    Restorative experience
    This is the best yoga Nidra podcast I have found. I experienced a prolonged period of extreme stress and fatigue and this podcast has been a great restorative benefit...part of a deep healing in my life. I am grateful. And it’s been 3 years now that I have been using these meditations. I still find them to be the most helpful and healing yoga nidra meditations available.     Bring a studio class to your home
    A couple of months ago I took my first yoga nidra class at a local studio. It was the first time in my life I was able to visualize and meditate for an hour. I was incredibly rested and felt absolutely positive about life. I wanted to do the class everyday, but it was only offered once a week. Enter SuperNova Yoga Nidra! This podcast allows me to take the 45min to an hour out of everyday to have the same experience I had at the studio. Each podcast is as good as the last and it teaches me something new about myself. I was so excited to see Shannon is starting season two as I am already re listening to my favorite episodes and craving more. Thank you so much for this podcast. I’ve already shared this podcast with three friends and now we all can meditate together while the world stays inside during this time.

    I was lucky enough to join a yoga studio where Shannon was teaching and took one of her yoga nidra classes that I had never heard of. It was love at first try! Yoga nidra is so good at deep level de-stressing and healing. It has become an essential part of my week and the easy to access podcast is great because I can listen anytime.

    VERY peaceful and healing
    Having the podcast version vs her YouTube channel has been really great when I’m on the go and just need to lie down and relax. It doesn’t drain my battery (which has been a huge plus). Yoga Nidra has changed my life (that’s not an understatement). I’ve listened to numerous yoga nidra instructors and Super Nova is by my favorite. Shannon’s voice is extremely relaxing. I recommend listening to this podcast on the regular to get the full benefits of Nidra

    Whether I am stressed, anxious, or just feeling a little lost and out of place in life, Supernova Yoga Nidra is my go to. It’s my healthy outlet when life is overwhelming and I just don’t know how to deal. Sometimes I listen before bed to help me fall asleep when I can’t turn my brain off, but sometimes it’s a practice of connecting with my inner wisdom that is hard to access on a day to day basis. After listening to the podcast I feel rested, refreshed, grounded, and most importantly connected.
