KeeWonderGreat voices, relatable contentThe cohosts are very relatable (they discuss topics and tips I can use and afford) and their voices are great for podcasts. Articulate, soothing tone, relaxing vibe. Episode pacing is perfect and travel tips are great regardless of your cruise line. I feel like I’m chatting with fellow travelers at dinner when I hear their podcast.

BearbullcruisingEnjoying the podcastTotally enjoy the podcast the information you give is awesome. The Q&A sessions are great. The interaction between you and Mr. Cruisetiptv is cool and when Jr. appears that just an added bonus keep up the good work.

Ky_cruiserBuzz kill of a husbandI find it really aggravating that your husband always tries to cut you down or doesn’t let you talk about certain ports or when you want to go into depth about certain ports or excursions he always stops you. It’s really hard to listen to. I love you and all that you bring to the cruising community. It’s just that your is a buzz kill.

123ABC*#$StaleI periodically tune back in to see if anything unique has been posted. Unfortunately, it’s the same ole’ content. I wish they would try to differentiate themselves from the market cruise content of generic ship reviews, hacks, tips, etc.

HootymaeJr is so grown upIt’s so funny to hear this young man talk and throw out big words. I can still hear his “cruiser of the week “ voice. Sherri It’s nice to hear your interaction with Jr and how you connect with him. Thanks to Jr for his thoughts about cruising.

ReigertPodcast losing its wayI’ve listened to every episode since discovering the pod and I think they’ve started to lose their way since “going full time”. They seem to frequently mention the loss of income from her quitting her job and doing this full time. They also seem to go on rants about turnings that don’t matter, like checking in/out towels. Sure on the fancy lines they may not check out towels, but you’ve also paid a lot more for that experience. Most people don’t care about the minuscule amount of time and effort to get new towels. I wish they would go back to the before times and just share valuable information and stop reminding us that they may be making less money. Obviously, they are able to survive since they probably wouldn’t have gone full time otherwise. 09/25/2024 Update - It’s time for me to leave this podcast. Today’s episode (09/25/2024) is terrible. It’s hard for me to believe that Doug does one podcast much less two. I’ve been on several Disney cruises and much of what he is complaining about, like the fish extenders, is not even done by the cruise line. He also talks about the dining and says you don’t go to the same table and wait staff, which is misleading at best since you do change restaurants but your wait staff also move with you. People also need to stop bringing up the included soft drinks in Disney. Sure, they are included, but you cannot use that as a justification for cruising in Disney. It’s a very minuscule perk.

NovBride18Fantastic Podcast for Cruise LoversSo much interesting and helpful information presented in a fun and easy to listen to way. I can’t afford to cruise often, but listening helps to keep me informed so I can make the most of my cruises.

FruitBat28Love the Positivity! My husband and I recently did our first cruise, and I found this podcast while looking for tips and advice. It’s become one of my favorite commuting podcasts, even after coming back from our cruise. This show helped me feel super prepared for our cruise, but more importantly I feel like Sheri and Mr. Cruise Tips really help promote positivity and gratitude in travel. I felt so ready to have a great time, and it ended up being our best vacation yet! We’re officially cruise converts, and I’m so glad that this podcast got to be part of our journey with cruising.
-
SameerUCLAOutstanding info for all travelers, especially cruisers!Sheri and her family have been putting out wonderful cruise information for the past decade, and her podcast is a natural progression of her YouTube channel and website. If you’re planning a cruise, or even just thinking about cruising, check this out!

WichisiriYour kindness and knowledge inspire meWe’d been on one cruise (company trip) and decided to explore the potential for more in an attempt to find a family vacation that worked for all of our family. Serendipitously, we found CCTV. Sheri, Mr Cruise Tips and Junior are joyful to listen to and are a regular part of my 1500 mile per week commute. I am a travel fanatic and a natural planner but was really eyeing to learn as much about cruising as possible to try several cruise lines and itineraries that would work for diffferent parts of our family. I quickly got hooked. I know follow you on insta, FB, the pod. I’m proud atto stay we have two more booked cruises - enchanted princes New England, and Utopia in spring.

Jersey Gurl in VABook clubExcellent topic.. back to back cruises. Thank you. Taking our first B2B next April so this helped to prepare us and ease our minds. BTW… Princess Cruise line has had ‘Book Club’ for ages and it’s wonderful. All lines would benefit adding this but if not cruise on Princess. They’re excellent.

Cldw2001Compelled to FINALLY write a reviewMy name is Jeremiah I live in Kansas City, Missouri and I just wanted to say thank you for years I’ve been listening to your show and it gets me through work every week as a major part of my podcast listenings. I have been cruising for years and you two have me thinking about moving back to Texas. I work for a major company that is located there in Arlington, Tx and I might have the opportunity to move back down there next summer and me and my wife are considering especially since it’s way more convenient to get to Galveston. Ty for the years of entertainment it’s much appreciated.

EmilyAndersonRNPositive, Kind, and still RealI have only recently found my love of cruising and I am a bit type A so I have been soaking up all of the cruise videos and podcasts I can! I have learned quickly that there is a difference between being honest and real in reviews, and being dramatic and negative and click baity(don’t think that’s an adjective) but I think you will know what I mean 😊 Anyway, thank you for all that you do as a family to help those of us who are new to this community and really super excited about having found it! Your kindness and positivity is much appreciated!💕
-
Megan SharkyRelaxing listenI really enjoy the relaxing nature of this podcast - positive, informative, light. Sheri and Mr. Cruise Tips TV strike a good balance on the show. They also an active IG and FB presence and their YouTube videos are great. Glad I found them!
-
MamaClipsExcellent Podcast!Wish you had 2-3 per week! Keep up the great work!

ReesieMarqEnjoyed at one time!I have taken over 50 cruisers so I am pretty versed on the in and outs of sailing. I listened to your Pod to enjoy your experiences and perhaps learn of new adventures you shared. At some point Sheri’s silly giggle/flirt with Mr CruiseTips tv got a bit too much. Also when you became complimentary guests of the some cruise lines the podcasts seemed like advertisements for them. Coupled with the endless Amazon ads and patreon push your podcast seems like a money grab. Sorry, just feel the podcast has changed very much.
-
NikkiNackMeNo unplayed episodes!Your podcast was the first podcast I had ever listened to back in 2019 and I’ve been a faithful listener ever since. In fact, I find myself eagerly awaiting each new episode. I’ve even started over from the beginning a couple of times now and learn something new each time. Thank you for sharing your adventures with us!!
-
Cooper WendlingGreat info for new cruisersI found this podcast several months ago, in preparation for my first cruise. This show is fun and light while also being truthful and informative. I’ve learned so much from these podcasts and now I won’t feel like such a newbie when I step onto a cruise ship for the first time in a few months!
-
MElungdocHelpfulPreparing for our first cruise and info on the podcast has been very helpful. Need to avoid the trap that many podcasters fall into though,.., namely trying too hard to be funny and going off on unrelated tangents. Humor is good and sometimes tangents are endearing but if 10 minutes of a 30 minute episode are inside jokes, it loses me. Good info though and I’ll keep listening.
-
Wonderlust3Love the show!I stumbled across your show while I prepare for my 1st cruise in 12/2024. I’m going from Mobile, Al to Belize and Cozumel on a 7 day cruise. It’s w/Carnival. It will be with my husband and our 2 children. It’s my kids’ birthday who are turning 15 and 13. Their birthdays are just a few days apart. We decided to celebrate big this year! I’m so excited! I hope to become an avid cruiser. I travel a lot anyway. I love the idea of cruising already! I have planned 3 previous cruises but had to cancel because the the 1st and 2nd time I ended up pregnant and too far along & the 3rd time I got COVID. This is the 4th time and I’m not letting anything stop me! lol I love the show. I love how funny you guys are! All the info is great. Can you do an updated podcast of what to pack for an embarking bag? Can you please give me more info on what to expect on my 1st cruise? Thank you so much for all of your great advice, information, and funny comments! Keep it up!

ElainemastBEST CRUISE PODCAST!!I’ve been listening to CruiseTipsTV for several years and I’m finally leaving a review. It started watching their content, when we went on our very first cruise in 2017. I absolutely look forward to listening to their podcast and it just makes me happy! I love the banter between Mr. CruiseTipsTV and Sherri! They are always so positive but also realistic. They also give so many tips and advice! Currently, I am mowing our yard and have them in my ears and it’s just getting me excited for our next cruise! Keep up the wonderful content and podcast! Y’all are the best! Elaine

janiemac13Nice people, fun to listen toVery relatable host(s) who it’s easy to feel like you’re just sitting at a table with while they talk and banter enthusiastically about cruise stuff. Working hard for our attention, and I appreciate that.
-
*$$ posseSparkling podcast!I started listening last year when I booked my very first cruise, which is a transatlantic this April with my mom! The info you share has been incredibly helpful! I love your bright personality and enthusiasm for cruising. I listen on my way to work in the mornings and get so excited about my own cruise! Thank you, and Mr CruiseTips, so much for this podcast!
-
ksinohioEntertaining and educationalGoing on my first ever cruise this summer to Alaska and trying to learn as much as possible. Really enjoy this podcast. Your voices are so easy to listen to, love the banter, and so much good information. My only wish is that you knew Celebrity because that’s who I’m cruising with. That aside, thank you.
-
BerrmicLove this podcast - so many tips!I’ve listened to many cruise related podcasts and this is the best by far. So many wonderful tips! I’ve become a carry-on only traveler because of CTTV and love being able to avoid the long walk to retrieve my luggage. I took the cruise line personality quiz on the CTTV website and we absolutely loved our first Holland America cruise. Much better fit than our previous cruises. I am always going back to previous episodes to pick up tips and advice I may have missed. Thank you CTTV!
-
Soiffey72Great podcast! This is a great and fun podcast with such practical and useful information.

TomTurkToledo😂Octopus balls?! 😳 Thanks for clarifying, mom. I almost drove off the side of the road. Great job with the review, Junior! Arigato gozaimasu.
-
Orla H.Best podcast ever!!I started listening to the podcast about a month ago. They are so helpful for anyone who is taking a cruise, first or 50th. I’m going on my second cruise soon and just from listening I booked another! Thanks so much for giving me so many tips for my next cruise.
-
Rpaige1365Surprisingly Enjoyable!I started listening to CruiseTipsTV after sporadically joining a family cruise and then stressing out because I have a type A personality. I expected to pick and choose relevant episodes but this has quickly become one of my favorite podcasts. Echoing what others have said, Sheri is so positive and her family is a joy to listen to. I feel much more prepared for my first cruise and I am looking forward to booking more.
-
maryjanemaryjaneBest Cruise Podcast!I’ve been listening to this podcast for over a year now and I can’t wait every week for the new episode! Sherri is so sweet and helpful when it comes to planning and packing. They get me pumped up for my future cruises and allow me to daydream while I’m working or exercising. Thank you for all you do!
-
BillieClarkSo much fun!I love all of your content but I laughed so much at the cruise music reviews. First of all I realized I’m old enough to be your mom! We have very different taste in music and I usually love yacht rock so those comments were hilarious. I did write down many titles and will give them a listen. I’m sure I will love them all. As always, thank you for interesting and fun content.
-
TeagueLeague123So helpful and upbeat!!I have loved listening to Sheri and Mr. Cruise Tips TV over the last year or so! They are so helpful and upbeat 🤗 Growing up in Florida, I cruised often with my family! As a young adult, with competing responsibilities and COVID, I somehow ended up taking several years off of the high seas. For my honeymoon, however, I was determined to get back into cruising and make my husband fall in love with it so we could make it our “go-to” form of travel! Since it had been awhile, I started listening to y’all and a few other cruise podcasts. As a type A planner, I was instantly hooked and in awe of Sheri’s organization tips!! With that being said, thank you so much! We both had a WONDERful honeymoon on the Wonder of the Seas back in January (looks like it was a week or so after y’all went) and I’ve continued to listen every Wednesday! Next up, Alaska!! Thank you so much for all of the great content across all social media platforms and your convenient amazon shop!

Cruising In WonderlandInformative & DelightfulI found Cruise Tips Tv on YouTube because of their amazing ship tour of the Carnival Miracle a few years ago. I quickly fell in love with their channel & followed to their podcast & Insta account. They have really been an asset to my cruise planning with so many amazing and thorough tips, tricks & reviews. I always recommend them to anyone going on a cruise, but I like listening and watching their vlogs just for fun or if I miss being on a cruise ship too! They are very professional, but also very personable. I absolutely love their genuine personalities, and the way they value each other speaks to me most. You can tell family & integrity is important and that makes everything they do so enjoyable!

MK OKAYYMade me a cruise expertI have fallen in love with cruising, and Cruise Tips TV has become a regular part of my life now. Cruising is wonderful, but I do think there is a learning gap for people used to land vacations. My first cruise, I made all the mistakes. Second cruise, overcompensated and made all new mistakes. Then, I found Cruise Tips TV and it improved my cruising experience ten-fold. Now, I always have a cruise booked that I’m looking forward to. I follow Sherri and fam to keep up to date and to keep my excitement alive for my next sail. My partner and I are planning our first Alaska cruise with Princess this May. Truly, I would never have tried an Alaska cruise without Cruise Tips TV’s vlogs, videos, and podcasts about cruising the last frontier. I’m big on knowing what to expect, and they have made me feel very prepared for what I can predict, and ready to embrace surprises I can’t. My partner and I are planning to have a packing date night a couple weeks prior to our cruise. I’ll have packing cubes, the Alaska packing list, and cruise-inspired cocktails handy. And I’ll have the podcast playing in the background of course. Thanks so much for all your work and content.
-
soccergirl0011Fun and helpful!I just came across this podcast a couple days ago and I am currently binging! I’m planning an Alaska cruise in 2024 so I’m getting all the helpful tips and tricks!
-
kaytee;!:94This is GREAT!I’m brand new, just found you guys yesterday, but I love cruising and am FINALLY going on another cruise this summer, so I’m a little cruise obsessed right now. Love listening to you guys as I consider options and plan for my upcoming cruise. Wonderful show, extremely helpful. You’ve struck a perfect balance of providing both value and entertainment. Love it!

Explorer Girl80Planning Guru!Cruise Tips TV is my number one go to for all things cruising! Sherri, Mr. Cruise Tips TV, and Jr. have helped me navigate fun for everyone in the family to include our children. I truly enjoy listening to the tips especially the ones for Alaska as we are planning an Alaskan cruise for May 2023! I enjoy listening to the show on the way to work and pretty much anywhere. Love the YouTube content as well! I get the tips I need and new places I would like to explore! Keep the content coming!
-
mistyincaGreat information; fun format!I’ve been watching the YouTube channel for a while, but sometimes I forget about podcasts. These are very entertaining to listen to and chock full of great tips!

Carol BoylanLove this podcastLoooooove this podcast! I’m new to podcasts, heading out on a cruise soon and thought I would see if a podcast existed on cruises. You two have a wonderful flow, I love listening to you all. The first podcast I listened to was on where to stay in Galveston… and I had just booked the hotel you all said was number one there. Woo hoo! Can’t wait to hear more. Thank you for being here for us all!
-
showaqhaTotsSo full of cruise wisdom, thank you for all the cruise tips. Entertaining yet valuable tips.
-
Sandy travelsSo helpfulSheri is entertaining and super professional. When I have reached out for specific recommendations for ports she has responded with specific options that work for our family that are kid friendly. Getting first hand recommendations is much better than reading online reviews and much appreciated. Thanks for always taking the high road and sharing the “facts” with us. Keep sharing your family cruise reports, I love to hear about your adventures.

Chanin Owen15 Ways to Celebrate a Special Occasion on a CruiseI am new to cruising and have been doing ALL the research for our Norway Cruise on Holland America in August 2023 for a big celebration! I have absolutely LOVED this podcast and have learned so much! Sheri is so upbeat and positive and Mr. Cruise tips tv is very entertaining. When I heard this episode I found we had some things in common. My son's birthday is October 31st too! He just turned 21. And...we will be celebrating our 25th anniversary in June 2023 plus my husband turns 50 that same month! I am so excited to try some of the ideas you mentioned and hoping we have an amazing time! Thank you both for all of the great information. I'm still listening to older podcasts and it is all GREAT!
-

TXTruckerGirlThanks for all of the wonderful, informative, entertaining content!!I came across one of your YouTube videos while I was doing research trying to decide which cruise to take with my fiancé and his parents. We are now booked on the Carnival Vista 7 day Western Caribbean in late February and are SO EXCITED!! I love your practical, real-life advice on all of the content you produce! You, Mr. CruiseTipsTV, and Junior have a great family dynamic and bring so much to your followers. Much appreciated, Melissa
-
Jennifer M PrestonFinally found where to review!I have been listening to the show (and watching the videos, amazon, trying to learn instagram) since before our 1st cruise on Harmony of the Seas - booked during the pandemic and not taken until the December after. Since then we have taken 1 other where we adventured with our 9 year old (for the same itinerary) and we have a back-to-back planned for Oasis in January out of Miami. By FAR your family and content are my favorite to see (and I love the packing videos/podcasts - so keep them coming) We were completely prepared - left nothing at home and really wished for nothing - also when something came up we just went with it. Thank you for making my commutes smooth listening - and I hope to one day "see you on the high seas" - Jennifer
-
Jana in HoustonEssential for Your Cruise!!I started watching Sherri’s YouTube channel before our first cruise, and I’m so glad. The tips on what to pack and how to efficiently set up my stateroom were invaluable. I just listened to my first podcast featuring packing tips and it was awesome! Do yourself a favor and don’t miss this podcast.
-
Jsid1869Love ThisI’m trying to figure out Carnival vs. RCL and the insight on this podcast is so entertaining and insightful. Love the episode with JR!
-
cjyleReview 7/27/22A lot of blather with too little information. I'll give it a couple more tries.
-
JessicaRomero86Love the Show!I didn’t find Sherri and Mr Cruise Tips tv until before my 4th cruise and I wish I had found you sooner. I follow them on all channels. I love hearing you both. It’s your voices, they are very relaxing and nice to listen to if that makes sense! You guys have such a great Dynamic! Thanks for all the cruise knowledge you have provided me and the family!
