Tinytank808Not what you thinkAfter loving her content, I followed up buying a program. It was a terrible personal experience with her. She was extremely gaslighting and held close to her “I’m a Harvard doc and midwife” attitude to prove she’s better than everyone else. Unfortunately after talking with others, I found I wasn’t the only one. And now I cannot I hear it throughout her podcast. It just solidifies how indoctrinated she is to the system, no matter how hard she tried to cover it up and play in between the holistic and medical system. So sad.

@fataraeImportant health mentor!Aviva is at the top of my list as advocate for women's and children's health. She is a trustworthy guide through the miasma which the search for excellent healthcare can seem when trying to navigate without guidance. Aviva offers her knowledge and experience generously and does so with great integrity! Thank you Aviva!

A-ThatchMore Herbalism conversationsI absolutely loved your conversation with Olivia from Organic Olivia! I never wanted it to end. I wanted to hear more about your spiritual journeys AND your herbal stories AND your thoughts about plant medicine. So good!
-
Euphoric TeamEssential listening!A truly lovely podcasts that empowers women to get in-touch with their health. So informative and a joy to listen to as well. My go-to for the latest on health!
-
Voice for the VoicelssVirtue Signaling LeftistI was so excited to find some episodes on subjects I have been researching… but I am VERY disappointed to hear how she had to shove pro-abortion, pro-vaccine, pro-masking and “systemic racism” into the conversation. Disappointing and disgusting. Won’t be finishing the episodes I started. I cannot stomach the virtue signaling, leftist ideology.
-
ShipannaTons of helpful information!Thank you so much for the uterine fibroids episode! I learned so much, made notes and going to follow your advice for a natural cure of the problem.
-
ChanilynnEpisode 211 menopauseJust wanted to say thank you so much for episode 211. This is the first time I’ve listened and this episode on menopause was a huge help to me today .
-
LaurenEM1992Extremely insensitive miscarriage episodeHi Aviva, I hope you read this. It is extremely triggering and upsetting coming to your podcast to seek help with a miscarriage and the first 10 minutes you spend talking about abortion legislation.
-
K Car1234🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stars! So Grateful!Dr. Aviva presents such solid well researched information. She is passionate and is absolutely salt of the earth. I can always trust the information she presents. Thank you and please keep teaching us! ♥️

BP WriterFantastic host, great content!Came across the On Health podcast and am loving it! Really appreciated the conversation about the history of migraines and how these perceptions still affect gender-bias in treatment today. Learned so much and got so many amazing takeaways in this episode! Thank you!

feradefocoI wish every woman would listen to thisI'm so grateful to have come across Aviva! Last year I went for the first time in the US, I'm from Argentina, to a gynecologist, she was in a hurry after doing my pap smear, I told her I wanted to talk about getting pregnant and what I should do to be at my best, her words were: "Just have sex dear". After listening to "On Health" and reading Aviva's "Hormone Intelligence" I feel so much confident! Thank you so much for the incredible so important work that you do! I LOVE YOU!
-
uenjoyjoyI Was excited about this...NOW NOTI was so excited to hear someone speaking about painful intercourse in pre-menopause and menopause. It was very encouraging to find someone open enough to discuss the problem that almost all women have when they hit a certain age. My excitement quickly ended when I realized that there was an episode on pro abortion and pro-vaccines for Covid. I can’t imagine that someone who has natural protocols and intelligence (and was a midwife) would be recommending a vaccine & MASKS!! Everyone knows now that masks don’t work. I’m wondering if someone noticed that she had a lot of listeners and pushed her into saying all of that. Now my trust has been broken.

Axel_D_MThank you! This is a giftThis is all I always wished for in a women’s health podcast. Aviva is phenomenal in combining her astonishing knowledge, and her personality and true care for women. I don’t know how she manages to be so informal and warm and personal while providing amazingly detailed information on specific diagnosis, conditions etc. She is so clear and makes it manageable and not overwhelming to listen to. She is such a talent! This is a true holistic approach where she goes all the way from MD medicine to the herbal/natural. She is so grounded and just clear in how she explains everything not shaming or overwhelming you. It is so balanced and lack shame and finger pointing. It gives me so much hope that there is a way to embrace and use both the regular medicine and natural methods of healing. May the world be filled with a new era where this happens all the time.

SmmmmmfThank you, Aviva!Anyone who has female parts or knows someone who does should listen to this show :)
-
emahegNeeds better craftingI like Aviva Romm. I like what she’s doing. Something about the recent episodes is lacking. They feel like they were slapped together. The recent episode on PMADS should have a had some disclaimers or been more thoughtfully crafted so that it didn’t unnecessarily scare people. I also often leave the recent episodes (particularly the PMAD episode) thinking, “Ok…but what can I do?” The knowledge is great but there aren’t really actionable steps. I think the questions asked of the interviewees could be less leading and there could be less interruptions. I’ll keep listening, but I’ll then go to other practitioners (like Clara Bailey, Sarah Corbett of Rowan and Sage, or Newborn Mothers) to figure out what I can actually DO.
-
LindsayL7Love this podcast!Dr. Aviva, thank you so much for your work. You make vital health information available and easily accessible. This is such an interesting podcast.
-
that nurse heatherDr. Romm is a wealth of knowledgeThis podcast is so empowering as a woman!! Aviva is so well versed in womens health and metabolic wellness. I like that she answers the burning questions we all have with exactitude and precision.
-
Lissy1974So glad you’re back! Thanks for these informative interviews! Can’t wait to hear more.
-
tooleftformeLost credibilityThis podcast lost all credibility after they aired the abortion rights episode. There are so many holes in this argument and it’s all one-sided. Her views and options are very left wing.
-
Bridget FrancesInformative and supportiveWonderful! Both background information for understanding, and options of steps to follow, are presented in a useful and supportive way. 💕
-
Colbs SSound advice and woman advocate!!My Duke Integrative provider told me about Aviva and I’m so grateful she did. I’m learning so much and her advice is so sound and I love how she is such an advocate for women being the CEO of your own health!!

TJ NatureReconnecting to the heart of medicineAbsolutey love Dr. Aviva Romm and her orientation to health & wellness. She beautifully bridges the gap of ancient & traditional medicine with evidence based medicine/ scientific research. Her podcast is my go-to on a rainy day with a cup of tea, driving home from work, or getting housework done. She makes the information easily accessible with accompanied blog posts & articles so you never have to worry about missing details while multitasking. Aviva, thank you for all you do!
-
swethkanEpisode 127My friend who is also a midwife forwarded this article to me as I am going through a miscarriage. My rating and review is just based on this single episode. I plan to update my rating as I listen to more episodes. I am having a spontaneous miscarriage which started with some cramping yesterday and intensified since morning. It’s more than six hours that I have had the cramping. I usually don’t get much cramping during periods. I was looking for guidance on when I should seek medical support around this. I don’t have fever. Also, I am not able to say how heavy my bleeding is. I am not soaking a maxi pad every hour but every time I use the toilet, there is moderate amount of blood. But mainly the abdominal pain. When is it too long? I am grateful for other tips around sipping on teas and taking CBD. Thank you for that.

-
itsme_CGSo grateful!Thank you Dr. Aviva for dedicating your life to helping us understand our bodies. I’m in tears writing this because my body is in dis-ease and the doctors I’ve had available through insurance simply have a very traditional approach to my thyroid issue. I’m reading Hormonal Intelligence and listening to all the podcasts! Thank you! Sending love and gratitude to you and your team. xox
-
DoodoobearWhat a blessing this info is!I cannot stop listening. Thank you!

-
IndigoTanneNot NaturalI’m so disappointed in how unnatural many of Dr. Romm’s approaches have become. It would be more acuralte for this podcast to be titled “Yale MD Radio.”
-
Love tbe Light!Well rounded.Awesome, well rounded view points on health. Honest advice. Thank you!
-
goldenheart🍯DisappointedI am so deeply saddened to hear that Dr. Romm has taken such a one sided and myopic view regarding COVID 19 and vaccinations. Her book regarding vaccinations was pivotal for me and my family regarding our vaccine choices with our children. I was hoping for a truly unbiased middle of the road account of all the sides. And what I got was a sell out mainstream rehash. I could have watch Fox News. Thanks for nothing. I’m just so disappointed.
-
evelise4Sold out!So bummed Dr. Avivaromm sold out to the one sided narrative. The information she’s informing people with is from the side of fear and to withdraw your medical freedom. What she normally informs people with is the polar opposite of what her Covid Q & A podcast was. I don’t understand how she can spin that narrative unless she sold out which I wholeheartedly think she did.She said she didn’t and that she was doing it on her own time but who really knows the truth especially if she works with people that are in the Pharma industry. I am no longer going to follow her podcast or her social media. There are so many other amazing doctors out there that believe in medical freedom whether you choose to or not choose to follow the fear mongering. What happened to trust in your own immune system and choosing what to put in your body not enforced by a government.
-
Sir RalfoWhat about Dads?Episode 16 about fevers. Mentioned Moms and Grandparents having to deal with fevers in children. What about Dads? We deal with fevers too, which is why I listened to this episode.
-
BehoboDisappointingAlthough there is a lot of great natural health information in this podcast I cannot get over the pro masks and vax stances. Disappointing to hear the big pharma shillism.
-
NMKLTWDisappointedI was really excited to find your podcast, but was very disappointed to listen to the one on your covid update. I couldn’t get more than 20 minutes into the episode. I am very respectful of people’s right to choose, but as a practitioner myself, it was disheartening to hear you make statements that suggested trust in organizations that have been proven to be falsifying information about vaccines and covid in general. The CDC recently announced that they are not recording any negative side effects experienced in the first two weeks of vaccination as having to do with the vaccines, saying that these people are technically unvaccinated. That is manipulative and dishonest. Thousands of professional researches and medical doctors have come out saying that the numbers are being skewed and the vaccines are not safe. The DESIGNERS of covid vaccines are telling people not to get them. Another thing, you spoke about the safety of masks. What about the studies done showing that they not only don’t work, but result in people getting dangerously sick with bacterial infections in their lungs? There are so many reports of people getting sick, simply because they were inhaling their own toxins. Surely, you must know that respiration is one of the major ways our bodies depend on to heal ourselves, which is denied when we cover our faces. Also, care providers around the world have attested to recoveries associated with the natural resources you have denied. Studies have confirmed that specific herbs and treatments do in fact target the covid virus and improve symptoms. So unless you are getting your information from the CDC and the vaccine manufacturers, I don’t know how to explain the hogwash you have shared here. I know you said that your views might upset some people listening, but I honestly expected better. This just sounds like an advertisement for obeying the government.
-

Transitions Coach GailA Must For Every Woman!I've been following Aviva Romm for many years and she keeps getting better and better. When I listen to her podcasts, I feel like I am in the company of a treasured friend. She is incredibly generous with the information she provides - not just "try this herb" - but she actually offers very specific dosages, frequencies, contraindications so that you can take control of your health and partner successfully with your healthcare providers. She honors and shares the best of western medicine and natural healing approaches. This podcast is a MUST for all women that want to feel better, look better, and live/age with grace and vibrance.
