I was originally drawn to it because I, similar to the speaker, had a hard time mentally about a year ago. I am still in recovery, and I figured listening to a podcast about mental health would benefit me while also helping me to get my assignment done. Thank you Jeremy for aiding me when I didn’t even realize I needed the extra help. This podcast has become something that I plan to continue listening to despite the class being over ❤️

I get my daily walk & advice all in together; to unwind at night I fall asleep listening to Jeremy. I like that Jeremy stays true to his format, stays focused and dispels advice that really works. He has gotten me to see that taking care of mental health is just like taking care of physical health, you always need to work on it. I’m so grateful that I found this podcast. Keep it up, Jeremy!

While his voice and tone alone are enough to lower your blood pressure, his content is truly impactful for anyone who is looking to improve their day to day mental health. While it’s great to listen to week by week, I also love to scroll the older episodes and find any word or feeling I’m struggling with that week and listen. In about 20 minutes, I’m guaranteed to feel more at peace. I highly recommend listening!

He has very valid points and it has helped me become a better person in all areas. The ideas put forth are extremely helpful and useful and I would recommend this podcast to anyone who is trying to improve and better themselves. I really enjoy all the different episodes and I find them very helpful for my everyday life. It has already helped me so much. The host is very educated and has great credentials. I recommend this podcast to any and every one. 10/10.
