CharmiR1275Episode 719Hey Sam. I really enjoyed this episode. I have seen a lot of claims on the internet lately demonizing coffee on an empty stomach. Your information helped debunk the theory and eliminate unnecessary concern. Thank you for the value packed information you put out regularly!

meganmiles987Summarizes A Variety of ResearchI research stuff like this all the time and somehow Sam Miller is able to reference even newer, higher quality data than I can find. It’s truly a gift of his. I’m always learning something and it’s framed in a way I can easily pass on to others.
-
Hart73Volume up pleaseI have been subscribed for over a year and have not listened to more that 3 episodes cause anytime I try I find my self turning the volume up and still can’t hear what’s being said. Please give me the option of turning the volume down if it’s too loud rather than turning it up and still can’t hear. And no it’s not my hearing cause between my bdoump and other podcast I can hear just fine. I don’t leave reviews much but I truelly love hearing from you cause I have heard you in other podcast and wanted to hear more of you message. I will come back and change my review I’m just hoping I get your attention enough to up your volume. Great guy btw too bad I can only hear you in other peoples podcast.

Yourboy23MUST LISTEN!Sam and his team provide a research based, information dense podcast for nutrition and overall health that will make you want to listen to an episode twice, just to soak it all in. I have been listening frequently for about a year and go back into his archive of episodes for more good topics. High five Sam, thanks for for what you.

KrystenaMExtremely CredibleIf I need any information regarding anything in the healthy industry, Sam Miller Science is my go to. He is the most credible source I’ve come across who does not fluff information or make it difficult to digest.
-

BLewis73Good Solid InformationI’m so glad I started listening to this podcast. It provides solid information and tips that I can put into practice as a health, nutrition and fitness coach. I can’t wait to see how my business grows with what I’m learning!

Ems218Amazing health resource for coaches and individuals alike! This podcast is invaluable! It’s an awesome resource for health, nutrition, and fitness coaches as well as any individuals who want to dig a bit deeper on their own health journey. Each episode is jam packed with valuable info but they are reasonably short whereas other podcasts covering similar info are hours long. I make time to listen at least weekly. As a coach in the space for 10 years I can say I’ve paid a lot of money for classes and courses over the years and often learn more in Sams podcast! And for anyone who listens and loves it, his FNMS course takes it to the next level. Pretty awesome to have a FREE resource with such valuable information.

Rob253545Extremely Helpful in Weight loss journeyI've been on a weight loss and health transformation journey since April. I started at 270 pounds and am down to 215. I've been working with a registered dietician who took one of Sam's courses. Listening to the podcasts has really helped reinforce the why behind everything I've been doing with my dietician. It's very motivating seeing results but it's also motivating to know why we are making certain changes and the science behind it whether it be adding in a certain supplement to help with my blood sugar or changing the cardio in a certain way. It hasn't just been simply starting macros and cutting them as we go there have been many other toggles along the way and Sam's information on the podcast has been extremely motivating and helpful to my adherence to hear the science and the why behind every change my dietician has made along the way.

Kasey VittoFree Knowledge! These podcast episodes are a nice free resource! These various topics are so specific and well researched. His knowledge and continuous research helps me further educate and advocate to my clients!

Jonathantoews. So much knowledgeThe absolute best podcast for diving deeper into things health and fitness beyond just the surface level macros and training. I’ve learned so much just through listening to the podcast and I appreciate all of the free content! It’s helped SO much!

Garrett aka GQLong OverdueI’ve been following Sam since early on in my coaching career. This podcast is truly invaluable for coaches looking to scale their educatuon and begin to help clients at a deeper level. Beyond that I can't recommend his course FNMS to become an in demand coach able to help clients with complex issues.
-
MacdaddykAll Time FAVSuper long, overdue review - definitely my fav podcast! I’ve been listening to this podcast since 2020, when I was at the beginning of my online coaching career. I’ve really enjoyed the episodes because he breaks down the science into very tangible pieces of info to take away for yourself/clients. There’s a lot of information out there in the health space and can be super overwhelming when you are trying to further your education. But this podcast specifically hits on functional health and how to address both basic and more in depth health focuses for my clients. There are a ton of topics on here that are helpful for both a business and educational perspective as well - so it’s nice to occasionally get the marketing/coaching tips as I have continued to keep up with my own functional health education. I’ve been able to make a lot of changes within my 1:1 coaching program and for protocols with clients in regards to bloodwork, supplements, nutrition and my structuring of check ins.
-
Allon Health & WellnessGreat podcast!Sam Miller’s podcast is informative details and sensitive to the needs of all kinds of people. I value the Contant as a personal trainer for the perspective he gives and how it further helps my clients. Podcast topics are always timely, I have found when I have a question about something. Usually that topic comes up next in my feed. I highly recommend this podcast.
-
Silian RailReviews are from shillsWeak podcast with next to zero content. Most are 30min of ego stroking. Total waste of time.
-
texas-girl-29-My favorite!Wish this guy was taking new clients because he’s a breath of fresh air for everyone, but especially the functional medicine/overall health approach that comes super helpful to females.

-
theerameyDo not miss this informationSam has been so influential in my beginning knowledge of becoming a coach. When I first set out on this journey, I thought I knew a great amount of things when it came to health and fitness... boy was I wrong. After finding Sam about 18 months ago, I have listened and signed up for basically everything they have to offer because the knowledge he gives is too important to pass up on. I can’t thank him enough for just improving my abilities everyday.
-
gethealthy_befitgreat informationSam always has current content wonderfully explained to make it very easy to understand and digest. His content is well studied and relevant to the coaching arena, or for those who are interested in getting and staying healthy and fit. No bull, keeping it real.
-
Alex JohannssonFavorite Educational PodcastThis podcast is absolutely great. I try and listen to an episode each morning either on my walk or in the background while I do my work. Sam always has interesting topics he talks about on the podcast and always has great information to back up his knowledge - and teaches it in a simple way to understand. There’s a lot of information being thrown out in today’s world and it is nice to have a consistent resource to come back to and learn from.
-
state.fitINCREDIBLY INFORMATIVE!This is the first podcast I’ve come across that takes complex scientific topics and condenses them into a way that’s applicable for coaches. If something comes up in a client case, I know I can reference one of Sam’s podcasts for guidance. Thank you Sam!
-
hannah burnessMY FAVORITE PODCAST!Sam breaks down the most relevant topics in a way that’s easy to digest and fun to listen to. If you’re a health and fitness coach & you don’t follow this podcast, YOU ARE MISSING OUT!

Ash21kjGo to podcastSam provides great science based information. It’s my go to podcast! I’ve learned a lot from his shows. Especially for wanting to know more for my personal health. Check it out!
-
coach marisa kayStellar infoSam is incredible. He is clearly very knowledgeable, but the real thing that makes his podcast great is how he is able to teach and coach the content in a digestible way. A must listen for all coaches.
-
Squats n' ScienceMandatory listening for coaches and clients alikeSam demystifies complex concepts and teaches physiology with a direct emphasis on application for you or your clients. Coaches should listen to level up their knowledge and have directly applicable info to help any complex client case, but really this podcast is amazing for anyone on a healthy journey, not just coaches. So definitely urge you to make this one of your staple listening podcasts especially if you have those several problem clients that you can’t get results no matter what you try.
-
Justin_PetersonSam is the real dealThis podcast is great! Anyone interested in health, fitness, nutrition, etc… look no further. I’ve had the opportunity to work 1 on 1 with Sam in the past and have seen first hand the benefits of his knowledge in play. Not only is he extremely intelligent, but he’s an active learner (always on the cutting edge), and a genuinely good human. I’d rate this Podcast 5/5 Stars and rate the man behind it 6/5 Stars!
-
rjk821Game changerBy far the most underrated podcast for anyone interested in health, nutrition, and physiology. Absolute game changer for coaches and any health enthusiast! Do yourself a favor and subscribe to this show ASAP.
-
RMGFitSome of the best health info you'll hearI have been a fan of Sam for a while now, and have his certification. If you're a coach or just a curious person into health and lifestyle, you need to be listening to Sam.
-
jes🥰Talks obnoxiously fastI love the information and topics and grateful for the time and energy he puts into the podcast but it’s a little obnoxious how fast he speaks. If he’s trying to provide quality information so people can change their lives, what is talking that fast helping?
-
amarsh0603So greatLove this podcast! I love that most episodes are shorter and more easily digestible, and they can feel less overwhelming that way. He is able to break complex topics down to be easily understood and has a huge variety of topics. Highly recommend!
-
kitkatdyWant to be a better coach? If you want to be the best possible coach for your clients, this podcast is a no-brainer. Sam never fails to shed light on important topics and breaks the topic down piece by piece, tying in SCIENCE and real life scenarios- and he does so in a way that is easy to understand and immediately apply with my clients. I am so glad I found this podcast. I’m always excited when a new episode is out and can’t wait to listen. Sam’s podcast is my number one go to. With each episode, I leave with a nugget of gold I can take into my coaching practice and use to enhance the lives of my clients. If this podcast isn’t in your rotation, you need it now!
-
Katy IhlenfeldtEasily understandable & applicable!I have followed Sam on Instagram for just over a year now, which led me to his podcast! I’m always amazed at how he can take ideas that have been so over-complicated in the fitness world and reminds us that the most important thing is to master the basics before anything else. How paying attention to what our bodies are telling us and actually listening will make all the difference in the world! Episodes are not too long, and he doesn’t use complicated jargon (and if he does he explains everything) which make it easily digestible and applicable to our lives as coaches and athletes!
-
CcourtneyCcSo good!!Each episode goes into great depth on the topic at hand while making it easy to understand. Really speaks to my enneagram 5 personality as I love knowing the why and how behind the mechanisms. This podcast combines all the things I love, am interested in, and want to do with my life!! Seriously the best!!

-
sspence1!Super informativeFantastic podcast! Sam is so knowledgeable and breaks down information in a logical way.
