๐๐ฆ๐๐ฆ๐๐ฆOMG BEST PODCAST EVERHi :) As someone with ADHD, I struggle a lot with panic attacks, and just overstimulation in general and your podcast is a coping technique to help calm me down, and I cannot express how thankful I am for you guys. Keep up the good work! Hope to see more episodes in 2023

ThePseudonymMy ideal Pokรฉmon RPG podcastThis podcast is always a big treat when a new one comes up! Totally to my taste with lots of goofing around slice of life stuff along with the gym battles and evil teams ect. I think the thing that seals the deal for me is that the GM is really good at Pokรฉmon sounds, so the trainers can have lots of bantering conversations with Pokรฉmon that can only say their name. That and good editing makes it all feel real natural.

Spidey089Iโm hunting you downIโm not sure how many people left reviews after the 1-stars were mentioned. I knew I needed to share. This is an ttrpg podcast you can listen to with the family. If your kids like Pokรฉmon, this checks all the boxes! Comedy? Check. Battles? Check. Accurate Pokรฉmon sounds??? Double check. I choose you! To listen to this podcast too!

TheCinderace12Love it!This podcast is so good, I listen to it all the time. It gives a interesting insight 20 years after Pokรฉmon red and blue. Itโs not like other Pokรฉmon tabletops. The medabots crossover was so cool and warrens a spin-off. Keep up the great work๐ P.S. Iโm on episode 25.

BobertrundyNew to RP podcastsFirst Role-Playing podcast Iโve listened to. But Iโve enjoyed it so much, that it certainly wonโt be the last. The dynamic of the characters in this podcast is so enjoyable, I find myself laughing out loud at some point in every single episode. Makes it awkward for listening to it at the gym, but still worth it!

blue_the_eeveeThe Very Best!Iโve been listening to this podcast for 3 years now and itโs amazing. These guys have helped me through some tough times and kept me smiling all the way. Every episode is hilarious and a ton of fun! Rose, Cobalt, Victor, and Cora are all the best. Alan does an amazing job as GM, always keeping the story interesting and engaging, plus his Pokรฉmon voices are INCREDIBLE! The roleplaying, the battles, the jokes I know by heart... this podcast is truly the very best like no one ever was!
-
Marc:โฌAmazing!Itโs pretty good!!! One of the best Pokรฉmon podcasts Iโve Listened too:))

gehdjfneJust not for meWhen I started listening I thought it was pretty interesting. After a while it just became tiresome to try and pay attention or track the plot. I get that the Pokรฉmon are the main point and itโs nice to show the players interact with them. The thing that annoys me is how an episode will be mostly baby talking and looking at the Pokรฉmon. The battles I have heard were pretty well played and cool to listen to strategy. Plus the fact that they have lost at a gym battle is great. Makes it all seem a bit more real. It then takes 2 episodes of pointless banter to get to another plot point or good battle. I feel like there could be a lot more accomplished in the game if plot was more of a priority. Ultimately it is just not for me though. I can see the appeal of listening to this group play. It just feels like the small things meant to make people giggle end up gumming up the system though.

Beets DehkordiThe Only Pokemon Tabletop Story PodcastPokemon World Tour United podcast promises to deliver the fun and adventure of the Pokemon world, but unfortunately ends up being a chore to listen to. The main cast consists of Rose Jenny, played by Jake, Cobalt, played by Josh, Cira played by Shannon Manor, and the Game Master being Alan. If you are downloading this podcast with expectations of an engaging story with a humorous and sonorous band of compatriots all woeking together to overcome some challenges and learn some deeper powerful meaning in camaraderie, I warn you to temper your expectations. Most of what you will be listening to is Rose and Cobalt picking out outfits for themselves and each of their 13 Pokemon or commenting on how cute their baby Pokemon are, or deciding what they should drink on this particular day. The attention to detail may be enjoyable for casual chitchat, but cannot be described as anything but laborious to listen to episode after episode. The Christmas special in particular is a good example of this, being an hour and a half of the cast exchanging Christmas presents with each other and each of their Pokemon. Some of the cast members cleaely put thought into their gifts, while others stumbled under the spotlight. This episode in particular was dreadful not only for the lack of interesting content, but additionally the casts would constantly break character to remind listeners how not-canon this particular gift exchange was. Kudos have to be given to Alan, for it is no fault of his own that his grand adventure is going nowhere. Between the giggles and the shoutouts and the squeals, Alan does try to goad the players into participating in a greater plot unfolding in the background. Alan is also very good with character voices, both people and Pokemon. Despite Alan's talent, he is repeatedly met with jokes made at his expense, as Rose and Cobalt make fun of his colorful accents and Southern cultural fancies. Probably three episodes in a row the cast made the same joke about Alan's accents, without any praise for his hard work. After about episode 25 I had to stop and take a break. When I came back to the show I decided to just start off at the most current. No surprise, the same game of cat and mouse. I have run a few successful, albeit short, Pokemon role-playing campaigns in the past. If I may make some suggestions to how the players interact with the game, I think this could turn into an interesting Pokemon Story podcast: 1. Stop asking the GM if you can roll dice. The GM will let you know when you need to roll. When players ask the GM, they often want to just show off in a skill they are proficient in. Rose in particular likes to asks if he can make a roll when Alan probably would not have required one of her, or when different outcomes would not have made an impact in an interesting way. 2. Just be in character. You don't need to keep telling the audience "This is out of character, Jake is saying this." It cheapens the experience. 3. Stop asking the GM "Do I notice Cira doing tbis?" or "What's Baritone doing?" This is world is the players' as much as it is the GM's. If you see Cira steal something, just say "Yo you gonna share some of that I need five bucks." Decide what's happening in the world and go with it. 4. Please spend a little less time pampering your Pokemon. At least for the sake of an interesting listening experience. 5. Cut out the mid-episode ads. Or shorten them. I am not sure who you think you are benefitting by cutting into listening time like that. Please just plug your email and like after the show. Or if you think an announcement is truly important, before. 6. Don't cheat. It's really cool that Alan let's you get away with so much but you should really try to own the challenges he creates. One of the reasons I downloaded the podcast was to learn more about PTU and how to play. But on even the final gym challenge you guys overtook, Rose asked to use her guile (which she asks ro roll often to show off) in order to break the rules of the game. Cobalt just used items he had to legally and tactfully heal his Pokemon. Rose could have to done likewise. It would have been nice to see you guys take these challenges a little more seriously, even if that means a lose. But also I understand you are mostly a story podcast, so time cannot be wasted. I just hope that the Pokemon League Challenge will be taken more seriously. Good luck. Pokemon World Tour United is currently the only Pokemon Tabletop Story Podcast, which I believe is a major contributing factor to its popularity. There are some gems to be had in this podcast, certainly. Alan does a delightful job creating a beautiful and varied cast of characters. Unfortunately his story-telling is dragged down by players who don't respect his or the listeners's time. I hope that someday I can turn this on and get excited to listen to a podcast about Pokemon storytelling. As it stands, Pokemon World Tour United is like listening to 100 hours of teenagers bully their foreign classmate who unconditionally respects them while gaining nothing in return.

Cubone&NatutrainerLannisterfanThe Best Around!! Never stop playing the game!Of all the Pokรฉmon tabletop podcasts out there this is by far the #1 podcast that I have listened to. โข The characters are really entertaining and their background stories are very creative. โข Their Pokรฉmon companions are so cute and their names are really fun to hear especially when they have acquired a new one. I always look forward to the names they chose. I love the name Sakura for a Bulbasaur. โข Scramble is DEFINITELY A GOD! Togepi is a Beast when using Metronome summoning God Pokรฉmon and being overpowered and surprising the characters and everyone in the Pokรฉmon contest. That was the best episode. โข I cannot forget about Bango, Treble, Baritone, Biscuit and the rest of the gang. โข I love the extended fan base they have and how they interact with the fans and allow them to be come involved in the game itself. The overall inclusiveness is what makes these guys the best.

VerilianAwesomeGreat podcast and I loved the idea that Jenny is a last name so much I have incorporated it into the lore of my own Pokรฉmon tabletop game. Keep it up!

The Witch of GeekMore audiobook than tabletop! Fantastic. 10/10.It's less a tabletop game, and more a Pokemon audio drama with tabletop elements. That's how fluid the narrative and battles are - they are FLAWLESS. The audio mixing? Beautiful. I'm doing that Pacha kiss, it's that perfect. Do you like recurring characters that are important but still side characters? Yeah? You're gonna LOVE Shannon's character. Do you want to know how to Game Master BUT also be able to have a character in the mix? Meet Victor, an underage Pokemon Trainer with a service Lillipup. Best GMPC I've come across in my years of both PLAYING tabletop RPGs and LISTENING to RPGcasts. Rose and Cobalt are fantastic characters. Rose is a Jenny that refused to join the police force (but is better at being a cop than everyone else, seriously, just get some training and go patrolling on your journey!). Cobalt is a good boyo who's dumb as a rock, but sweet as hell. He loves taking selfies and Chansey pics, and also he's made friends with nearly everyone with the power of Friendship Jerky. Oh, and you think I'm limiting the praise to the HUMAN characters? No. Scramble the Togepi either is a god, could kill god, or HAS killed god, AND I DO NOT CARE TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. Bango is a wonderful Growlithe boyo. TBD is a lovely macguffin of a Ditto and we all love and fear him. Treble the Cyndaquil is a baby (TM), as is Baritone. Sakura the Bulbasaur is a good representation of abandoned animals that fear rejection (I've seen it myself). And Treble. God I love that little jerk of a Nidoran. The world building is perfect and I feel like I'm actually following a real journey in the Pokemon world. Yall keep doing Arceus' work. EDIT: HOW COULD I FORGET BISCUIT? Let me die, my sins are too many. Biscuit the Lillipup is such a good boy that can do no wrong.

FearlessFollowerDaveTop Notch! The GM is fantastic, the camaraderie is clear, and the fun is overwhelming. Great content and just what I was looking for at the right time!
