Medical Advice that keeps you tied to treatment
Some of the direction and advice given on this podcast is misleading for those that are looking for complete healing and healthy menstruation. If you want to truly heal your body and get into a state of wellness, extreme dieting and restrictive eating will NOT get you there. Some supplements, lifestyle, and diet tips shared in various episodes will alleviate symptoms. That’s great in the short term, but all “progress” will be lost as soon as you start getting back into a sustainable habits. One guest share that eating 500 calories a couple days a week is a healthy practice that makes her feel good. That low of a calorie intake is NOT sufficient for the modern women to cope with daily stressors, let alone to support healthy muscle, tissue, and bone structure. I would venture to say that advice like that is dangerous. Listen with caution and use your intuitive knowledge when you hear health advice from anyone, no matter their experience or title.

    THE source on periods hormones!
Nicole is exactly what you want in a podcast host: knowledgable and energetic! She truly knows her stuff about periods and female hormones, AND she manages to make it fun to learn about with her contagious energy. If you’re struggling with fertility, endometriosis, fibroids, menopause, irregular periods, etc, Nicole’s podcast will be your saving grace!

    Informative
This is a great podcast and has wonderful information. But I have found myself a little disappointed several times when I listen in and it tends to focus more on the politics of the matter versus just supplying information that can help or educate me. It’s wonderful to hear about what is going on in the world and definitely important to make others aware of what’s going on. But a quick mention of feminist topics would be great, then you can move on to the topic at hand and dive more into it. Or sometimes I feel as though Nicole and the guest speaker just kind of go off on tangents or discuss negative aspects of being an influencer/speaker and getting pushback from others. Again, it’s so important to mention something quick so people understand what’s going on and that it’s an issue, but please quickly jump back on topic and share more useful info!

    Amazing podcast for hormone health!
I love this podcast so much! This show is a wealth of knowledge for anyone looking to work on hormone balance and simply get in tune with their body again. Nicole does an amazing job at making these topics relatable and bringing on experts in the field to share their insight as well. Highly recommend!

One of the most insightful podcasts!
Nicole’s show is the first podcasts I stumbled upon in my search to better my hormone health. I can’t go a day without listening to a new podcast or browsing her IG feed. Her advice and the advice from her guests have changed the way I view my period and health. Pain is not normal - don’t let your doctor tell you that. I never thought a life without popping pills constantly was possible. I only wish I found her earlier! And her book “Fix Your Period” needs to be required reading in school! (Share this podcast!)

    Important
I’ve been becoming more and more aware of how we’ve been shedding away at the sacredness of the female body, from over prescription of birth control to the negative perception of our monthly periods, I’ve never looked at my period as something other than an inconvenience that I wanted to be rid of. People like Nicole are helping women re-embrace the miracle that is the female body and empowerment that comes from understanding it.

    So insightful!
After listening to this podcast and reading Nicole’s book, Fix Your Period, I have learned SO MUCH about my body that I never even knew. Sharing it with other women, they too were blown away by what they didn’t know about their own body’s cycle. Definitely a must-listen for women of any age! Thank you Nicole!

    A must listen
If you’re a menstruating female of any age, this podcast is for you! All the misconceptions of our cycles are corrected for a better understanding on how you can approach each issue you experience. It’s been helpful to present to doctors who try to normalize these issues or blame them on hormones. A great listen to help be your own advocate!

A must listen for women’s health!
I adore this podcast so much. Nicole offers a plethora of information regarding the health and wellness of your cycle. Not only has the podcast helped me but so has her book “Fix Your Period”. In 2020 I found out I had a giant fibroid, I was lost and scared to say the least. Her book, podcast, and Instagram were a god send. To this day I am still learning new information through all her platforms and I couldn’t be more thankful! ❤️

Love Nicole Jardin - the go to girl for all things “down there” :)
First heard of Nicole during a functional health webinar as she was one of the speakers. Loving all her tips downloaded her free “Period Portal” app and have seen results using her free resources such as castor oil packs & Yoni steams. so we purchased her hormone harmony courses. I’m in menopause & my 20 year old daughter suffers with menstrual issues we are starting to chip away at. I’m confident we will get some answers by learning more about Nicole’s teachings.

    Best podcast ever
I love love love this podcast. Nicole is so amazingly smart and well spoken - she makes complicated, and hard to talk about topics so easy to understand. She is so relatable, I feel like half her podcasts were written about me! I highly recommend this podcast if you are even the slightest bit interested in learning about your body. I am a pelvic floor physical therapist in Phoenix AZ and I recommend nearly every other podcast to friends, patients, and other healthcare providers. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Must listen for Moms of girls!
I have been following Nicole for a while and her advice and information has been invaluable as I navigate helping my 3 daughters with period and hormone issues. I’ve used so much of her info to prevent them from falling into the BCP trap that all doctors of girls push them towards and we have remedied many period issues by following her advice!

Every female of every age needs this podcast!
This podcast is packed full of so much essential and useful information for females of all ages. I love listening to Nicole and her guests discuss some important topics like periods, menopause, birth, being your own advocate, and everything in between.
  • Danielle Kepics
    Physician assistant approved 💯
Modern Medicine needs to listen up to Nicole’s message. Period problems are health problems and the pill/IUD/nexplanon is NOT the answer to fixing your period problems. It simply masks them. Women deserve to have happy healthy hormones and periods and Nicole’s message, knowledge and guests radiate all of this. Everyone has something to learn!! Listen up allopathic world ✌🏻

    Starting to like it more
I’ve listened to this pod forever, even back when Nat was still on. There is some really good stuff here but because the episodes are so short, you can’t really dive deeper or get super juicy. That’s starting to change. While the episodes are still rather short and cursory, Nicole is starting to talk about more pressing, interesting and controversial topics like abortion and exploring how biological women are being silenced and erased through efforts to be more inclusive of trans women. There are no easy answers but I appreciate that she is willing to explore this and get messy. Thanks, Nicole! Looking forward to more juicy conversations!

    EXTREMELY OFFENSIVE
The interview with Milli Hill was unacceptable. She said “I am a left leaning person. I am not this horrible right wing bigoted person”. I don’t care who you are, to go on a podcast and completely degrade and generalize an entire group of people is shameful. People like her is the reason the world is the way it is. I would call myself a middle of the road person but for someone to completely bash and call another group “HORRIBLE BIGOTED PEOPLE” is not acceptable or appropriate in my book. UNFOLLOW FOR GOOD!

    Best Podcast for Period Health!
This podcast has changed my life. The wealth of information here has completely shifted my relationship to my hormonal health. I wish every doctor would listen to it because I just learned WAY more about my body than I ever have at the doctor’s office!
  • ahgry
    Poor audio quality
Wow I love the topics of this podcast and it has so much potential but man the audio yall! Atrocious!! Sometimes I can barely hear it and then all of a sudden the loudest vocal fry that gives me a heart attack and blasts out my speakers. I hope it getd better but until then, for the health of my ears and speakers, I will have to pass.

    Beyond Eye-Opening!!
Loved episode PP #157 your brain on birth control with Dr. Sarah Hill. This podcast has been incredible for developing my understanding of my own body. I am mind blown by the information and learnings. I wish I would’ve known the negative affects of BC at a younger age, as my doct put me on it in middle school to “regulate my period and hormones” Also loved Nicole’s episode on the Blonde Files about Hormones, Stress & Digestion. Looking forward to learning more through the period party. Thanks Nat & Nicole for putting this all out there!
