I’m going into real estate and it’s been 4 months of no sleep, constantly studying, and saying no to a lot of activities with my kids and friends because I want to be successful in this field for myself and my boys. And listening to podcasts, specially this one has inspired me so much! Hearing so many moms juggling life and work and being successful is so inspiring! I am so ecstatic to kill it in Real Estate. Little note: not going to lie I’ve cried listening to some episodes of how happy I am for these women and excited I am for myself. (Most recent episode that gave me happy tears... June 3 2021!) I’m currently a stay at home mom, taking real estate classes online, working toward getting my kentucky license. I have a 4 year old and a 3 month old baby with colic, who literally cries about 8hrs a day. Overwhelmed with frustration, I put down my laptop and I started really doubting myself today, and started thinking that maybe I should just continue waiting tables until the baby is older, then I can come back to this when she goes to school or something. Thoughts like “this is the absolute worse time in my life To try to do this” and “If just concentrating on the class is this stressful and hard, how am I going to be able to actually succeed in the business” began to set in. The episode ‘Sleep is for the Weak’, literally just put my head back in the game and saved my mindset. If y’all can do it. I can too. Thank you so much ladies. Love the realness. I like this podcast but the sound quality is terrible. I can’t even listen to it in my car because I can’t hear it even with the volume as Loud as it goes.
