her one on one courses! Blood sugary mastery is great!! Because she helps to personalize her teaching towards you with coaching calls and access through her community. You also meet lots of other like minded people sharing in similar struggles. So you feel very supported. I literally can’t say enough about Dani and all of her work. She’s phenomenal.

    I ADORE Dani!
Dani is the coolest, hands down. She’s so knowledgeable and I always come away from her show with new hacks to try out. I have a long history of insulin resistance and blood sugar issues due to adrenal dysfunction. Although my blood sugar isn’t perfect, I am becoming more metabolically flexible by the day using Dani’s teachings. I can even handle coffee now without getting hypoglycemic, and that’s a miracle!
  • Powerhaus7

I started listening to this podcast on a lark because I needed to rid myself of a sugar addiction. I learned more from this podcast than I’ve ever learned from any other nutritionist! Everything Dani talks about makes complete sense and she explains it clearly! My body already feels better based on what I’ve learned and changed since I started to listen. Thank you Dani for making this podcast!

    So helpful!
I discovered Dani on Instagram when I started researching how blood sugar affects us. Before finding Dani, I was constantly hungry. I was snacking all day long. If I could make it even three hours between meals, I was shocked. I was dealing with intense hunger and cravings, which led to binge eating. I would combat my hunger by eating fruit (because it’s low calorie) and then I’d be hungry an hour later. She has made everything make sense. This podcast is full of such great information. With Dani’s lifestyle tips, I have changed my life. I feel so much better! I can go 4-6 hours between meals. I finally understand the difference between true hunger and blood sugar cravings. I feel so satisfied after meals. I’m eating way less volume than I used to but I’m hardly ever hungry…the power of fat and protein! I can’t even believe how much time I wasted obsessing over food and hunger before I found Dani and this podcast. Thank you, Dani, for all of your work in this area!

Like a convo with a friend
My gratitude for this podcast is overwhelming. I’ve been bingeing for the past month or so and can’t gobble up this info enough. Even if the information is something I already “know” Dani packages it a way that it feels fresh new and relevant to my life and goals. Her passion and spirit are infectious and her thirst for knowledge is admirable. I love the length of the podcasts ( I have an hour commute) that hour goes by so quick because it just feels like I’m having a conversation with a friend. It’s like she anticipates all questions one may have and follows up all her information with examples or metaphors that make an impression so I can use that info as tools in my everyday life. She makes it incredibly easy to understand the complicated science behind how your body reacts to food and lifestyle. I love her and this podcast!!
