KalotinamarieLife ChangingI am slowly starting to believe that this podcast is changing my life. I went on an endurance run with nothing but 3-second power and it literally was talking to me on my wrist telling me not to pound the hills anymore. Don’t be so weak falling with gravity. Higher cadence downhill. Everything is clicking into place and it’s all due to the way Evan Schwartz explains the work and intricate hours put in by some original masterminds. Training by heart rate is starting to feel irrelevant and that is frankly 🤯🤯🤯

I’m a little confused by the false equivalence between the usage of the word intensive where intensity seems to be the intention. Regardless this is great content. Thank you!

Trackboy_kVery InformativeThe Host, Evan Schwartz, is able to take the complex out of training and simplify it for the masses...without dumbing down, which empowers the listeners in their own training. I highly recommend that ALL runners listen to this, even if they are not Stryd users...yet
