Absolutely love the works and courses on Commune
I’ve been truly impressed with the level of classes and courses, podcast and presenters that Commune has been able to host. It very rare these days to find a platform that hosts such a wealth of knowledge and the team at Commune absolutely have done it! I’ve been following along for over a few months and still learning new things every day. Absolutely love all the work done here and applaud the team at Commune for their efforts! Thank you for this gift of knowledge and empowerment, it really makes a difference for us, those ready to receive these gifts!

    Casey Means series
Casey and Jeff do an excellent job of synthesizing a lot of information in a field with so much specialized knowledge. This is what I love about Commune’s podcast most; that I can come to this podcast and learn about topics commonly difficult to wrap one’s head around presented in an accessible way.

    Smart, funny, diverse
The Commune podcast is health and wellness content at its best — holistic, thoughtful, science-based but also spiritual and metaphysical. I like that Jeff is both passionate about the topic and is able to have some fun at the same time.

A Tool to Use to Check into My Life
About a year ago, my wife gifted a year membership of Commune, to which I would love to add a month too! Here is my review. I enjoy Tommy Rosen’s fir me life changing videos on changing my addiction frequency/checking into the cool energy in my breath and yoga movements. Really has helped me meditate. I use Davidji’s video to on manifesting my intention. And I think that Jeff and his co podcaster/conversationalist are really interesting too. I am interested in a lifetime membership.

So glad that I found this podcast!
I originally found the podcast because I started using a CGM, but the more I listen the better it gets. The guests are amazing and I always want to hear more, and Jeff is one of the best hosts out there. He actually lets his guests speak without cutting them off, asks the best questions and offers relatable insight in each episode. After listening to the episodes for about two months I think I’m going to sign up for their Commune courses because I always feel like there’s more to learn. Bravo Commune, thanks for the convos we all need!

    Wonderful offerings
As a health and wellness and coach and teacher of whole being, I appreciate the variety of offerings and teachers through the Commune podcast. There are enough topics and material to really help someone pivot their mental, spiritual, and physical outlook on health. I particularly appreciate the common theme of connectedness throughout.

    Commune is a wonderful space
I was made aware of Commune a few years back by way of Russel Brand. Diagnosed with a stage IV cancer a decade ago, I was prescribed loads of opiates that I reluctantly became dependent on and addicted to. Building on my sobriety I began to read the Commune emails. They are full of all sorts of interesting things, all of which can better us and help us continue to grow. I usually take advantage of the free 5 days courses! I highly recommend!!

    Great podcast!
Always learning and love Jeff’s knowledge, guests, information, education and more!! Thankful for this awesome resource for wellness🙏

    Thoughtful & Smart
Jeff does a great job of sharing useful information from experts in the wellness industry and weaving in his own insights based on his many years in the space and his own health journey. His ego is just the right size (not always true with podcast hosts), and he does a great job of platforming women on his show (not always true of male hosts). He’s bright, witty, and welcoming, and I always look forward to listening, even if it’s a topic I’m would not normally explore.

    Episode 493
I am wanting to love this podcast but listening to Jeff and Schuyler go back and forth is an actual nightmare. Maybe use of a script moving forward instead of consistently interrupting and asking for more clarity would be more enjoyable. I am willing to finish the episode and listen to more because I love the app but yowza this is painful.

Health Info Delivered with Truth, Respect, & Compassion
Jeff Krasno balances sharing cutting edge research with honoring the reality of “no one can do this 100% perfectly 100% of the time.” He chooses guests who talk about what I can do to take ownership of my well-being through lifestyle changes, rather than pushing the “pill of the week” the way so many “health” news hosts do. I write this review particularly in response to episode 544. When Being too Healthy Hurts, which is about orthorexia, a mental health issue that involves compulsion about “eating perfectly,” meaning eating “the highest quality diet.” Jeff handled the issue with his usual compassion and also told his own struggles with orthorexia. If he were only here to hawk products, he would not have created and episode about the real harm of creating stress by trying to eat a perfect diet as the “antidote” to orthorexia appears to be the “middle way,” the path of balance and internal peace. Helping people find their balance and inner peace will never make you rich because its impossible to make peaceful people buy things by making people feel bad about themselves because inner peace is the opposite of feeling bad about yourself. Really appreciate your courage for addressing this topic & consistently offering honest information that improves quality of life rather than just lightening our wallets.

    Mental health with Marisa Peer
So uplifting to hear a compact, genuine concern…for bringing mental health to the Table. It’s so helpful to have just a few easy strategies outlined in such a digestible manner. Definitely going to look into her upcoming course on Commune. There is something missing from the Commune platform however…Jeff’s Saturday morning meditation podcast. It use to springboard my weekend! Miss your “calm” Jeff.

So refreshing - optimal versus normal
It is so frustrating to hear a doctor say “Oh your A1C is in a normal range so keep doing what you are doing. No need to test for anything else.” While technically my A1C is normal (although at the top of the “normal range”) I continue to feel tired and walk around with a brain fog. Hearing Dr. G talk about what is optimal versus normal gives me hope that there is more I can do for my health than just accept my current “normal” status quo. Thank you for the invaluable information and inspiration to dig deeper and work harder at keeping my glucose lower.

    Best Wellness Podcast
I have been following and learning from Jeff Krasno and wife Schuyler Grant for what feels like all of my adult life. Jeff offers a wide variety of wellness topics on the podcast that help me stay in tune and up to date with my spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental well-being. I learn so much simply by turning on a podcast during my daily commute! The teachers that he collaborates with are truly the best of the best. And you get their wisdom and guidance here all in one place! Their One Commune emails and app are also incredibly worth the subscriptions. Thanks for all you do, Jeff!

    a ray of hope
I just listened to episode 490 about Russell Brand, and I have to say while I have lost a lot of hope re the division in our society and everyone’s rush to judgment without facts, I was deeply heartened and impressed with your level of honesty, transparency, and integrity in this matter. as you said, these issues should not be decided in the court of public opinion. To rush to judgment - on either side - without all of the facts (never mind a fair trial!) is cult-like behavior. Thank you so much for being an example of wisdom and integrity, and truly a ray of hope.

Shares an amazing range of wisdom in a practical manner
I’ve been listening to Commune over the last year, which has been the most difficult of my life, and it has provided some amazing lights in the darkness. I love Jeff’s conversational style and how he and his guests explore not only what makes us human but also how we are really more powerful than we know. Highly recommend to anyone who is interested in spirituality, health, the mind, soul, and directions for living a good life.

    I stand by RUSSELL!
Where is du process in this world? Aren’t we innocent until proven guilty ? Any journalist with integrity would have heard those “stories” and taken them to the police but no… doesn’t sell newspapers. If you guys drop Russell - with NO charges whatsoever - what does that say about you guys? Russ is the reason I ever came to commune few years back. Please don’t turn your back on him, he’s an example of radical self transformation.

    Please No Fake Accents
Hey Jeff, I have been listening for awhile and two weeks ago I finally took advantage of the buy one give one offer you have. I love your podcast and all the interviews but I have I tell you the episode with one of my all time favorites Russel Brand ( the first episode of the 12 Steps) made me absolutely cringe. I hated your fake British accent to the point if I did not already have a relationship with this podcast, I never would’ve listened to it again it turned me off so badly. I have been sober almost 16 years. I take my sobriety seriously. Doing a fake accent for the entire intro and then the closing of it seemed way out of touch for me. I understand a little bit at the beginning as an endearing way to introduce Russell but to keep it up like a method actor…just nope. To me, it just took away the seriousness of what the 12 steps are. I will continue with my subscription and look forward to listening to your podcast because I think you do a lot of good…just think you made a mistake here. Thanks for taking the time to read. Sincerely, Melissa Black
