    Excellent resource for women
This show should be required listening for every woman I’ve the age of 35. I wish I had found it years ago; the resources, clinical perspectives, researched solutions, and historical perspectives on menopause help to fill in the gaps left by traditional western science, and have greatly enhanced my midlife health and wellbeing. Essential information for women wanting to move into their power years with food health, vitality, and peace of mind.

I love this podcast so much!
The title says it all. Jackie Lynch and her guests have the most positive outlook on menopause. I’ve been a depressed menopausal woman for the last few years and not found comfort in most of the information out there. Thanks to this podcast I am learning it’s never to late to improve your menopause and all the things you can do. Thank you so much for this podcast Jackie! ❤️

    Menopause
Although happy to be informed, this podcast took me by surprise as I find it truly fascinating and entertaining. It has good tips that I will make sure to follow. My doctors routinely avoid the subject, saying menopause is mysterious and every woman feel it in different ways as opposed to giving me helpful suggestions on how to feel better. Well, Jackie Lynch’s podcast does just that. Whether you will decide to take magnesium, try mindfulness or decide to explore the herbal route, it gives you at last the chance to stop feeling dreadful. Thank you!
