You’d be hard pressed to find two people more into themselves with so little substantive things to say than Cat and Pat. Still if you want to listen to mindless narcissists drone on about their rather privileged lives as if they were the most put upon people in the world, this is the show for you. As interviewers Cat actually asks questions of the guests and will listen to the answers; Pat generally just wants to talk about himself and will often steer any conversation back to whatever picayune matter is on his mind at the moment.

I just feel like podcasters should know at least a little bit about the guest? Just listened for the first time and started with Roz Hernandez’s episode bc I love her and I was honestly surprised at how little the hosts knew about her. I felt bad for Roz tbh. Like.. wut?

Selfishly I want more of yall. Less guests. Some guests still but maybe every other week? Just emotionally a lot to meet a new person each week. We’re always spending time getting to know people. I want to hang with the people I already like.

Been listening religiously since the very beginning but find this podcast absolutely unbearable since the new format/studio.

The podcast has been special lately. Combination between rocking guests (John, Ruby, Liza…) and Pat and Cat’s vulnerability. It’s a gift to listen when the conversations are so open. Yes I’m laughing, but it’s great to feel connected when the Girls articulate such specific emotions that I find relatable but difficult to express on my own. Pat’s revelations on Ruby’s ep did more for me than 2 years of therapy. Thank you to these artists !!
