    They’re just regurgitating other peoples work. they want to talk about mental and physical health while one of the hosts is being kicked off of Twitter for harassment, super “healthy” behavior that definitely needs mastering.

    First off, terrible sound. Second, amateur questions and insight. Thank goodness for the guests. There are do many better podcasts and interviewers in this space. These two should stick to there cute little recipes and dances in Instagram.

    I used to hate podcasts. I could never find one that kept me interested long enough. When I saw this podcast on Amanda’s Instagram, I decided to give it a try since I love learning more about nutrition and healthy living. I’m so glad I did because I am hooked!!! I love how science-backed all of their episodes are and how enthusiastic you can tell they both are about the subject. I also love that they give you both sides of the argument and let you make decisions for yourself instead of pressing a certain lifestyle on you. Can’t recommend this podcast enough!!!

    I love Amanda’s Instagram feed and I was so excited to find out that she and her husband have a health focused podcast. I love that they never present gimmicks, fads, or pseudo-science and focus on overall health versus the lose weight culture we are all inundated with constantly.     I’ve followed Amanda and Chris on Instagram for a long time, and really appreciate their content, but I’m very picky about podcasts, so it took me a long time to try theirs... and boy, was I missing out!! Chris brings great research to the table, and isn’t afraid to question the podcast guests when he doesn’t see eye to eye with them, and Amanda’s joy is contagious and so much fun to listen to! Quickly shot up to one of my favorite podcasts, and now I’m in the process of listening to every single episode! Thank you Chris and Amanda, y’all are the best!!

    I always listen right away when Amanda and Chris release a new podcast episode. They thoroughly research the scientific studies on the health and fitness topics they discuss, while adding in examples and tons of practical tips. They also frequently bring in experts in the field! The way they present the information is thoughtful, fun, and engaging. I love how they focus on a multitude of ways to improve health and well-being and acknowledge that no health tip is a silver bullet. They emphasize that balance is key and I love their healthy and motivated lifestyles! Amanda’s Instagram has been such a great source of inspiration for me on healthy snack ideas and HIIT workouts.

    Chris and Amanda provide such an educated approach to health and fitness. I find the episodes very easy to follow considering the scientific content. They are so prepared and create a non bias environment around diet and exercise which can be a controversial topic for some. I really enjoy listening to their episodes especially when they have guests. Keep up the great work, guys. It shows!

    I am a Foods & Nutrition student at SDSU, and I find this podcast extremely motivating. I’ve been following Amanda on Instagram for years but only just started listening to this podcast since in the past week. I had my son last year & my health habits have declined tremendously since then. It’s been a good way to put myself back into a “health centered mindset” while being productive. (I sometimes even listen while working out!) I love that the information is provided in a understandable way, and if it isn’t, Amanda reiterates.

    Amazing research and Truth!
    I’ve been following Amanda on Instagram for a couple years now. It was one of the suggestions after following so many beachbody coaches. I have absolutely loved her inspiration for meal preparation and simple at home workouts. I just recently started listening to the podcast because I’ve hit a plateau with my fitness journey. However, after listening to everything in their podcast, I’ve found new ways to stay on track but most importantly ways not to sabotage my own goal (loved that recent podcast). I’ve even shared this podcast with my roommate and mom/ anyone who would listen to me talk about how amazing this information is. Thank you guys so much for making me feel not alone in this health journey. All of this information is truly helpful and reassuring.

    I’ve been following Amanda for years and have loved her reasonable approach to food, wellness and food prep! I was so happy when this podcast came out, and have really enjoyed the content that Amanda and Chris present. I appreciate how they will discuss the studies and research behind most of the topics, but still present the information in a way that is approachable yet respects that none of this is black and white or all or none. Keep it coming! And thanks for what you do! Many recipes and food preps I have done have been inspired by you!!

    I like how you guys give out deep and educational information after research. But I felt uncomfortable when listening to your recent episode about food addictive. In the mid of the episode, Chris was comparing addictive banned in other countries but not in the US, especially bring out China and says everything that China bans should be banned in the US too. I mean, this is a public place and you ignoring the fact that there might be foreign audience here who would feel offended just proves that you didn’t review your script considerably. Not 100% sure what you were trying to prove there, please file a complaint to FDA about that instead of saying it here

    I like these two so much that I’m writing my first ever podcast review. I just really love this podcast. I started following Amanda on her Instagram (meowmeix) a while ago and always thought she had cool posts so I was very interested when I saw that she and her husband, Chris, decided to launch “Master Your Health.” Each time I give it a listen, it always hooks me in. The content doesn’t even have to relate to me. I just love their insight into everything and the way they break everything down. I wish I knew these two in real life and that Chris would be my personal trainer! Love how knowledgeable he and Amanda are and love the guests they bring on. Thanks for all of the great content!

In the fitness space there are a lot of people sharing whatever makes them money. I’ve followed Chris and Amanda grow their audience over the years on social and now the podcast, and what I respect most is how they put their audience first, and they keep getting better! Very few other sources I know I can trust like I can trust Master Your Health. keep it up!!

    I really enjoyed your recent episodes on hormones and gut health. It’s crazy how much these two factors control in the body, and you and your guests did an excellent job explaining the info in simple terms. I also love how you always give your listeners suggestions for ways they can start making changes right away to either assess a specific problem or trying the fix it. I’m hooked on the podcast, please keep them coming.

    I love the way podcast dives into a variety of health topics, offering research and not shying away from giving deep explanations of what happens within the human body in favor of a watered down version. Then, they always leave each episode with clear, attainable steps that can be taken to improve your health.     I love following Amanda on social media and listening to this podcast. Amanda and Chris provide helpful and attainable health information. I really enjoyed the podcast on morning routines because I just re-dedicated myself to having one. I would have loved to hear about the morning routine of someone who gets to work at 9am (outside the home) and maintains a healthy and mindful morning routine. This is a positive review. I love this podcast. I just can’t relate to the morning routines that were shared and I would love to hear from someone like myself. Again, great podcast. I love listening and following!

    I love the Master Your Health Podcast! Amanda and Chris are so energetic and fun, and they share the most informative and interesting tips and facts about the different aspects of health. I learn a million new things every single time I tune in! My favorite time to listen to their podcast is while walking/running on the treadmill. I love the duo of exercising and learning at the same time. I would definitely recommend this podcast!

    I’ve followed Amanda and her watermelon-eating boyfriend (now husband!) on Instagram for the past couple years. I always enjoyed her perspective on health and fitness, but was really drawn to her fun-loving personality (those dance moves tho!). I’m really loving the non-biased or judgmental elements so far, and the focus on bio individuality. Great guests and topics! Can’t wait to listen to more!
