I love Mattie and Poodle so much!!!! I can’t get enough of them... I blew through the first 3 seasons of Riverdale before I had heard of y’all. Now that I’ve binged all of the Rivermales podcast I feel so validated—it was super satisfying to hear y’all react to all the same stuff that drove me crazy. Unless the two of you recap season 4 though, I am as done as you are! Now on to Bitchcraft!

I'm one of those people who will watch a show long after I hate it simply out of principle. I love listening to Matty and Poodle hate this show with me, it's like hearing all of my exasperated thoughts out loud. Also, their pop culture and musical references are amazing, I thought I'd hallucinated The Torkelson's. I started listening after getting hooked on 90 Day Gays, then went back and listened to TV Tea Time/Rivermales...time to listen to Bitchcraft :) KEEP GOING QUEENS!!

Way back when Riverdale first came out I made it through about an episode and a half and just couldn’t anymore! Then the New Sabrina came out on Netflicks and that’s when I found Mattie and Jake! Because Bitchcraft is life and Sabrina season was so short I was driven back to watch Riverdale for the sole purpose of listening to this podcast. Keep Going Queens!!

Literally the only reason I still keep up with Riverdale.

Here’s the story of why I quit watching Riverdale: I was over at a friends watching it and we were discussing how ridiculous and predictable the show had gotten, she was slightly disagreeing with me. Archie was in jail, I mentioned the Shawshank Redemption, she had never heard of it, etc. Veronica, who I hate, was like “wow, Archie is sad and needs a little more pep in his step, what can I do?” So she goes to Cheryl and she’s like, “I need your help.” I look at my friend and I say: “if she brings the river vixens to jail to cheer for Archie I’m going home.” I left immediately. But anyways I heard Archie got mauled by a bear and I wanted to hear your reactions so now I’m back.
