    Wow I mean literally wow
I stumbled upon this podcast off of a random search of my current ongoing debilitating struggles. There was not a word in this podcast that I did not relate to it resonated with everything in me and made me feel so heard and understood.

    All things women’s health
Love, love Dr. Taz. I believe I first heard Dr. Taz on the Genius Life podcast. I started following her Instagram page, and I listen to all her new podcasts. I find all of her information extremely informative. I am 42, and have been struggling with balancing my crazy hormones. I love that she integrates eastern medicine in her practice. I tend to be more holistic in my approach. So instead of just treating the issue, I want to get to the bottom of it. Thank you so much for offering your knowledge to the public for free. It’s greatly appreciated :)

    Life changing Information
Dr. Taz is a godsend in a world of pill pushers and non-listeners. She is knowledgeable and can back up her beliefs with documented facts. I always tell people that live in the Atlanta area to visit her practice, especially those that are struggling with auto-immune issues and aren’t getting helpful answers from their doctors. Please continue educating us on how to heal our bodies so that we may no longer merely exist, but thrive!

Her knowledge on merging Western & Eastern medicine is game changing. Listening to her podcasts allows me to be proactive about my health and aging.

Taking control of my life once and for all.
I absolutely love all your podcasts. I listen on here as well as on YouTube DAILY! You, Dr. Taz, simplify things and make it easy for us to follow. Thank you for that! I look forward to continuing my journey of healing with you. I just ordered 3 different products from you yesterday, and am excited to receive them! Here’s to healing my leaking gut after being sick since I was 15 years old, and having my first surgery of many. I’m now 48 and taking control back with your help! God Bless, Marcie Stanley

I’ve learned so much from this Podcast
Dr. Taz and the Super Woman Wellness Podcast is full of golden nuggets. As a certified hypnotherapist in the health/wellness field, I love to continue to learn / keep up with what leading functional and holistic medicine experts are finding most effective in their work. Dr. Taz packs so much punch into every episode - and yet she keeps the episodes fairly short and sweet so they are easy to digest. I often share her podcast with clients. Highly recommend.

Traditional Holistic Approach to Modern Issues
I really enjoy Dr. Taz’s approach to health. She easily addresses the most common modern ailments with traditional holistic practices and explains them with the knowledge of science. I also appreciate that she understands that women in particular need to be advocates for their health and truth because so many Western doctors dismiss health concerns if they aren’t treatable with a pharmaceutical prescription.

    I love Dr. Taz
Super Woman Wellness is the most practical woman’s health podcast I've found. A thoughtful mix of eastern and western wisdom with extremely actionable steps. Dr. Taz interviews a large variety of people, giving listeners a sense of inclusivity. Thank you!

    Informative and Timely
I love that Dr. Taz gives you the information, directs you to other resources, and does all of it in a direct and timely manner. These podcast episodes are full of information to help take control of your health but are not unnecessarily long. I like that Dr. Taz takes the time to explain the information, but does not stretch it out just to meet a certain amount of time. Highly recommend listening in order to learn more about your body and health!

    Intermittent fasting
This episode is full of privileged views on diet and food and emphasizes so much food restriction and misconceptions that promote eating disorders/diet culture! Research intuitive eating instead!
  • Cotton Mouse
    Just listen…
I love that Doctor Taz gets straight to the point in her podcast. She doesn’t stretch 20 minutes of information into a 60 minute podcast. I appreciate that and not sugar coating your wealth of knowledge.
  • LisaIsHereForIt
    Dr. Taz is a treasure!
Dr. Taz and her incredibly knowledgeable guests talk all things health related, but it’s so much more than that! You’ll get tons of actionable advice and tangible tips, but you’ll also get heaps of inspiration from truly engaging individuals that genuinely want to help others. Thanks so much for putting out such a spectacular show Dr. Taz - keep up the great work!

    Pelvic Floor
Life changing information about the Pelvic Floor. Thank you Dr. Taz for having Dr. Edythe Heus on from Revolution In Motion. Dr. Edythe helped me understand how important the pelvic floor is to our overall health. "When you have a healthy pelvic floor everything is better."

    Pelvic Floor Health
I loved and enjoyed this interview!! Thank you, Dr. Taz and Dr. Edythe. It’s an important topic to cover and most of us do not know the extent of having to keep our pelvic floors healthy. It sure is connected to many health imbalances if not kept in check.

    Love this! 🎙
I love that I can learn so much listening to her! Western medicine is overrated in my opinion and it’s super refreshing to hear someone so educated about alternative healing speak. Love it all!

    Very Concerning….
I listened to episode 256 on Winona. I decided to explore this online outlet further and scheduled a call. The representative told me when I asked where were they located? She responded “all over…. We are online” ok. So I asked how are you getting a good understanding of your patients needs? Well we have an online chat with you to determine if you are a match to what we offer. I then prompted her to tell me more… I asked is there a point to this treatment plan in which a medical professional has a zoom call with you to discuss a treatment plan? And her response was far more entertaining than I can express “No…. None of our physicians have the band width to do that”…. Ummmm, no….. that’s not a thing. Listeners Beware!

Dr Taz’s Take on Hair Loss

Taz B- Harnessing the Power of Female Hormones
I just listened to this podcast after waking from another sleepless night. I feel so enlightened and identified with many things mentioned by Alissa Vitti as well. It makes so much more sense to me now, there are days of the month I am ravenously hungry, others I can go by with not as much food, days I power through my HIIT workouts, and others where I can barely take a walk. Its been the last two years or maybe a little longer since I turned 40 that I am experiencing all these things and my symptoms are worstening. I have gone to several different gynecologists with hopes to figure out what is going on… also get hot flashes, missed periods, ovulation pain, and I have gained almost 30 pounds! …and all they want to do is another ultrasound and start me on birth control pills. But I want answers! Listening to this episode has put me on that track to finally make sense of other rythyms within me that many are still blinded to. Interestingly, I tried IF last month, then I went three weeks with almost no sleep. I loved learning why in this episode! Thank you Dr. Taz, for always going above and beyond with teaching us more about our beautiful yet complicated female bodies. You have help crack another code within my understanding, and I am looking forward to learning more.

    Great Information!
This was so informative for me, but remember the day my husband said” go to the doctor and don’t come home without a way to fix it”! I had become a screaming mom, which was not at all like me. I felt broken and didn’t know it could be fixed. Having my children In my 30’s & age 40, this resonated with me! I have listened two times already and can’t wait to do the testing!!! Thank you !!! Mindset hacks for weight loss with Rachel Frieman
As a registered/licensed dietitian, I’m wondering what Rachel’s credentials are and how she is able to counsel clients without these professional credentials. Please make sure you’re receiving nutrition counseling with a professional who has gone to school for 5+ years! Look for RDN as the credentials after an educators name when looking into nutrition counseling.

    Brain Health and Covid-19 review
This podcast is packed with good information for maintaining a healthy brain function. It speaks to both post Covid concerns and also for anyone who wants to increase their awareness for keeping good neurological care and habits. While the guest speaker Dr. K. Willemier made some points about current issues on brain health, such as habits that promote brain growth, the information she offers about diet and nutrition for the brain is very practical and useful for implimenting into your regular routines and lifestyle.

    Dr Willeumier Podcast
I watched the podcast of Dr Willeumier with great interest. It was one of the best ones I have seen. She gave a lot of information for many different age groups to promote brain health. It was interesting to see how her suggestions for diet and supplements were so consistent with the things you have been recommending your whole career. Thank you for bringing wonderful programming to your audience. Your interview skills brought out the best of her ideas. I felt very optimistic after hearing this program and have already ordered the book. Shari Naman

    Very Informative and Entertaining!
I’ve listened to a few of the episodes so far and have really enjoyed them. My favorite thus far has been the weight loss episode where Dr.Taz and her guest provided simple ways to be mindful about what we eat and how much. Since listening to the episode, I’ve downloaded a macronutrient tracker and so far so good!

Nice to know that there are Doctors out there that are willing to help someone figure out underlying causes instead of just prescribing a bandaid.
