Recently found this podcast after re-watching Cheers. I first started watching tears in the very beginning when I was a freshman in high school. I just love the host & cohost’s banter & I look forward to each episode. I’m at the beginning of season six, so I’m catching up to it in real time!☺️🍻

I have been really enjoing this podcast. Ryan is a great host. I just finished season 1, really looking forward to the journey. Cheers is the show I have seen the most of all. It is my background when I just want something on the TV. I've probably been through the show at least five times by now. This podcast has been a great companion this last time around so far.

Ugh the audio quality! Makes this hard to listen to. I want this podcast so bad, I am using it to watch through the show but the audio voice quality to 100 is bad

The host is really knowledgeable and insightful in reviewing all the previous Cheers episodes. Those podcast episodes are really easy to while working. The show recaps paint a good picture of what is going on in the episode and key moments.

I love some of the best lines from cheers like is there a Ernie Pantoso that’s you coach speaking NORM!! Norman want a beer norm?do pigs fly?

The time and effort put into this podcast is appreciated. Listening to the Host and guests opinions on this show is entertaining. I enjoy the coverage of each episode with the critique of the episodes and how they were in their own time and how they have changed with your perception 30 or more years later.

I am currently rewatching Cheers for the third time and was looking for a podcast to go along with my rewatch. This show delves into the series beautifully. It features fun, interesting, and entertaining. I find Cheers to be vastly underrated and it is so enjoyable to have this guide!

I really liked this show’s format and it is about one of my all time favorite shows.......but, the nonsense where everything is measured by today’s woke warriors, what is homophobic, racist, etc, not necessary and irrelevant. The show was great for it’s time and place. Stop re-writing history and tearing down our past. Yuck

Rewatching Cheers after growing up with its original run, collecting the DVD sets, and now in streaming. Just discovered this podcast and am catching up. This podcast, like the show itself, is a masterpiece. You can tell the hosts love the show and did their homework. They aren’t trying to be the show, they are enhancing the show with analysis and just the kind of behind the scenes info I was hoping for. Excellent stuff and this will be one of the rare podcasts I listen to every episode of, what a great find!! This far far exceeds the “Norm”, and I’m glad I found it, you will be too. Like the bar, it feels like home. I write this in 2020. As we endure the ravages of a pandemic caused by an incompetent, corrupt, racist oligarchy lead by a malevolent con artist who brags about sexually assaulting women, takes from the poor to give to the rich, and breaks the law flagrantly and without consequence we need the world of cheers, a world where people are flawed but genuinely care about and protect each other, more than ever. This podcast is a perfect companion to a perfect show. Cheers!!

Like many other people, I started working through the Cheers canon and have really enjoyed this podcast. I like to listen to it on long Saturday runs, reliving the episodes I’ve watched during the week! Great guests, good insights, and background on the episodes.

Ryan and guests take you through the series episode by episode with great humor and 'little known facts' about the show's contributers. Covers all the highlights and the occasional low lifes. Perfect companion to a Cheers re-watch, also brings back memories if you haven't watched in years.

Great way to rewatch Cheers episodes. Love the MVP and Home Run selections are the end of each podcast.

Somehow I just got into Cheers after so many years, and this is my favorite of the Cheers podcasts out there. Good in-depth look at the episodes, but the host keeps it fun.

I particularly enjoy the way the host recaps the zany details of each episode in a deadpan tone suggestive of a true crime narration. I don’t know if this is intentional, but either way it’s hilarious.

Ryan does an amazing job reviewing these episodes and his enthusiasm for the show is so genuine it has heightened the appreciation I already had for Cheers. I look forward to finishing season one and catching up to the newest episodes.

love this podcast but also wish for them to stop playing soundclips from show as it is very distant or distorted as if someone is recording from a phone or something.

I will admit, I’m wasn’t a doe-hard Cheers fan back in the day. Sure, the show was well written and brilliantly acted, but it was something I popped in and out of. However, I tuned into CheersCast because Ryan is one of the best podcasters in the business and I will always check out his shows. Well, I’m glad I did! Ryan’s love and enthusiasm for the show has reminded me what I loved about it and has launched me into a rewatch so comprehensive that it’s threatening my marriage. 😀 So grab a beer and join in on the fun! —Sean Ross

I like the show, as a lifelong Cheers fan. But- 14 episodes in there have been no women guests to discuss an episode with Ryan, and it is feeling very fanboy. Please consider getting the female perspective!

Cheers is my favorite TV comedy, and Ryan's podcast is a must. It's like rewatching the episodes with friends, so yes, this is the podcast where everybody knows your name.

Cheers Cast is one of the few podcasts where I have to listen on day of transmission, like appointment viewing. Ryan has kind of a slight, throw back radio voice, which is perfect for this timeless masterpiece, Cheers.

It’s almost like you go into a place. A place where every individual present is aware of your formal designation. And said individuals reliably express joy at your arrival.

A TV series as good as CHEERS deserves a good podcast, and this one is excellent. Episode by episode reviews, dealing with larger themes but also fun trivia. Great show!

Like Rob Kelly's MASHCast, Ryan Daly's Cheers Cast is an episode by episode podcast giving you a rundown of each episode right from the beginning of the series. Ryan brings in a relevant guest on every episode to discuss the going's on at everyone's favorite Boston bar. It is obvious that Ryan has great love for the series based on his knowledge of the show. And it is interesting that when there is an episode with legal ramifications for the characters, Ryan brings in a lawyer to guest on the show. Brilliant! If you want to re-live the best show in TV history and enjoy it with your own friends at the bar, you'll definitely want to listen to this podcast. Ryan brings a thoughtful and heartfelt look at Cheers with a nice mix of insight & background information.

Went to Boston recently for the first time and headed right for the Cheers bar for an adult beverage. The memories of this great show came flooding back. Got home ordered the DVDs and was delighted to see a podcast starting up right here on my favorite Podcast Network. Glad to see Ryan's name attached to it becuse of the quality of his other shows. The podacst centered around the character introductions and the Pilot Episode was AMAZING. Keep it up!! The only downside... I think "Flowers & Fishnets" will become even more irregular :-) Start my Tab, I'll be back each week!!
