Fluffster NormalpawsToo Many AdsIs the content also an ad? Sort of sounds like an infomercial being interrupted by ads. Ads on top of ads. I think I’ll be deleting this one. 🙄

Health minded mommaMom in CaliFabulous podcast! I enjoy learning all the incredible info of holistic health information.

Review10122YikesI have been recently exploring the world of intermittent fasting and have been trying to find informative podcasts on the topic. I was about 35 minutes into the episode with Narado Zeco that I thought was pretty interesting… until they started mocking the carnivore diet/lifestyle. There are hundreds of THOUSANDS of people on the carnivore diet who are absolutely thriving. They are curing autoimmune and chronic diseases, they are reversing diabetes and cancer, they are losing weight, the list goes on. Not to mention experts like Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Robert Kiltz, Judy Cho are some of the healthiest humans I have ever seen. Narado Zeco goes on to talk about how he is NOT an expert on lectins/antinutrients yet he ignorantly says “you need plant foods, I stopped arguing with carnivores” “don’t tell me I am going to eat animal fat and protein the rest of my life” and then the host ignorantly chimes in and starts saying “I can’t imagine my life living on a carnivore diet where I literally only ate meat” “there’s less than 1% of the population that could eat that way on a long term basis” I literally had to stop playing the episode because what garbage perspectives. Carnivores are eating the MOST nutrient dense, bio available foods on the planet. Foods our ancestors ate, and thrived on. this lady needs to regulate the guests she has on and the conversations she chooses to have. For her to say “I can’t imagine my life eating this way” when there are thousands of people who are curing diseases is such a mind blowing statement. Have some carnivores on your podcast and realize how ignorant these statements were….. also the ads. There’s an ad every 10 minutes….

meganw973Ads…I haven’t listened to much content yet, and I do plan to keep listening. However I’m not even 15 mins in to an episode and have had 4 or 5 ads. I’d like to hear the information, not a motorcycle revving in my ear. Looking forward to hearing how IF can help me. Thank you for the content!

mariaag06This podcast will change your lifeI can’t even begin to even tell you how much your podcast has drastically improved my health. I stumbled across your podcast awhile back when I was searching water fasting. I have gained so much knowledge from your show it’s not even funny. This podcast covers so many topics from nutrition, malabsorption to eliminating daily toxins such as fragrances, makeup, laundry detergent and soaps with parabens in it.. I love that your show really does focus on the whole body and leading a healthier lifestyle in all facets. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you do

NatelisaHas improved drastically!I started listening again and found Chantel’s guests super helpful and informative. I also have found Chantel much more agreeable to the average person, although she occasionally drops those things that let you know she’s filthy rich, it’s not a constant brag anymore. Previous:Very self centered host that has that I’m better than everyone because I’m closer to god. I stopped listening when she bragged about her daily activities, massages etc. obviously does not have a husband since he was not mentioned, or is so into herself he does not fit in. Very nauseating.

Let’s Unpack That w Alex&GraceAn invaluable resource!!This podcast is FULL of amazing nuggets around health and nutrition - and all super practical, too. I love how it debunks and demystifies common misconceptions around food and eating (and there are SO many), and how to go deeper beyond just behavior modifications to really shift our thinking, perspectives, and mindsets AROUND this topic. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
-
Carrazie76Chantel Ray Makes My Day!I am grateful to Chantel for these podcasts- I have learned so much from her and her guests. She always has interesting and informative people on. I always listen to this podcast while I’m getting ready in the morning and while driving in the car. I work in a health food store and I recommend this podcast to many of my customers!
-
Erose0526Too many adsI enjoyed the content, but the ads were way too frequent and if you’re going to have that many ads then they need to be in natural breaks in the conversation. I listened to an episode today that an ad seemed to be mid sentence of the guest’s response.
-
if'erPaul Soladino episodeOne of the most ridiculous interviews I’ve ever listened to - plants have feelings??? Honey is good for you? Spinach and broccoli are not? Wow!! No thank you!
-
Mrs. L in ArkansasOne of my favorite for intermittent fasting and healthI love this podcast ! All the guest are amazing and the host is so funny ! She keeps it moving and I never am bored !
-
@User123Amazing!!!!One of the most life changing and inspiring podcasts I have listened to. I’m just learning about intermittent fasting and it’s great to learn more about it, her views on the subject really made the idea of intermittent fasting more clear. The guest was so interesting. 10/10 recommend.
-

DD._.reviewAmazing!!Using these steps I’ve gotten even better sleep than usual! Love it and I can’t wait to hear more!
-
alaskablissAnswers InterruptedThis host is a virtual verbal steamroller. She asks her guests a question and before they can finish she plows over their answer with some inane blather about her experience or whatever product she’s pushing This pod is a ‘waist’ of time.
-
TuneChicA Good Discovery!Wow! It’s 4am and I am glad I found your podcast! I like the topics you’ve presented and appreciate that you “keep it real”. The added bonus for me was when I heard that your grounders are the ones I have (God and Pilates). I am glad I discovered you, Chantel!
-
Heavenbound2089On Point!!Love the perspective and helpful information to support a freshman faster! Hosts give fundamental concepts that are super easy to understand and implement!
-
Ren-SEpisode #431Stumbled across this podcast and since I was already intermittent fasting I figured I’d listen to see what else I could learn. I’ve only listened to one episode since I just found it one day ago and now I’m hooked! I’ve learned so much just after listening to one episode. I’ve already put what I’ve learned so far to work. Lisa Fischer is awesome! Thanks!

MimimomdawkCgmFor those of us whose lives depend on access to cgms bc of diabetes it saddens me how freely people use them during shortages. Be mindful and careful.
-
lilbitbrennaAwesome and Informational PodcastThis podcast is amazing. I love listening to it😍 They have great speakers on all the time. There used to be more episodes though, I wish there were more! I have recommended this to everyone I know!
-
Kayden Mafive stars serviceI really love this podcast. Lots of great contents. The lessons are valuable and I never get bored. Thank you.
-
Been with them for yearsDumbest podcaster in the communityI have tried and tried to listen to this. It’s a great idea for content but the host is just scattered, dumb, and admittedly not committed to the mission she promotes. Wishy washy isn’t what I’m looking for to help fix the massive health crisis we have. People who make excuses are literally acting like the addicts they are. Just own it.
-
Awesome 2424Fasting is excellent but not this podcastThis podcast comes off as extremely gimmicky. The guests are here to only line their pockets and sell their stuff. One guest didn’t even answer her questions cause “he was in a rush to leave” but of course you find all the answers for $9.99 on his eBook 🙄
-
kinsandtilAbsolutely LOVE!!Love this episode and all of the Waist Away podcasts!! So great!!
-
L.A 9Aggressive Sale Pitches with Little SubstanceI just listened to one of her podcasts, it’s the content was really light and not substantial and she would almost randomly interrupt her train of thought to pitch an unrelated product. Wine. Vitamins blah blah. It’s so cringey. And during the actual content, not in the introduction or towards the end. She comes off as very untrustworthy about the post topics. Sorry. Would not recommend at all.
-
kacey06Worst advice everI was kinda on board until I heard show 414. She literally talked about people taking the easy way out with weight loss and they should be using their mind and losing weight by pushing their willpower and thoughts. Are you crazy? Do you know what it’s like for someone who has been obese for years to struggle because if you had any knowledge about this you would know that their current mindset is the problem. No one wakes up and says yes, I am losing weight today and I will never have a problem. What a fake.
-
jes🥰Does she write the questions ?I feel like she writes a lot of the questions herself and acts like she gets them written in. You can tell…. Other than that I get good tips from the podcast. It’s basically one big diet culture podcast though. Also.. there are ads and promos every 5 minutes. Really irritating and obnoxious. The only reason I listen to this podcast is to get motivation to fast. Also…there are a lot of editing mistakes in several episodes wrong titles, lapses of time that are silent, ads playing over interviews. Whoever is editing this podcast is horrible
-
Aaaajjjjmmm444NopeFasting wrecks your hormones. Period. This content may help you lose a quick few pounds, but the long term consequences are devastating. Really bad advice.
-
Alie LentzGreat podcastGreat podcast! Great info and encouragement for those wanting to fast successfully!
-
DL 757Chantel is a genius! We love Chantel, she is a genius!
-
MarcusTabsDiet cultureThis is nothing but diet culture. No different than a crummy magazine at the grocery store shilling the latest weight loss gimmick.
-
faith stammen#365 good but chantel is a bratI love the guest on this episode, he sounds smart, and chantel isn’t too bad on this episode but on others she is very self absorbed. she doesn’t sound very smart either. no scientific evidence. well, maybe some, but a lot is personal option. i don’t recommend her, find a different intermittent fasting podcast.
-
Lyd157Just so so bad, she needs to do some IF researchThis is not an intermittent fasting podcast based on nutrition and science. This is a diet culture podcast based on what the host thinks and how she feels. Listeners would get more accurate answers by just googling them. A lot of the content is scientifically inaccurate. Also THE INTERRUPTING is awful! So unprofessional and disorganized. She and her guests are constantly contradicting each other.
-
No, just no!!!!!!!!!!!MehInfo is ok but not very interesting. She asks people to leave multiple reviews of her podcast using their husband’s or kid’s phone. That’s pretty unethical.
-
med peofezsChantel never stops talking about herself.Too bad her host never get a chance to talk.
-
BD8437ToxicChantel Ray is a major real estate agent in my hometown and now apparently she has decided to profit off of the weight loss business as well. Problem is - she’s not a nutritionist, trainer or dietician. She’s just using her existing capital and connections to peddle a book written off her personal experiences (I lost 100lbs too but I’m not claiming to be an authority). She uses toxic terminology, has poor hosting skills and is clearly in it to make even more $$$. The only up side is that she has some good guests who are actual experts so I follow them now, not giving this podcast or CR any more of my time.
-
Yo5591Love the Podcast but..My only complaint 😬 is that Chanel talks over everybody..could just be a recording issue though!
-
Jrm174Science denierDumped this when she bragged about wearing a mask during pandemic ONLY when someone forced her.
-
lisa n m pBest lifestyleLove IF, thanks Chantal!
-
AmyyutInspiration to goI really enjoy her podcasts! Inspiring. Upbeat. Motivating. Straight talk. I listen while doing my 45 minute walks and it always engages my mind 👍🏻
-
Marisha07Host rudely interruptsJust when the guests are at the most interesting point, the host rudely interrupts with irrelevant comment or questions! In a middle of a thought! So frustrating!!
-
Nagina A.Thought-provoking podcastChantel’s podcast will open your mind to knowledge and wisdom on vegetarian, plant-based, keto and many others. Her podcast is packed with interesting topics on diet, health, and nutrition.
-
j djjdisEpisode 318 👍🏻I listened to this episode during my morning walk. It was reallllly good!! So good that I came home, got my notebook, listened a second time and took notes!! I sent it to my teenaged daughters! Thank you for sharing your insightful wisdom!!

-
Pop til I dropUgh!!Host is scattered, makes huge assumptions. Asks her guests questions and then interrupts them she is self centered and often acts as if she knows more than her guests. No thanks!! There are much more informative and interesting podcasts out there!
-
suzieqisawesomeGreat podcastLove the episodes on thyroid !! I love those the best and the fasting
-
J. BarshopAuthentic and EmpoweringIt’s obvious that Chantel puts extraordinary effort in finding guests that are authentic
