Five stars in X Change for a rant in which I will attempt to straddle generations and argue a point that no one else listening probably even cares about. I’m not mad at Jay for yelling at Bunny about politics, I’m mad at Bunny for saying hyperpop has no soul— BUNNY YOU WERE RIGHT! SAM SMITH WAS BAD AT THE GRAMMYS AND HAS NO BUSINESS SINGING SONGS LIKE THAT BUT THEY ARE NOT HYPERPOP AND NEITHER IS UNHOLY! Kim Petras has worked with hyperpop legends before who are also pioneers for trans women (like Sophie who’s discography I implore folks to check out. There is soul there I promise, songs like It’s Okay to Cry and Only Living For You by Hyd (produced by Sophie) ache with hair-raising emotion in my opinion) so I think that’s why she gave them flowers in her part of the acceptance speech. But calling Unholy hyperpop is an egregious misrepresentation of the genre😭 You wouldn’t listen to a hypothetical Kidz Bop version of a Jazmine Sullivan song for example, because I know Bunny loves her as we all do, and then go on to say the genre of r&b has no soul? Since the first episode I love the conversations Bunny and Monet have but its becoming more and more difficult to listen to. Love Bunny but wish she would listen to the producer when hes giving facts. There seems to be no conversation anymore, just Bunny shooting the producer down when given information. Whatever happened to conversations which were so great?!

I tried….Sometimes when Bunny speaks heavy on issues, especially as related to POC is cringe. Then tries to wrap it up in “my mailman is black” rhetoric is yikes! And I love Monet, but her showing up once a month to get a check and not checking bunny is WILD! To quote Bob. Love the hook. Top 5 for pods. But yikes

I liked Bunny better when I knew less of her opinions. Monet still carrying water for Todrick is so off putting.

Ever since I heard Lady Bunny and Bianca on Derek and Romaine I knew I needed more of that in my life. First time I ever saw Monet was over the pandemic with Trixie on the drag race recap show. Monet's personality is naturally sweet and nice (great foil for the crazy Bun Bun).

If you are going to engage and respond to the silent producer…let us hear him so we understand the engagement. So annoying. This happens every episode.

I feel a sense of closeness listening & these two are what you call perfect casting. My ideal dynamic duo! Really important issues I appreciate & Bunny is so knowledgeable. Monet really speaks to the younger generation clearly, but very fast! Bunny & Monet please make a tour! It would be very successful!

I love this show and I’m regular listener. My only concern is production because why did lady bunny recorded the last episode on a walkie-talkie. It makes it hard to enjoy the show when the quality is low. But other than that I love it.

Great podcast, criticism of bunny’s POV by another reviewer is unfortunate, maybe read a book sometime.

Please. - Only stupid people get the majority of their news from ‘The View. I notice often times when Bunny has anything intelligent to say, she gets cut off to a commercial break. This show is incredibly biased. If I wanted to listen to regurgitated information from The View I’d watch The View and try not to throw up.

Thank God for Bunny. I would not have been able to get through the may 6 2022 show. I was just browsing and stopped on an episode and decided to listen. All was going fine Bunny is hysterical in more ways than one, Monet was.. just fine, but then she started sniffing her snot over and over throughout the podcast I swear I was going to puke. What next Monet? queef while promoting Credit Karma?? God that was so flipping gross. I had my ear buds in too so it was like a snot sniff swallow sound over and over. One more episode with that crap and I am out. Blow your freaking nose.

I'm a big fan of this show, I like hearing what Monet and Bunny have to say but PLEASE Y'ALL!! Get someone with a uterus on this show to discuss the Roe v. Wade issues.

I love both Bunny and Monét, and listening to them interact. However, too often they start to rail on something that is either completely inaccurate (like their misunderstanding of the filibuster), or something about which they eventually admit to not having all the facts, but only *after* they’re voiced their opinion. I think their platform is too important, and their perspectives too valuable, to not prepare more, be better informed, and use the voices even more powerfully. It sometimes seems like the podcast is just a method of income they squeeze in between gigs. Thank goodness their producer is sometimes able to feed them the facts, but not often enough. C’mon, Ladies, “Be Better!”
