54236kcRelatable and likableRebecca gets to the point quickly. She doesn’t pretend to be perfect. She’s very relatable. Love this podcast.
-
SleepSavyWorth More than you “pay” for it.I’m a woman of few words so, in short, this podcast is great. I’ve gotten more out of it than any session I’ve had with a therapist in person/virtually.
-
McboukniTHE ONE!Oh my goodness, you guys, you’ve found the one! I truly believe this is the best self help podcast out there. The episodes are only 20 minutes so it’s perfect for literally anyone who is busy life-ing that wants to work on doing it better. Rebecca has such wonderful insight on dealing with everyday issues and speaks about them in a way that’s easy to understand which is so hard to find. It’s like listening to your bestie give you advice, except your bestie is giving great advice that you can actually use to navigate your way healthily through whatever situation you’re dealing with.

Tay0519!Do yourself a favor and start listening to this regularly! This podcast is so underrated and I want to tell it from the roof top. I’m a person that has had a lot of anxiety about even starting therapy and I feel like this has been a great starting point. Her voice is so calming and what she says makes you feel so heard and not alone in the things you and everyone is going through. Hats off to her and download it today! 🤍🤍🤍🫶🏼 I was sharing this with my whole family and friends by the second episode!

Brooke B ChicityEasily the best self-help podcastRebecca is the BEST. Do yourself a favor and listen; do her a favor and rate/review. She gives what we all need — honest, non-overwhelming, thoughtful, human, practical advice. Can’t say enough good things!! Thank you, girl!!
-
KristinCrowderThank you! This podcast found me when I was finally ready to start untangling a decade of trauma. Rebecca’s thoughts, humor, knowledge (of course) calm me down and help me to think about things in a different way. Listening to her podcast is truly like calling a best friend in the morning while walking the dogs and I’m always feeling recharged after each episode. Is it healthy to binge self help?😅 Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Rebecca. I constantly share and I know this will help so many who can’t afford or may be too scared for their first therapy session. 💖💖💖

Brookley94Ease My Troubled MindI love this podcast! I went to therapy for years and it saved my life but it also got very expensive and I decided to take a break. I was still feeling the need for some form of therapy and this has been the perfect thing. I can be really hard on myself and these episodes help me to take a step back and be kinder to myself. I always feel calmer and more peaceful after listening. Thanks Rebecca!

Ellie554RecenteringThis podcast has helped me recenter and ground myself when I am not feeling mentally well. I have issues with validating my own feelings and often look for validation external of myself. Takeout therapy reminds me that the validation I seek so deeply can only come from me. Thank you for helping me see myself more clearly and helping me learn to be kinder to myself.

Take out therapy is presented in such a uplifting and comfortable way. This is my first review of a podcast, I have adhd and often forget to review things I like or find helpful. devjar4My ADHD doesn’t space out!1. I really love her personality, it’s positive without being fake. 2. I REALLY like that the episodes are all around 20 minutes because it keeps me tuned in. Other mental health podcasts can be an hour or longer and before I know it, I realize I haven’t been listening for the past however many minutes. 3. The information is ACTUALLY HELPFUL! I’ve gotten away from taking care of myself because I’ve been so focused on taking care of others, and this is the perfect podcast to get back into caring about ME. Love it, sent it to my friends.

KTweezy619Audible Relief 🙂I caught myself breathing a sigh of relief when I heard Rebecca’s recent podcast on Boundaries. The topics she discusses are relevant to everyone on some level. She gets straight to the point in a kind and down-to-earth manner. She is realistic and funny. I love that the episodes are quick, because being a person that doesn’t have a lot of time to dedicate - it’s a relief to get advice/direction/knowledge in a timeframe that actually works for me at this moment in time. She makes listening to her enjoyable and she provides honest and realistic techniques to add into your routine to help you be a better YOU. I look forward to hearing more of her episodes-past & future.

BernieinSFVery grateful for this podcastRebecca has helped me through some tough periods in life, all through these quick little episodes. Something about Takeout Therapy’s general approach (vs. my therapist knowing all my business) and more integrated into my everyday routine has really help me find new perspectives and solutions. Thank you for all you do!!

Bon MaeBon MaeFound this podcast a few months ago and I never miss one. Currently, I am taking Rebecca’s online class and acquiring insight and tools to counteract anxiety. Love her down to earth style and am learning ways to find perspective and find peace.
-
CakesMcGeeGood information and guidance but….The information and techniques are helpful and can be easily employed at home BUT stop calling me friend every other sentence. Picked up on that right away and that’s all I could hear after that.
-
$20 off with code E0A3GFriend friend friendI would have enjoyed the content but the speaker said the word friend like a nervous tick, had to be like 20 times in the episode. Found it condescending and distracting. I like the concept otherwise but being called friend repeatedly got annoying.
-

hlhpnwVery enlighteningTruly appreciated this episode on the comparison game. It’s hard not to get stuck there especially in the current times trying to align to others with what is accepted and agreed upon right now, but so helpful to have the reminder that if we are going to compare, the most helpful person to compare to is ourselves 🙏
-
