A MUST LISTEN FOR NATURE LOVERS/CONSERVATIONISTS
Conservation Connection is an absolutely incredible show that has completely changed the way I think about environmental action. I originally started listening while working as a walking mailman—just something to pass the time during an incredibly, ridiculously silly job. But what I found was so much more than just background noise—it became a source of inspiration, education, and motivation! What sets this podcast apart is how it doesn’t just inform—it engages. Every episode challenges the listener to think about how they can get involved in solving real-world environmental issues. The hosts, Chance and Sarah Kathryn, do an amazing job of making complex topics accessible. Chance breaks down high-level scientific concepts in a way that’s easy to understand, while Sarah Catherine brings an incredible environmental education perspective that makes every episode both engaging and empowering. Beyond the knowledge they share, their core message is deeply impactful: if you care about something, you’ll want to protect it. And the more you nurture that connection with nature, the more inspired you’ll be to take action. But it’s not just about protecting the planet—it’s about protecting everything that calls it home, from the tiniest insect to small birds and bugs to the massive ocean mammals and every creature in between. This podcast reminds us that every living thing has a role in our world, and conservation is about preserving the incredible, diverse web of life that surrounds us. I also have to say—I always look forward to that little guitar riff that kicks off the intro! It’s such a great way to set the tone for another engaging episode. And the best part? There’s always fresh content dropping! The sheer amount of amazing content this podcast offers is unreal. It’s unlike any other podcast out there because they keep it coming, consistently delivering insightful and thought-provoking discussions. Keep up the incredible work—I truly appreciate the wealth of knowledge and inspiration you provide!

    Engaging and Informational
I just finished listening to the ‘Rattlesnakes are Umbrellas’ episode. This podcast and stands out for its insightful discussions, diverse range of topics and the commitment to spread awareness. Chance and Sarah Kathryn do a wonderful job of connecting with their guests and audience. One of the strengths I want to call attention to is the ability to present complex conservation topics in an accessible and engaging manner.

    Fresh and Smart
Every episode so far has been interesting and thoughtful with reputable scientists who are doing what needs to be done instead of just talking about what needs to be done. Hosts are fresh and smart. Glad I subscribed.
