I was a casual listener until the Diane Franklin episode. That one cost me to buy two copies of her book (one for me, one for my sister, who shared my love for Better Off Dead growing up). They have absolutely booked me with the Three O’Clock High episode.

I love this podcast channel because it’s two guys with great guests talking about awesome 80’s movies.

Absolutely terrible. Listened to the John Philbin episode, got virtually no information about North shore, just a bunch of giggling high school guys that sounded like they were stoned talking about everything else. Tried the Mat Adler episode and once again no interesting behind-the-scenes stories at all. Don’t bother with this one.

If you love the 80’s or laughing this is for you! I did not grow up in the 80’s but I still love listening to this show, it will make your day better.

These guys are knowledgeable and are good interviewers getting to ask their favorite 80’s movie actors questions that might not be buzzy but leads to great conversation. Basically they are living the dream! Really enjoyed listening to them.

I came across this podcast when I was searching for interviews with Andre Gower, the star of the 80’s classic, Monster Squad. I was so surprised to find they cover all sorts of 80s movies and soundtracks. And not just the well known ones like Goonies, Back to the Future,

I love the 80s! Zak and Dustin take us down memory lane in each episode and it’s a blast. Going over all the coolest films from the greatest era of our time. They discuss our favorite films and provide so much insight. These guys are awesome and hope you give it a listen! 80’s RULE!!

I grew up on 80’s and early 90’s movies, but had never seen ‘North Shore’ until a few months ago, which is now in my top 5, because wow it is an amazing film. That movie led me down a rabbit hole where I discovered the Two Dollar Late Fee Podcast and I couldn’t be any more grateful because it made me discover even more great films such as ‘White Water Summer’, ‘The Legend of Billie Jean’ and ‘The Wild Life.’ Great interviews, great positive vibe, and a lot of laugh out loud moments for us. I look forward to each episode as they have really helped me and my girlfriend take our mind off all of the negative crap going on in the world! Thank you, Zak and Dustin!

Man this podcast is great I’m a huge north shore fan. Having Matt Adler and John Philbin interviews was the best. Obviously grew up during fast times era and the wild life was one I always enjoyed. It’s like these guys are channeling my 80s archive. Would love to hear a Over the Edge review.

I love the Two Dollar Late Fee Podcast, because Zak and Dustin share their knowlege and opinions about a time period in movies that i absolutely love (80's/90's). And i also used to work at a video store, so the pdcast name "Two Dollar Late Fee" totally hit home when i came across it.

These 2 knew the 80s and I really love the incorporation of songs into the movie reviews as well. If you’re a fan of the 80s and want to remember it and also learn more from the best decade, check them out!

These two guys are able to conduct an enlightening interview without trashing someone else. They stay away from gotcha questions and ask more personal questions to help the listener understand the individual they’re interviewing. Great job, you two!!!

These guys are fantastic. Two dollar late fee brings back so many great memories of film and music that I hadn’t thought about in years. Then brings in people associated with the project’s to talk about it. I love it!

It has been a true delight to revisit 80's movies/soundtracks with Dustin and Zak. Their genuine passion for this decade shines through in every episode and they're also hilarious. Also LOVED their interview with Mitch Gaylord, which was illuminating and inspiring. Whether you lived through the 80's or didn't and want to get a better sense of what they were like, this is a delightful listen. Looking forward to more interviews and more episodes in general!

A fun/easy listening retro podcast! Zak and Dustin do a great job of taking you back to the past and I've enjoyed every episode!

I started high school in the mid-80s, so this decade was (and still IS) hardwired! I started buying CDs back then (along with vinyl, of course), and still do. Alas, gone are the days of pink tofu and being gagged by a spoon (insert valley girl voice): “Oh my GOD, Becky...” Big props to Zak and Dustin for putting this together! Now, how about a Tom Cruise interview, about his rise to fame in that decade?? After all, before Top Gun (star/“pop” role) came Legend and Risky Business...maybe I’m forgetting another pre-TG release? No pressure, of course (haha), and keep bringing the [very] cool content!

There is nothing more 80s then a good montage. Truer words were never spoken. Love these 2 dudes and their love of the 80s!

I have to admit I’ve been tired of the news cycle! These guys are entertaining and fun! And what a great subject! Choosing a great 80’s movie and discussing its corresponding 80’s song is enough to make me chuckle, and certainly a relaxing distraction from my day to day! GIVE IT A SHOT!

80’s nostalgia goodness! It’s like these guys share my brain!

This is a fun one and these guys have scary knowledge of 80s flicks. The films aren't the obvious ones that everyone knows, too, so it's great for exploring new stuff (that is old ha ha). Just turn it on and it feels as if you've known these hosts your whole life, or at least since 1999 or 2000 maybe. Only complaint is that when I'm walking my dog and listening to this my dog always goes to the bathroom audibly when either Zak or Dustin (I can't tell which is which yet ha ha) is talking and I have to hit the back ten seconds button to hear it, but I guess that's on my dog. Note: strong Michael Pataki knowledge demonstrated in Ep 2 - love that actor. Impressed. Respect to either Zak or Dustin on that

Total 80’s nostalgia right here. So fun to relive a care free time period that shaped and tugs at the heart strings of our youth.
