The podcasts are really informative and Brian tells it as it is which is refreshing. The podcasts cater to everyone not just one level of fitness. His extensive knowledge of nutrition, supplements, recovery and the different excercises is excellent. What I love most is that he not only explains what to do, he explains why you do it which is essential. They have been a lifesaver while living in the US and have motivated myself to improve my fitness and use the knowledge I've learned while I train the local hurling and camogie teams in Missouri
