Better than SerialReassuringI started listening to this podcast during the pandemic and I’m so glad I did. I’ve never taken notes on a Podcast before this one. I’m learning so many valuable life lessons that not only help during these times but can also be carried on in regular life. “Helping our kids cope” has been one of my favorites. I enjoy learning about human emotions and the way Sue presents this podcast is very relaxing and makes me feel like it’s okay to not be okay as long as you can recognize it and the reasons why.

Raven904Short and sweet (impactful!)I am a huge fan of Susan David. Her book Emotional Agility cake at a time in my life where I couldn’t get out of bed. Years of reminding myself to “feel grateful” vs feeling all feelings came to a head. I was so happy to hear she had a podcast. It is perfect. Impactful and short. Thank you for the podcast.

Allergic to UberWelcome relief, and the one podcast I’m sharing with everyone I loveThis is exactly what I needed to hear, and so much more helpful than the gurus out there telling us what we should try.
