    I love this soothing voice and easy to follow meditations. So many wonderful listening options to help me sleep focus or relax through the day.

    Lovely helpful meditations but volume issues.
    I love the sleep meditations and other episodes but the introductions and post meditations are jarringly loud compared to the meditations. They kinda kill the relaxation induced by the meditations.

    5 Stars for Sara - skip around to bypass The interviews
    I love Sara Raymond and I have made a specific playlist of her different meditations ( sleep, morning, and quick pick me ups) I am a daily listener multiple times per day. I have no issue with skipping past Lesā€™s interviews because I am not here for those. One gripe I had was how loud his advertisements were right before and after one of Saraā€™s meditations here and on my Spotify Premium! But recently he did a new advertisement promoting her healing Oasis paid coaching plans and his voice was a bit softer, slower and lower which was welcoming on a mindfulness podcast. PLEASE LES, consider editing your ā€œadvertisementsā€ so they fit into a mindfulness podcastā€. Your loud and aggressive voice ruins the mood before and after your wifeā€™s podcast episodes that she clearly works hard up make. Thank you Sara Raymond for all of your hard work and effort put into making *your* channel enjoyable.

    Your job as an interviewer is to ask good open- ended questions and then be quiet so your guest can talk and share their information.

    Mindful Movement helped me through 2020
    Thank you so much for your videos. I had so many problems sleeping through this past year and had to take a sleep aid to get to sleep. 2020 has been quite the year! Long story short, I discovered mindful movement and your relaxation techniques. I love it and now instead of a sleep aid I listen to your soothing voice and I am finally getting my rest and experiencing calm and peace! I thank you from the bottom of my heart!     I have been listening to Saraā€™s guided meditations for over one year. I absolutely love her calming voice and encouragement. I find myself in a much more positive and optimistic mindset. Her chakra meditations are wonderful! Iā€™m having trouble finding the full chakra meditation. Please let me know where to find it.     Loved every minute of this podcast on Brain retraining as it is extremely relatable for me since I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia ten years ago after many tests which all kept coming back negative. I will look for more on Ashok Gupta for sure.

    Season 1 is as amazing as season 2 is painful
    For a soothing voice guiding you gently into whatever place you need - one of calm or one of action - season 1 is a godsend. Season 2 is jarring interviews with extremely new agey people heavily mispronouncing the Eastern concepts they claim to rely on. Do yourself a favour and ignore that completely. Stick to the archives.

    Exactly what I wanted
    Iā€™ve been looking for podcast for meditation for sometime. This is exactly what Iā€™ve beet looking for! She has a wonderful calming voice the cadence of talking to silence is perfect for means the topics are EXACTLY what I want in the meditation. I can only get part 1 of loving yourself. I surrender hope she hasnā€™t stopped making these.

    In particular, the episodes about & helping me (and everyone) SLEEP...are really good. I like her mostly-monotone, voice as it makes it a more subtle background track, but still lets you unfocus-focus in it. For me, Iā€™m hoping for more sleep-inducing episodes if at all possible. Thanks for providing these, much appreciated!!

    Great for a Wide Audience of People
    These are perfect to use with the nursing staff during breaks or when helping them use strategies for self-care. Her voice is a little flat which can be distracting. The topics are great and I really like that the time of meditations varies. Thank you!
