external stakeholderMonica is your honest best friend 💕Ok, absolutely 100%, this podcast get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🦩 Monica is honest about the hard work it takes to have a baby — not just getting pregnancy but preparing for pregnancy and taking accountability for your own health. Monica explains WHY being responsible for you is crucial for your fertility AND your baby. It’s such a breath of fresh air to have someone ask you to step up and be there for yourself. 🦩 By asking and encouraging you to take your health into your own hands, Monica is empowering woman to assess every aspect of their lives. She gives you a safe space to reflect, assess, and seek room for improvement. 🦩 She’s not a gatekeeper. She’s walked through this path before and she willingly gives you her story all the time while emphasizing that everyone is different and we all have a different path. AND THAT IS BEAUTIFUL 💕 🦩 She provides an amazing mix of physical and spiritual. Often times we live in on realm or other but Monica effortlessly merges the two in harmonious union and explains why BOTH and necessary in fertility Aw, Monica, you are a beautiful person with so much knowledge to share. THANK YOU FOR YOUR WORK.

tiny8987InsensitiveWhy would you have the cover of a fertility podcast be a pregnant woman?

bbibb22Validated and valuedI’ve been struggling to get pregnant for 6 years on and off. Most of my friends are pregnant or on their second child. Ive partnered with a functional doctor and through changing everything about my lifestyle, I know my body is ovulation and my hormones are balancing. I feel fantastic, but not pregnant yet. I feel very alone going this route, even though I know it’s right for me. This podcast has been my validation and my encouragement when I have no one to talk to. It’s raw, real, and I find myself finally being able to let go and find joy during this time, even though it’s hard. It’s okay to be sad, it’s okay to set boundaries. I love how honest the show is when the host is describing the thoughts she had on her own fertility journey. I find myself saying, “yes! I’ve thought the same thing!” Definitely my most recommended podcast.

HlynnesStumbled upon this amazing podcastI found this podcast after seeing an IG post from Erin at fertility hope yoga. I figured why not check it out as I’m navigating this journey that I didn’t expect to be this long or difficult. Love that I can listen while I work or multi task (I never have time to read or reading leads to a rabbit hole that’s not safe). Thank you for making this podcast and can’t wait to listen to more of your episodes.

MrsTurtle77Live this podcast!I love this podcast. It’s really helping me through my infertility struggles. The only problem is the sound quality is pretty bad. Some people are super quiet so you have to turn your sound way up.
