I start listening to the Fragout Podcast early last year (2023) before I retired from the Marine Corps. I picked out some random episodes, but after a few went back and started with #1 and am now on #154. I have reached out to a few of his guests who helped me with my transition out of the Corps and back to Wisconsin. Never met Ryan, but highly recommend this podcast.

There is a ton quality content directed towards helping veterans but also a very entertaining pod to listen to tap in to a great podcast and positive message

This is one of my buddies. Consider him a brother and has done so much for veterans. Always has an open ear for anyone who has ptsd or depression or simply wants to talk. I’m new to actually listening to podcasts and immediately subscribed to Farva’s. Glad he’s been successful in his work with veterans.

One of the best podcasts I’ve listened too. He shows a genuine care for the veteran community and all communities across the board. Heading different stories are very inspiring. I would recommend this to everyone to listen too.
