Mark Anthony DysonGreat show with Fields JacksonI enjoyed this honest conversation as the both of you addressed a polarizing thought where a company can't find women and POC talent in the C-Suite. Every fiber of the workplace is being tested for durability. People will remember those words for years to come. Great show.

Leili TaebKathy Caprino’s program is your first step in the road towards the greatest achievementsOur lifelong pursuit of an “Amazing Career” very much resembles mythical heroes' journeys. There are moments in life, in the midst of a busy work day, when we feel our higher selves longing for a distant promise of a more fulfilling career. We might see a sudden vision of an exciting possibility or hear a tiny voice calling on us to take the leap and grasp new opportunities. But we often suppress those feelings, try to forget the visions, ignore the call, and go about our ordinary lives: it might be too scary to acknowledge the need for a change and leave our comfort zone to embrace the unknown - no matter how exhilarating the possibilities. In mythology, similar to real life, the hero at first refuses to answer the call to adventure. She changes her mind only when she finally meets her mentor: a wise teacher who gives her the advice and the tools necessary to prepare her for crossing the threshold into adventure . Kathy Caprino is that mentor. Her versatile experience, her education and training, her wealth of knowledge, her curiosity and drive for gaining new insights and her profound compassion likens her to the greatest teachers in mythology and history. Kathy’s intelligence and wisdom shine through her work, from her groundbreaking books and articles to her podcast and coaching programs. No matter how many times you have attended Kathy’s programs, there is always something new to learn. Her advice is always fresh, tailored to address the most pressing needs of the day for modern professionals. This quality alone elevates her above her peers, and makes her positive influence the most enduring of all. I highly recommend Kathy’s programs to anyone who dares to dream big and strives to do more. No matter where we are in our professional journey, Kathy’s programs can empower us to uncover our natural talents, break through our upper limit and reach new heights of success never before imagined.

MoscowUserGreat but difficult to listen toThis podcast is extremely informative, educational and inspiring. I find it highly valuable for my personal and professional development. Unfortunately, many of the episodes are difficult or sometimes even impossible to listen to because of the poor sound quality. For me, the latest such episode was on becoming a thought leader - I could barely make out what the interviewee was saying. I wish the podcast producers would do something about this.

CaraF13So easy and empowering to listening to!Such a spark of a podcast! I greatly appreciate how Kathy highlights how important it is to accept it is NOT selfish to want a whole list of things! What matters is, to embrace your worth of living a beautiful life that matters to You...not somebody else..YOU! A beautiful life made by you might shake the waters of your tribe and even when it does...you STILL live it and stand for it. Her interview in particular with Erik is fantastic since it really addresses the misconception of the 'American Life' and how to avoid idolizing people in your field; instead, be inspired by people/org you are drawn to and then innovate from there. Don't strive to Become someone....instead be Inspired by them. Your power can really be: Who we Aren't....Thank you!

KlnixonFLReally insightful adn inspiring. Perfect way to start 2018So far I have had the pleasure of listening to the first two podcasts in this series, both have been fantastic. I love the phrase "finding brave" mainly because it's really hit home with me. I think through life I have lost that concept and only attributed it to people who do heroic acts. I love how Kathy has helped me see that it's in the every day acts and small steps that can grow your bravery to have the life you want. Thank you Kathy, I look forward to listening every week :)!
