    Domestic violence and the brain
I was hit in my face and got a right blow out broken eye socket fracture I had a brain bleed behind my eye that I had a cataract lens in my eye and a bleed behind my nasal cavitity. I had covid at that time twice back to back. Since then I’ve been suffering with complex ptsd I was 62 now 66 and struggling with my nervous system by shaking and short memory loss. I shake with medication for my depression and my arms legs or boulders jump. I’m devastated that this is happening. Has this been studied on I believe my hypothallus is inflamed.

    Solid information
One of my favorite podcasts because it’s so packed with great information. The only downside is it’s always difficult to listen to because of the poor sound quality

    Poor souls quality
Great topics, however I can not tolerate listening to most episodes because of the poor sound quality. The host sounds like he’s talking in a tin cave.

    Enjoying the show
I really like this podcast and especially enjoyed the one about seed oils last year. I shared it with a few people and appreciated the simple and clear explanations. I also loved the recent episode with Dr. Youn. I was fascinated about autophagy and skin health because I recently completed the Prolon 5-day fasting mimicking diet and my skin seriously never looked better. It was glowing, lost the dark circles and dryness and I looked younger in a matter of days. People were commenting on my skin. There is clearly a link here!

    Enjoyed the episode on Allulose
Great info and very helpful- I wear a cgm and Oura ring to track my health- very interested in anything related to blood sugar/glucose. I have a question…I can just barely taste the sweetness from allulose. Have tried it in varying quantities in my coffee and green tea- I simply cannot detect the sweetness. Is this normal?

It’s good to be in the clique.
Dr P always has great, researched info to share and seems to truly want to help people become healthy. However I often feel that many of his guests are there bc he and they have a I’ll wash your back and you wash mine agreement. Or plainly said let’s agree to promote on another’s books. That said, the info shared is still worthwhile.

Powerful info you can use NOW!💥
Dr. Perlmutter and his incredibly knowledgeable guests talk all things health related, but it’s so much more than that! You’ll get tons of actionable advice and tangible tips, but you’ll also get heaps of inspiration from truly engaging individuals that genuinely want to help others. Thanks so much for putting out such a spectacular show Dr. P. - keep up the great work!👍

    Suzy Amis Cameron Episode: Weak
Dear Dr. Perlmutter, The Suzy Amos Cameron episode on the plant-based diet lacked substance. My only takeaway: not eating meat will save water and reduce emissions when not considering the surrounding industries of agriculture. It would be great to hear about the technical, metabolic differences between having a plant-based and animal-based diet and their effects on the body. Thank you for all your hard work and the communication you do for your field. I really enjoy your more detailed and applied podcasts. Your new book Brain Wash is fantastic, and I will be recommending it to my friends who need it now more than ever with school being remote. -A chemical biologist at Berkeley
