This podcast baffles me like many. The topics are great, the guests are great, but the person interviewing is dry, distracted, and leaves you wondering if she's paying attention to anything her guests are saying. She'll often pause for a long time after a guest will have given a long answer to her question, and say, "yeah, uuuuuhhhhmmm," as if she doesn't know where she is in the interview. Then she doesn't elaborate with them like she just listened, she'll go on from this obvious list of prepared questions. The person being interviewed is trying to be pleasant, but you're left wondering how she's lasted so long with this podcast. She also tries so hard to interject her skills and business during the interview that's it's very distracting when you want to simply focus on the person she's interviewing. I want to listen, I just can't anymore.
