Used to love and support these guys until Greg started pushing his political opinions down peoples throats. People don’t listen to a video game podcast to be told who they should be voting for.

It’s sad when the left lost as bad as they did and yet still feel the need to belittle half the audience in a GAMING PODCAST!!

I stopped listening a long time ago because of the pushy lefty view of these guys. I just clicked on todays episode and it started with whining about Trump winning. Trump won the popular vote and the electoral college. Don’t you realize you are alienating at least 1/2 of the USA in that whining? I want video game news not pushy biased political commentary. There are already enough of those podcasts. I am out.

The hosts are generally entertaining people and do a good job of keeping my attention. Unfortunately they are often uninformed or only partially informed on the topics they are bringing up, gaming or otherwise. They get political at times without understanding their own positions which is a bit awkward. Half of them don’t even know the difference between the Euro and the Pound Sterling yet feel the need to opine on broader economic, social, and political issues. And everyone has a bias but KF’s bias is borderline combative. Listen if you want a light smattering or vaguely interesting gaming topics. And Greg’s really funny when he gets into his personas. But this isn’t the show to go into depth or get into interesting discussion on gaming unfortunately.

Great to listen to while I’m at work! We need more Paris in these podcasts (I hope I spelled his name right). Dude seems really chill.

Best gaming podcast out there, with no biases (if they’re sponsored they tell you). No fluff and lovable/entertaining hosts and creators. Must listen if you’re interested in the industry. Been listening since 2020. Thanks for all you do!

Love the guys when and they put out great stuff. They need to stop with the amount the say to super chat in. It’s obnoxious and a turn off. Say it once with the opening. Saying it every single story or comment to super chat with an opinion is a turn off. Especially when they used to just take write ins without a pay wall.

Kinda Funny crew and best-friends. I am a regular and daily supporter of all content that is released from Kinda Funny. I occasionally make donations when able, and support all the guys that do their personal streams. I have been a Kinda Funny best-friend for several years and will continue to be so, but a line was crossed in “The Kinda Funny Podcast” posted on July 23rd. I come from a very religious and military active family. I have family members that have risked and sacrificed their lives for this country that we call home. I’m all for constitutional rights and freedom of speech, but referring to the “Right” as a cult and falsely slandering the former president of the United States is completely unacceptable. Men and women have fought and died for our right to call this a free country and give each and every US citizen the ability to politically choose and support what we want. The “Right” is not a cult, it is a political party that men and women died fighting for, just as they did the “Left”. What was said in the podcast is quite literally spitting in the face of the sacrifice made throughout history. Also, do well not to forget that this type of slander conducted in your podcast is the same slander that influenced a young man to attempt a live execution on a national televised event. Totally unacceptable guys. I’m not here to review bomb but I am here to make a statement. You have viewers coming from both sides of the field. Let’s choose to unite not continue to divide. Hope you can be better moving forward.

Was better when you guys talked about games instead of using emotion and getting political about things. Even some things you say I support are factual incorrect and it’s odd to see from adults. But that’s the world we live in now and I think it has to do with the industry your in. Works completely different than the rest of the world because it’s based in online non educated hear say takes. Sad stuff but even the gaming news seems so off lately just not having research or understanding of games.

When they are talking about gaming absolutely enjoy the show, but lately to much politics, and will prob stay that way until after the election.. Keep it about gaming please!

After 4 years of listening to them every single day, I’ve really grown to appreciate all of the member of kinda funny. I have so much fun feeling like I’m hanging out with them for a couple hours everyday while I work. I love all of the republican snowflakes review bombing with 1 star reviews because greg hurt their feelings. Keep doing what you do kinda funny crew, and know that us real ones still appreciate everything you do!!

Used to be the best podcast to get all the gaming news. Now you’ll have to sit through 20 minutes of politics and bashing God and Christianity before you’ll hear any gaming news. Maybe one day Greg Miller will get out of the way and they’ll return to what made them great, until then just listen to other podcasts.

I personally used to like this show. Unfortunately, Greg Miller, and the majority of the cast are just uneducated. They will spew their garbage politics and have no idea what they’re talking about. I’m sorry I just lost all respect for everyone on the show.

I’ve been a devoted listener for the past two years and have generally enjoyed the show when they talk about video games. However, I do not need/want to be preached to about who I should vote for in the upcoming election. I’m disgusted that they would paint anyone a bigot/fascist that needs “rehabilitation” for anyone who doesn’t 100% agree with leftist views. Greg Miller and Blessing Have lost my respect.

I think everyone has a right share their beliefs even if its not at all the supposed subject of the podcast channel. Kinda Funny has fans on both sides of the isle, trouble is they don’t want conservative listeners and have said as much. They have finally said to much for me, I am unfollowing. I support their right to free speech but in so many words calling conservatives stupid isn’t the type podcast I can listen to. Do better.

I really like all the guys and I wish them the best but today was the last straw. I can handle the different opinions on the political climate and various events however openly insulting trump voters is too far. I respect everyone’s beliefs but to just drag half of the country, myself included, makes me feel like a clown for supporting them. It’s really unfortunate because I’ve listened to them everyday for two years. To misquote Michael Jordan in a way that will appeal to Greg… “republicans play video games too”

Good show, daily content. Hosts like Tim and Andy are unbearable and take away from every aspect of every show they’re in

If you’re looking for a sports center version of video game news, this is the show for you. They take all the top news stories and put them all together. They give their thoughts on each story. The negative reviews on this podcast aren’t entirely valid. People don’t like that the team at Kind Funny are good people and stand up for disenfranchised folks and minorities. If it bothers you that people believe we should be kind to one another regardless of gender, race, or background, then yeah this podcast isn’t for you. Love Kinda Funny and all their content!

Terrible show, repeats popular video game news channels and grandstands on issues. Also has frequent references to wrestling and WWE despite ongoing controversy. You can find better news shows elsewhere.

The entire Kinda Funny group, especially Greg has no right to EVER call himself a journalist again! Influencer absolutely but nothing more than that. Any guise of journalistic integrity need not apply since you are not journalist's after this. I could make an argument you never did truly understand the point of what journalistic integrity means. I am of course not talking about the human windfall of this, that is horrible that a people's personal info was leaked and that is not what I am talking about and most would agree that this should not be discussed. Everything else should be fair game! It's your platform and cover what you want but don't pretend your not covering the Insomniac leak for any other reason to protect/CYA with your relationship so it doesn't harm your access to Sony! Anybody getting onto others for covering the leak, especially real journalists is disgusting and should be ashamed. You had no problem covering the Nintendo, Capcom, ESA or GTA leaks so you don't get to pick and choose now without losing your integrity. YouTuber, streamer, podcaster, influencer sure but that's where it ends, journalist never again no matter how bad some of you want to try and hang onto that.

Followed him on Twitter for a bit, couldn’t really get past him blaming his community for not being able to go in with his pregnant wife to a doctors appointment (???). Now with the Insomniac hypocrisy it’s pretty easy to tell the dude just plays favorites while plugging his ears.

This podcast now just feels like an extension of Sony’s marketing team. These guys are very biased and will occasionally spoil games.

Greg and Blessing are my favorites and glad that I made them part of my morning routine. Great show!

I started listening to this show because I followed Greg & Collin and I’ve supported the show since. But Greg has gotten so ridiculous with this character that he plays (I hope it’s a character) that I groan every time he’s on the show and cringe every time he goes on these rants where he tears someone down from the audience, and it goes on and on and you can just feel Tim cringing right along with me. I imagine he thinking something along the line of this guy is going to tank this company and bring all the work the 11 employees have done over the last 10 years with him.

Overall the show is not bad. Greg’s bits for me are hilarious, but I could see how people could not enjoy it. And Blessing is not a fun host to listen to. Either he is actually as cocky as he comes off, or he’s terrible at bits. I’d say overall it’s worth a listen, but just know that if all the hosts Blessing is by far the weakest and on the most shows.

Ok rant time! I hate politics in anything that isn’t supposed to be political but you started it. I’ve listened and supported kinda funny for a long time. I stopped listening awhile back because of stupid crap Gary (beta male) Whitta said about ppl who were not vaccinated. Fast forward a couple years I decided to give Greg and the beta male gang another shot. I mean come on what grown man listens to Taylor Swift? Well epic fail once again when they said stupid crap about Trump but never mention the everyday screw ups of Biden. You are constantly mentioning video game layoffs, but refuse to acknowledge the real reasons why (Bidenomics). You are entitled to your opinion and that’s fine but leave it out of Video Game News. Just a warning before I unfollow. Be careful because the working class, Essential, conservatives play video games and watch WWE too. I know Greg, all are beneath the almighty beta king, sitting in your ivory tower. You talk a big game tough guy, but I know deep down in your soul you realize just how little and unmanly you are..

Add timestamps back. Stop moving backwards

As the subject states this show is great for the basic video game news with a very likable cast and crew. Don’t expect a very deep discussion from all sides of a topic though. They seem to tip-toe around the more controversial issues unless it’s an extremely popular opinion. Also, lacking subject matter experts for some genres, so some of your favorite games may get glossed over.

I originally had this show rated at a four-star, but I am dropping it down to a three because they removed timestamps from the episode details. I only care about so many stories, and I don’t have time to listen to an hour and a half show every day. like I said, great content but I don’t need to hear everything.

Been a subscriber for a long time. Maybe it’s me but just don’t enjoy their content like I used to. Outside of Greg and Tim I don’t enjoy the show as much when others host. Miss guys like Gary Whitta who is rarely on anymore. The final straw for me was when they stopped doing time stamps. Sad to say I’m unsubscribing.

Long time fan of this crew and their other podcasts, but I’m unsubscribing from this one for now. The bloat and fluff is unbelievable. The conversations. They’ve become so repetitive, rambling, obvious. Every topic does not need 10mins. Several layoff stories in a row? Bundle them into 1 conversation. Somebody’s gotta do a better job of keeping their eye on the clock. That’s my main suggestion but if they also want to trim other fat and be more selective about their topic curation, I’m all for it. A daily update podcast should not be 1hr 45m. Hoping they tighten things up. I’ll return when this is an efficient 30/45mins.

It’s ok except they spend 30 minutes promoting all their different platforms where they talk about video games and video game videos instead of talking about video games it’s very annoying they don’t get to any topic until 30 min later and it’s you can go check that out and check this out and they will be streaming this over here so check this out and it feels like they will never get to any topic

I enjoyed the gaming content for about a week, up until a rant on PC gaming. I didn't realize this was a console only show. I love games and really don't care what platform they are on, but the PC insults get old fast.

This is a great podcast for gaming news. The problem is each episode is way too long for a daily/almost daily podcast. Theres too much fluff at the beginning and end of the podcast including the Roper Report- Bakers Dozen skit which is obnoxious to hear. Shorten it up, get rid of the fluff and this podcast would be 5 stars. One last note, Bless is annoying to listen to and has the most negligent opinions.

Listening to the KF crew has been part of my routine for ~years~. I followed Greg here from IGN, and it’s been pretty remarkable to see the team grow into the persuasive, thoughtful, and eclectic bunch it is today. Everyone on the team has their preferences, but that’s the point of these shows, to watch people with different opinions and perspective compare and contrast them to cover as much ground for a topic as possible. KF has never been better than it is right now, too. Great comedy, great dynamics, great discussions, great people—a Best Friend for Life, right here.
