The best source for BHRT info
I’ve been on a deep dive of hormone replacement therapy after starting perimenopause 5+ years ago. Everyone’s experience, opinion, and data is conflicting. I’m so appreciative for Karen’s voice and approach to HRT. I feel like I finally landed in an informational space I can trust.

    Best podcast for midlife women
Karen's podcast has been such a valuable resource as a woman navigating perimenopause. I look forward to every episode and have accumulated so much knowledge. I'm not afraid of menopause because of Karen. I've worked with her coaching program as well and cannot express how much gratitude I have for being able to access to and guidance with hormone replacement therapy. Such a treasure !

The hormone health and wellness information Karen provides is invaluable. She is helping so many women navigate an area of expertise which has been woefully neglected in our medical system. She gives us the details we need to learn in order to advocate for ourselves. So glad you do what you do Karen, and thank you!

Thank you Karen for all your insight and helpful information on all things perimenopause, menopause and hormones. I’ve learned so much and have been able to take this information to my docs to get the help I need with my own hormones! Life is so much better with hormone replacement!!

    A must-listen for ALL women
I’m forever thankful to have found Karen and her podcast. The information she provides on this podcast is life changing. As a woman in perimenopause, I’ve had a difficult time finding a doctor who understands my needs and concerns. Karen truly gets what is happening in a woman’s body. She offers advice, brings on expert guests, and best of all, now offers her own hormone creams that you do not need a prescription for. Of course, we should all work with a practitioner for labs and medical advice… but man am I grateful for people like Karen who can help in that intermediary time before we find such a provider. I’ve been using her progesterone and estradiol creams and love them! I also have the bi-est cream for my face which really does wonders for skin tone and complexion. My sister also joined the peptide group for weight loss and has seen remarkable results. Thank you, thank you, thank you Karen for all that you do for women! Keep podcasting forever!

    Immensely helpful for midlife women!
I am so grateful to women like Karen who are sharing such vital information about menopause. I have been unsuccessful finding an gynecologist here in NYC who have been helpful in this area. In less than a year I have learned so much and have greatly improved the way I feel during this transition, thanks to the very detailed information on this podcast.

Wish Her program actually worked, but once again it’s all sales
On track review: I came to ontrack 4 year post menopause in order to lose the stubborn 20 lbs that i couldn’t seem to loose. After speaking with the team I decided on GOLD which seemed as though it was a supportive investment. After 8 months on the program here are my take always. My only menopause symptom prior to beginning was weight gain. After 8 months. I now have: ⁃ hot flashes ⁃ Night sweats ⁃ Gained 10 more lbs ⁃ My insomnia got tremendously worse ⁃ I have WORSE acne than i did as a teenager ⁃ My hair is falling out ⁃ Insane mood swings ⁃ Chronic fatigue ⁃ Brain fog The RSM got my prescription wrong more than a handful of times. (Not only wrong dosages but wrong prescription). Multiples of phone calls and emails did not resolve the problem. The team is rude and unsupportive. The doctor gives different recommendations for prescription dosages than Karen (ONtrack) does, leaving the client (me) completely lost as to what to do…. Then each 3 months each blames the other for the lack of progress and for the wrong dosages. RSM (the medical side) NEVER provides receipts. Trying to get one is worse than pulling teeth. Which I find odd, considering it’s medical. We all have to submit to insurance (even a gas station gives a recipes). I’ve been hung up on, emails ignored, community forum posts ignored…. Needless to say. If you desire to spend THOUSANDS of dollars only to walk away with a LONG LIST of health problems you didn’t have before… take this path. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

    Insightful education. Worth the listen!
’ve learned a lot from Karen. Hard to believe I’m about to qualify for an AARP card and have had little education about hormone health! 40+ years of faithfully showing up for annual office visits and I’ve learned more in a few days of listening to Karen. I respect & rely on my doctors, but they’re not offering this type of support/education. They should, we would all benefit. Thank you, Karen, for the credible information & guests. Love your mission and delivery. Love listening to your pod with sharpened pencils!

Would love to hear/ learn and understand more about this topic as it relates to stress / cortisol induced insulin resistance for those of us that are doing all the right thing with our macros, but unfortunately started out life with high cortisol, and worked in environments for long periods that are high stress, and developed IR in late flurries

    Worth your time!!
Do not scroll past this podcast! Karen and the guests she brings on are so mindblowingly knowledgable. This podcast has single-handedly changed my world! Women do not have to suffer in peri menopause and menopause. There is actually no reason for it and it is disturbing and maddening on so many levels just how poorly we are treated by western medicine and the health care industry. I’ve never left a podcast review before but Karen deserves more stars than I am allowed to give. Listen NOW!

All I can say is “wow”! I am only 5 episodes in and have learned so much! Amazing that you have to learn from a podcast what should be told to you by your doctor. So empowering
Everything from the sound of her voice to what comes out is interesting and engaging. She knows what she is talking about and exudes a level of empathy and understanding that makes you feel less discouraged and powerless! I can’t say I’ve done the home one testing because of the costs but I have asked and been turned down by my doctor so she had that right!! I’m thinking I may plunge into her offerings on her website because each time I hear her I’m happier that I listened!

All women over 35 should be listening to Karen!
I found this podcast when looking for help with weight loss and hormones due to perimenopause, which is what Karen specializes in. She is brilliant! Her podcasts are so very informative and relevant to what women are experiencing in our mid-lives. It’s so hard to find answers with conventional doctors, but Karen knows! I don’t even understand how she knows so much and can answer most any question, but she can and is a wealth of knowledge! Her attitude is also upbeat and so kind and happy—I just love hearing her talk. The people she interviews on this podcast are experts in their fields and there is so much to learn from them, as well, and incorporate in to our lives. It is all very helpful. If you want to learn how to feel better and function better during peri and post menopause, I highly recommend this phenomenal podcast.

    Highly recommend
I’ve been so thankful to find Karen and this podcast. It’s difficult to find someone who is knowledgeable about bioidentical hormones and thyroid health-specifically reverse T3 and the use of stand alone T3 therapy. I feel like I’m in good hands with Karen. I’ve joined her On Track program and appreciate all of the info there and her responsiveness. I wish more women knew that there are more options available than what a medical doctor can provide.

    Exceptional
I’ve been listening to Karen’s podcasts for about a year and eagerly look forward to the new one each Thursday! I paid thousands of dollars to do an online autoimmune program 2 years ago (I have RA and Hashimotos). All of Karen’s talks are spot on with the program I took....and I’ve learned even more from Karen. I wish I would have discovered her before I took the other program! She has a wealth of knowledge and has a wide variety of guests that cover many alternative insights into health and weight loss. I still struggle with cortisol levels and my weight, but am hopeful that incorporating some of the information I’ve gained through listening to Karen, that I’ll figure out my missing links. I’ve been a RN for over 30 years and have recommended her podcast to many.....check her out, you won’t be disappointed!
