    Angela Foster is the premier when it comes to female BioSyncing because of her approach which is values based and builds from there into creating the highest versions of ourselves. This podcast is an entire exercise in uplifting women spiritually, practically, physically, and emotionally. As another “recovering” corporate lawyer, mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend, I resonate at every level with what Angela things, says, does, and offers to her community. As a life-long athlete, I have always valued fitness, health, and diet in my life. Yet when I reached menopause, all those things I used to do to stay fit and lean weren’t having the same impact. I have experienced my own amazing breakthroughs with meditation, mindfulness practices, manifestation principles, and the like. All of them have been transformational in their own ways. Finally, I started to turn from practicing law towards organizational health as a way to help companies feel better and act better at the outset as a way to avoid common legal pitfalls and engage in more meaningful partnerships and transactions. But that change also required a shift in identity that I was not prepared for. Angela and her programs bring it all together in a masterful symphony that becomes your new life. Check it out.
