I subscribed to this podcast from another one I heard Liz on. I liked the episode very much and the passion behind what Liz was speaking on. I’ve listened to a few episodes of this show and I can’t get past how much Andresa interrupts their guests. If a guest is on a show, they should have the main floor with the hosts asking questions at appropriate breaks in the conversation to keep it going or switch up the direction. Unfortunately, I’m going to unsubscribe because I think it’s very rude and disrespectful to interrupt someone you invited onto your show to speak. It’s also very disruptive to listen to someone trail on about their opinions when the guest was trying to speak.

I am such a fan of anything from Bigger Pockets, and InvestHER did not disappoint! I love hearing from real estate queens, that are knowledgeable and want to dominate the real estate world!

Amazing, awesome show and advice with so much crossover. Stay fearless and schedule those meetings with yourself! Learned so much! Thank you!

I love the focus of this show: female focused! Their guests are great and I always learn something. However, the host Liz talks wayyyy too much sometimes. I can skip ahead by a minute or more, just to get to the end of her sentence! She should ask more succinct questions. I’ll keep listening for now though, since the content is always good.

After the changes within BP real estate mixed with the increase in their political and right leaning views it no longer became the podcast for me. I’m glad I still have this BP podcast to depend on weekly. Run by such consistently knowledgeable people, I’m always impressed every week.

The best part about it is it features women who are crushing it in real estate, showing that women are investing in real estate! Episode 119 with megan lamke was so inspirational! So fascinating to learn how she paid off $535k of debt (yeah Dave Ramsey!)... and how she made almost $300k on her first deal. Just goes to show that anyone can use real estate to work their way towards financial freedom. I definitely related to seeing my own parents struggle financially and not wanting to have the same struggles. Can’t wait to listen to more. Highly recommend this podcast!

This episode was great! I always refer to my kids as being their bumpers but I too struggle with not being the cupcake PTA mom.

This is a great show especially for the underserved niche of female investors. This is just one more example of how real estate has changed since I started investing 20+ years ago.
